If you are here for business it’s very convenient and walkable to the city . For a vacation the place is too noisy rooms are not noise insulated you can hear the traffic/ cars too noisy you won’t get to sleep. Not a place to rest.

The room was just ok, the windows opened to the stairway where people outside could see inside. It didn't have a closet, It needed a chair or stool in between the 2 beds, the beds were great, aircon was also ok. We stayed at the 4th floor (a floor below the lobby) so we could hear people if they were particularly noisy outside. One morning, a bunch of people were singing songs, and we figured they were having an event. No, it was just people singing at the buffet. I complained to the lobby that they were very noisy, but we should have not complained in the first place, and they should have told them to keep the noise level down when they started to get noisy. Other than this, it was an great stay,and we would stay here again.

Lodging is at the city center and SM mall and session toad is at your doorstep. For the price, it should at least have a real mini fridge that cools your drink, a cable tv, and a tissue box provided. If this 3 are provided I would have given 4 1/2 stars instead of 3 stars. Rooms are very clean and the bathroom stuff are provided such as: liquid soap, shampoo, body wash, towels and tooth brush & tooth paste.

Breakfast buffet was out or low on items. No sugar for cereal. Had to go to the coffee station and use the brown sugar there.

No storage in the room. Had to work out of a suitcase.

Wonderful staff! Very attentive and knowledgeable.

Needs a bar and I think the rooftop when finished will take care of that.

You really are paying for the location so take advantage of it. Overall, it was a great experience. You have variety of choices for breakfast. The internet connection works well. Oh after checking out, they ask you to stay for a moment while the housekeeper goes through the room to make sure you didn't leave anything! Thanks to this, I didn't lose my necklace!

After 2 days of staying, we chose to extend, the room that was given to us was not the one that they showed us instead they gave us a smaller room, while we booked a bigger one and claimed that the room that they showed was booked by other visitors. They did not even offer to make things up, instead insisting that they were correct, and the supervisor refused to speak with us.

If you plan to stay in Baguio, I strongly advise you not to book this hotel. Not only will you receive poor service, but also poor hotel facilities and food.

2nd time staying at this hotel and will def make this hotel my go-to hotel for future visits in Baguio. Staff were very friendly and helpful and always with a beaming smile. Room was upgraded for us and the view we had was great. Room was nice and clean just like the first time we stayed last year. When I get a chance to visit the Philippines again, I will def stay at this hotel for a couple days when I hit Baguio. Thank you for a great stay!

I’ve stayed at four different hotels in this area around the SM mall and this is easily my favorite. It is extremely close to the mall, the rooms are huge and it is surprisingly quiet. The food they offered was great also. I had two meals there and both were delicious. I guess if I had to put one negative on my stay there, is there is not much of a view. If that is not a big deal as I was not there purely for recreation and rest

Excellent, well-mannered and helpful staff ❤️ Our room was very nice and clean - perfect for the purpose we booked it for, a home-away-from-home. The hotel itself was very conveniently situated and easily accessible. SM and Session Rd were just literally a step outside so evening strolls at Session to cap our nights off were perfect! I would book again and again if I get the chance to get away to Baguio again. Thank you G1 Lodge, our Baguio experience was simply delightful!

It's close to so many eateries and shopping centers. Taxi service is nearby which is great for foreigners/international travelers who can't use the local ride share apps. There's also a laundromat a few blocks away which is convenient since this hotel doesn't provide laundry service. The kitchen/restaurant below has good food and drinks which is nice for those who don't feel like going out to get food. The property is modern and comforting - just the right balance to enjoy your stay.

I like view of the place at night. The place looks cozy. However here's my feedback: the sheet doesn't look that clean, there were some visible stains in the sheets, there's no shower curtains so whenever someone uses the shower, the whole comfort room was a mess, the peep hole was in a very low position, the breakfast included for the price is cozy but not worth the buck. Was expecting a buffet style meal. but it was not. The parking is too small. The lights are too dim and yellow.

Overall, I liked this place, though there were some issues. On the downside, the shower was lukewarm and the air con heating didn't work. I mentioned both to staff 3 times but nothing was done. The air con wasn't a real problem as the weather was pleasant. The safe didn't work, but they replaced that promptly. A bit of a hassle though, as you have to use a combination AND a key.

I was put in a room at the front of the hotel which as on a busy road, and this became particularly noisy from 6:30am with trucks and busses. I got a transfer to the back of the building which had pleasant views across a valley.

Breakfast was included in the price, but you're limited to two items on the menu plus coffee. I asked for tea instead and was told it would be extra (as it turned out, they didn't charge me). The coffee was very average and the tea was much too strong.

On my last night there I decided to eat in the restaurant. I ordered a meal and a beer - both were unavailable. So I ordered a lasagna and another beer. I woke up the next morning with the runs and a headache. Though I can't categorically say it was the lasagna, it's certainly likely.

On the plus side, the staff were attentive, the location is perfect - one minute's walk from Session Rd - the main entertainment strip. The hotel has a funky minimalist design. No mini-bar, fridge, not even tea or coffee facilities.

I recommend the choco pinipig shake from the cafe in the foyer after a day's exploring.

Best thing about this apartment is the location, walking distance to the main mall and also down the road for the markets. Room was decent size with a great view. Bed was big and my kind of mattress. Amenities are slim with just a toothbrush with toothpaste... no individual bottles for shampoo and soap. Staff were very polite. Most importantly, the shower was good and hot for the colder climate.

For a hotel that is less than a year old, it's already looking worn. The room was not properly cleaned; it hadn't been vacuuned properly. The room did not have a closet/cupboard or a mini-fridge.
The water temperature in the showere was barely warm.
The only upside were the staff, including JP at the cafe who made a great coffee!

I booked the Fox room from January 2-4, 2019 which was supposedly perfect for the size of my family. Upon entering the room, I was surprised to see that our luggages have no place in the room, so they were literally lying on the floor. When I entered the bathroom to take a shower, the shower has no enclosure, so the entire bath room floor gets soaked after one takes a shower. So i talked to a Front Desk agent and found out, we were given a PWD room, which was never explained to us upon check-in and there was no information on the website. whats even funny is that the front desk told me that they have received the same complaints in the past.

To make our disappointment worst, on our second day, which we spent mostly outside sightseeing, our room was not cleaned. I had to complain again to the front desk and they told me we should inform them for a room clean request or hand the MAKE UP ROOM card outside our door.

Normally, this information is communicated to guests by way of notice cards inside the room. And, our room didnt have the MUR card.

For a first timer, this creates a bad impression. Because first impressions always last.

Fairly new hotel and very clean. The architecture is nice. The housekeeping staff is excellent and responds within minutes to your request for clean towels, more toilet paper etc. The front desk is efficient though not very talkative. Smart TV was nice and the WiFi worked well during our stay. They might change the password during your stay and not tell you. So if the Internet goes down you should check the front desk for a new password. The staff was friendly for the most part. Nobody was unkind. Nice bedding and comfortable mattress. Quiet room.

There are some downsides. The AC is very weak and you can barely feel it blowing with your hand right in front of it. So if you are warm natured bring a fan. Low water pressure, but plenty of warm water. When you order the free breakfast off of the menu you may get something close to what you ordered but not exactly. Sunnyside up is not the same as cold scrambled eggs. Our waitress mumbled incoherently even when speaking Tagalog. No coat hangers or closet whatsoever in the Swan room. The architect's fault, not the working staffs. No refrigerator.

Still, a nice stay if you know what the situation is going in. Quiet and comfortable with an elevator and doorman. Right across from the mall and a lot of eateries deliver to your room.
