Easy to find, no35 bus from airport. Lovely location by the water with promenade walks. Clean room but no drinks in room. Good breakfast. Bicycles free to borrow. Only Norwegian tv channels in room, although you can Bluetooth music from your phone to the tv. The Aquarama SATS facility with swimming pools etc are adjoined, guests can use for an extra fee. Nice and quiet despite its size. Friendly and helpful staff.

Not used to European Hotels but there were no tissues or a garbage can capable of holding anything above a few tissues. We did not want cleaning service so it was a bit of an issue for me. Bed was more comfortable than expected and the room was nice. Necessities only which was fine. Breakfast was outstanding at the restaurant.

This hotel is very well located on the water, close to the central part of town. The room and staff were nice, but the AC in the room did not work and the windows could not be opened. It was hot and stuffy in the room, making it uncomfortable to sleep.

Helt ok. Hadde større forventninger til dette hotellet Grei frokost til å være i Norge, men har opplevd mye bedre andre steder. Hotellet har rykte på seg for ett godt kjøkken. derfor litt høye forventninger som ikke nådde helt opp. Hyggelige ansatte. Mye var stengt her denne dagen seiden det var nyttårsaften. Men der er jo forståelig.

I stayed at this hotel for one day and was met with very friendly staff. The room was large and nice, but unfortunately the AC didn’t work properly – even with a note saying it was slow, the temperature only dropped by 0.2°C over two hours, and the room stayed uncomfortably warm.

Apart from that, everything else was great. A big plus was their cooperation with SATS next door, which you could access directly through the building – perfect for getting a proper workout even while traveling. The breakfast buffet also had a wide selection, and there was nothing to complain about there.

En flott familie opplevelse!

Rommet var flott og romslig til oss to voksne og spedbarn 1/2 år. Perfekt temperatur i hovedrom og varmt og godt på badet. Rent og fint.

Frokosten er i særklasse, veldig fin restaurant og hyggelig kjøkkenpersonell. Kunne gjerne hatt kaffemaskin med gratis kaffi i resepsjonen hele dagen. Opplevd dette på flere hoteller.

Samarbeidet med SATS settes pris på. Beste «hotellgymmet» jeg har vært på.

Hele hotellet var fylt av deltakere som skulle være med på cup. Det medførte et vanvittig støy, både inne og ute. Undrer meg over at hotellet tillater oppvarming på hotellets utelokaler med masse forskjellig musikk fra forskjellige høytalere. Man kunne ikke høre hverandre snakke dersom man tok en tur ut. Ble vekket klokka sju begge dager av ballspill over alt. Bør det vurderes å informere gjester om slike happenings ved booking?

Gode senger og helt OK rom. Frokosten var god, men virket litt redusert i forhold til andre Scandic frokoster, men mulig jeg tar feil. litt lite med to heiser på et så stort hotell. Vi gikk trappene.

Godt hotel, men lidt mangler ved rengøringen.

Rengøringen kunne være bedre: Kopper og glas blev ikke skiftet, selv om de var brugte. Der manglede virkelig de sædvanlige \"Kleenex\" eller lignende på badeværeslet, da de ikke kan erstattes af toiletpapir. Det ville være godt, hvis affaldskurve blev tømt dagligt. Dårligt system, at man selv skal bestille rengøring. Sig dog, at der f.eks.bliver gjort rent hver 2. dag, så man slipper for at tage sig af det i sin ferie. Ellers godt hotel, fin restaurant med god frokost og middag. Søde og hjælpsomme folk i receptionen. Vi kommer gerne igen!

Fin mellomlanding før Dyreparken

Dette er et hyggelig hotell sentralt i Kristiansand, og passer ypperlig for mellomlanding før Dyreparken.
Det er generelt sett ganske gjennomsnittlig, frokosten kunne vært bedre - men det er rent med hyggelige ansatte, og god standard. Vi kommer sikkert tilbake!

Fint hotell og hyggeligt personale. Fine rom men dog litt uheldig med utsikten på vårt rom. Ingen minibar/kjøleskap her og heller ingen rengjøring under oppholdet (2 netter), må kansje bestilles. God frokost og god plass selvom det var midt i fellesferien. Litt kaos tilstander med heisen da det bare var 2 heiser. Ble litt venting og kø da vi med barnevogn må ta heis. Kjapp insjekk og utsjekk.

Gode parkeringsmuligheter i garasje under hotell, men denne stenger etter midnatt så ble ventende der lenge før vi kom oss inn etter kaptein Sabeltann show. Kunne ikke se noe telefon nummer vi kunne ringe heller, sto i kø der ilag med 5 andre biler.
