It was the worst hotel I have ever stayed in in my entire life. The room had an odor I couldn’t sleep because the light came into the room. The dehumidifier and the air conditioner was so loud. I wouldn’t recommend this to my worst enemy.

The Expedia site led me to believe I had booked at a boutique HOTEL. I was shocked when we arrived at a three story MOTEL!
The rooms were clean for sure. The Tiki bar was a welcome surprise.
It is right next to the airport and quite noisy, as is the six lanes of traffic right beside the motel.

We came to stay, but the smoking issue was an issue for me because I have chronic pain. I use medical marijuana for that pain instead of opioids. We couldn’t even smoke in our own car if we were on the property. Although other people may think that this is not an issue, it is an issue for me. Instead of being greeted warmly by the front staff the young lady seems scared to death to be there. There were cameras, watching every room in every hallway and I found this invasive. When we went to visit the room, it smelled terrible. I believe it was mold. The manager on duty refused to refund our first night because he said we walked into the room. I only walked into the room to see if it was suitable for us. I do not recommend that you stay here unless you are not bothered by a room that smells like mold in an unfriendly staff. They only gave us back one night fees, even though we did not stay there. Sarasota has a lot of hotel hotels make another Choice.

An older property, but nicely maintained. Landscaping was attractive, a good mix of palms and tropical plants. Pool was very clean, and pool area had a goodix of chairs, Adirondacks, and loungers, with cute thatched roof tables. Rooms have been updated, bedding was firm but not overly so. All in all a nice property, worth the price, we would stay there again if in the area.

This place is clean and perfect for a short stay. Was worried about being by the airport because of the constant flight noise but they supply ear plugs but really, once in your room you hardly even hear anything. The pool is nice & even though they had a bar on sight, we didn't have the chance to use it. The staff is very nice and welcoming. Would stay here again.

The whole stay was great from check in to check out. The room was immaculate and comfortable. We went to the onsite tiki bar and the bartender was personable and when he dint have what I wanted (he did say he had a bottom shelf liquor for the drink I wanted but it wasn’t the best) he whipped me up a drink based on the type I wanted to drink. I will be back in the area in a month and will definitely stay there again.

The lobby and entry are an eyesore! It made a poor first impression to a place that was supposed to be rated 9.0.The grounds are not well kept at all. Small changes would make the hotel a lot more acceptable.

Check in was a breeze. We were sent a text to get it all going so that when we got to the hotel, the gentleman just had to confirm a couple of things and hand over the keys. We stayed 4 days and were quite comfortable. The room had been recently updated, spotless, and comfortable. My only issues with the room was that there wasn’t blackout shades so the light right outside lit up the whole room at night and the metal platform beds were a bit noisy if you just brushed up against them. Otherwise, no problem at all. We felt safe in the area and there were cameras everywhere. It was quiet even with being off a main road and only a couple miles from the airport. We didn’t get a chance to check out the tiki bar but will make sure we do next time.
