We needed a hotel near LECOM Park that would not break the bank. The room was newly refurbished and the bathroom room and shower were wonderful. Bedding was clean. Room smelled of stale beer. Also required a $100 deposit over and above room fee. Deposit was refunded.

I was a little concerned upon seeing the exterior (it is definitely an older Days Inn and not in the best area) but the room was spotless! I was pleasantly surprised at the comfortable bed and pristine bathroom. For the price, I was not expecting perfect, of course, but it was nicer than some of the pricier “good” hotels I’ve stayed in.

when checking in the front staff never got off her chair - I asked since the room was close to the restaurant would it be Nosie i was advised no - how ever in the hotel parking lot there was a car with a boom box going off to 11 at night and no one stopped it. There were 4 locks on our door - the TV remote had sticky stuff all over the back and in the morning we went to take a shower and the hook to hold the shower head was broken ,so was the shower wand so trying to take a show was crazy also it was a handy cap shower and on account the show was all broken there was water every where on the outside of the shower if was was in fact handy cap I would have fallen and hurt myself it was soaked. Check out time is 11 but at 8:45 AM the cleaning staff was knocking on our door to come in and clean my husb had to go to the door to tell them to go away so at 9:30 someone was back at our door knocking to clean my husb was in the shower and they tried to open the door when I screamed at them. we went to check out and the woman at the desk ask if everything was OK we advised about the TV and the shower she had the gall to us if we broke it I guess with the look I gave her she assumed we did not

There was a hole in the ceiling plaster and the toilet didn’t flush too well (if at all). TV remote either didn’t work well or needed new batteries. For example, channel down button worked fine but channel up didn’t work at all. On/off took several pushes to work. But the room was quiet and the staff was nice.

The floor was dirty and the room needed to be cleaned the yellow cubby was dirty needed a good wipe, and construction workers early in the morning noisy, woke me up. This was the second time I stayed there, the first was okay except for a leaking ceiling, they moved us and it was good.

Got there to check in. This motel says they honor emotional support service dogs, but yet when we got there to check on we were charged an extra $100 pet deposit and extra $15 pet fee.
The first room they gave us was full of mold and dirty. We complained and they gave us a slightly cleaner room with less mold, but still had mold. The pool and courtyard had trash everywhere including flooring in the pool and on the pool deck. I included some photos of the mold in the rooms

Simple but convenient and a value

Stayed with my fam for two nights as we enjoyed the Bradenton beaches. Room was what we needed for the price of $100 a night. Nothing super fancy but solid and close to gulf and Manatee River boardwalk. Hardwood floors were nice vs carpet. We could tell the room had been remodeled. AC unit cranked 72 cold the whole time. Loved the extra seating (desk chair and sitting chair. No bfast (ignore the recent review that included that false detail). Best part is it’s across the street from a phenomenal Latin market, cafeteria, and bakery! Cafe con leche, carnitas, and other deliciousness are in walking distance! This made the location worth it for us!

Terrible night

Walls must have been thin. Had a connecting door and could hear them till 630 in the morning. We didn't sleep all night. Guy next to us was hitting who was staying with him and screaming. Called the front desk almost 4 hrs before they answered the phone . Hotel is ok but the area brings unwanted people there

Worst place I have ever stayed in.

We went to put food/drinks in fridge but there was food already in there & the frigid was not cold. The microwave could not be used because it could not reach the outlet. The toilet was run when we got there and was still running when we left. Cockroach were in the shower and the shower curtain had mold on. We could not sit down in the chairs because they both looked like someone had pissed on then. We decided to just go to bed the sheets smelled like wet dog/dog piss. We started to call the front desk but there was no phone cord/cable to the wall & phone.

It was a cheaper hotel/motel, but the biggest issue we had was we did not feel entirely safe. The room was as to be expected, we were missing a remote to our tv which they took care of but it was a broken remote with tape all over the back and the room smelled like smoke. Since the shower drain was not sloped, the bathroom floor was half wet. There is no iron and ironing board in the rooms. The iron we asked from the reception is very old and leaking water. There were fleas in the bed. The refrigerator doesn't cool.

To star when i did my reservation with yiu guys the room that showed in the picture was fine but when we arrive it was something else. I reserved a non smoking room and it was totally opposite. Burned blanket with cigarette. A smashed microwave, holds on the wall. According to you guys the price was $477.00 for two nights and we ended paying over $600.00 with out the deposit. You guys have to be careful with this type of people.

Cigarette burn holes on the bedspreads, light fixtures, ice bucket and mirrors. No ice. Rope tied to the dresser knobs to open. No where near the Gulf as stated. Double charged for a deposit. Tried mutltiple times to reach the front desk for a dispute once home, and unable to ever speak to a human. Unable to leave a message. On the positive, the air was cold and the water was hot in the shower. Front desk was friendy when checking in and out.
