Rooms/apartment was clean, the staff were courteous and helpful and the location was very convenient (next or close to several dining spots and a 24-hr convenient store).
I did not notice that the place does not have
air-conditioning when I booked it, not needed at that time but I was wondering when it's summer time. Also, on the first and second nights, noise or chatter of neighbors can be heard until wee hours of the night.

The location of the property was quite good....very close to many of the things to see and do in Baguio and very close to Burhnam Park. The facility itself was quaint but adequate and the rooms were ok, as well.

Nice Villa with super friendly staff. It's ideally located, about a 5min walk to Burnham park. Also can access other tourist attractions within 20 minutes by taxi. Love the taxi system in Baguio, one of the few places I've been to in the Philippines where the taxi drivers don't try to rip you off.

Thank you for a great stay Baguio Holiday Villas!

This place is awesome! We only expected one room but it has 2 rooms that can accommodate at least 4 people.All of the staff are all friendly,helpful,polite and respectful!The place is comfortable and very close to the town proper and other popular activities in the area. They even have laundry service😊I highly recommend this place to anyone!

Hotel rooms are VERY small, No designated smoking area, like its advertised, Hot water for shower lasted for about 1 minute. I would NOT stay there again.

Room didnt have any ammenties. Had to ask for soap etc.
Loud loud loud guests for most of the night. No one at front desk to assist. Guard might have went to room but it didn't help much.
Stairs going upstairs to rooms are not safe. Layout of the Villa was not good. Hot water was in and out. Water faucet was spitting during the shower and water temp was inconsistent.
So happy we only had one night reservation.

Overall its a very nice place to stay.
The only thing that I didnt like is the placement of the airconditioner. You cant fully close the window because of it (hotel room).
The food was awesome!

Clean comfortable villas close to city centre

Stayed 2 nights..3 adults and one child.
Rooms are clean though a bit Spartan.
The shower rooms are small but clean and serviceable though the upstairs shower had very little pressure.
The mattresses are on the firm side but comfortable enough for a short stay.
The living room is adequate and the kitchenette with fridge/freezer, microwave oven plus a two burner gas hob outside provides enough for making snacks etc.
Cannot comment on room cleaning as we were only a short stay and didn't require linen changing.Likewise we did not use the restaurant.
Overall can recommend for a short stay if you do not need hotel type services

Overpriced Undermaintained.

We stayed at Baguio Holiday Villas a number of years ago and it was a pleasant enough experience for us to return. I must say that it has slipped badly in the enduing years. The bedroom had an awful smell about it. The soles of your feet turned black from walking on the floors. I tried to open one of the windows and it was stuck. A couple of staff members also tried without success so they brought in their \"maintenance man\" who managed to force it open. I enquired if he was going to fix it and he said that I should just csll him when I wanted it open. The wallscare thin and you can hear a lot of noisy from neighbouring rooms. For those who have rated this establishment a 10 out of 10, I would say that you must get out more. By western standards I would rate it as a 2 and it does not stand up well to comparison with other hotels in the Philippines. Look elsewhere.

For a hotel in the Baguio area, this is not a bad option. The price is good and it's a decent place to stay. Not amazing, but it's pretty on par with other hotels I've seen in The Philippines around this price point.

Friends getaway.

Location wise. Close to burnham. Fastfood.

Ammenities. Kitchen was good. One burner only so you'll be having problems if your gonna cook 2 dishes or rice. One at a time.

No aircon. But surprisingly cold. :)

Shower wasn't good. Water pressure was not good.

Parking. Limited. Might have problems during office hours or weekdays.

Noise. You'll be hearing noises from your neighbors specially if they have kids on the room at the back because of the echo. But I don't mind. It's not that loud.

Overall I enjoyed our stay. :)

Please also inform guest about the 1 gallon of water has charges. We thought it was complimentary. :)

Best hotel in Baguio

We had a villa last month and stayed for 3 days. Cleanliness is excellent. My wife loved it. My kids also loved everything about this hotel. Very homey, nice ambiance, nice and approachable staff.

Uhmm So so ...

Had a great stay with my love one in this hotel except the fact that we had to add half the regular price for just 4 hours early in. Almost the full price of promo rate we availed at Hotel's.com. Overall stay was still good. the place is calm and the breakfast was super nice and delicious. The place is so accessible to all tourist spots in Baguio City and most specially, it's just a 5 minute walk from the famous resto \"Canto\" (which was formerly located at ketchup community near wright park). We'll definitely go back here and will make sure to arrive at exact time of check in since it will cost you to pay just as the same as 1 night if you check in early :D .

The pictures I looked at when I researching for the stay looked very impressive. When I got there, I see what they did and only took photos of the apartments. The breakfast buffet was far from what I had hoped for and the portions were very small. To me, my breakfast is my important meal. and was very disappointed with the service from employees that seemed like they did not like their jobs.

Highly recommended hotel in Baguio

We had a pleasant stay at Baguio Villas Hotel. I highly recommend this to families staying in Baguio. It is just walking distance to burnham park and there are lots of restaurants nearby. The hotel is also along the major road so it is very easy to get a cab. The room is clean and there's an abundant supply of water but I noticed that they don't have an electric kettle so if you want to have coffee you have to ask them to bring you hot water. The staff is friendly and very accomodating. One thing I don't like though is the taste of their food. I also like the ambience of the hotel.

Close to everything you need

My family stayed there for 3days and 2nights and it was fun. In fact we receive gift from one of the front desk, a toy for my 6 month old baby. It's a memorable to keep. :-) Everyone are nice, accommodating. Walking distance to park ,market and jeep terminals. We will stay again in this hotel when we go back to Baguio.

Highly disappointed in the room, amenities, and overall condition. You would think for a tourist hotel they could at least provide free bottle water each day, an electric hot water percolator to make coffee, a telephone, and hand soap. No free coffee and tea like every hotel I have ever been in. None of that was provided. You had to use a phone down the hallway and you had to go to the lobby to get hot water. The room was on a busy street and I asked for a room change and they said there was none. All night we heard motorcycles speeding by and jeepneys loud mufflers. The TV reception was very bad in the high number channels. The American Breakfast the first morning tasted like it was cooked in used oil that was used for cooking fish. However the breakfast the next morning was very good. The staff was very nice and the facilities overall was good. We will never stay at this hotel again.
