This condo had no beach towels no beach chairs, no sponge or dish soap, no paper towels. It had the bare minimum essentials had to buy essentials for my two week stay. I have rented many times 10+ and this was my first time I had to purchase essentials that should have been included in my stay.

There was only half a roll of toilet paper in each bathroom. No paper towels or dish soap. Just 1 little package of powdered dishwasher soap. 1 small packet of laundry soap that didn't clean the clothes. I ended up going to family dollar for laundry/dish soap and the ice maker did not work.

I would know to bring all the things I know it was missing, or purchase them down the road at either Publix or family dollar. It is also in a prime location

It was my third time staying here and while is not great or perfect, it was a good location for me and my family. It was close to a Publix and IMG, as well as a short drive to the beaches. Would stay there again…
The only draw back is that the apartment does not have much in terms of necessities (toilet paper, salt/pepper, dishwasher detergent, etc). But if you are there for more than one week, you can find them all at Publix next door and you can stack them up to last you for the entire vacation

The check in process went smooth. However the unit that we were assigned looked like it hadn't been updated for years! It had all 32 inch JVC TV's with only the master bedroom hooked up to cable. The furniture and appliances were very old and the most modern appliance a Keurig coffee maker didn't work. We were in the area for a wedding so we had 2 other family members that rented units in Shorewalk thru another source and they both were completely updated with new furniture, a[ppliances and TV 50 with cable thruout-No comparison. The Shorewalk complex itself is centrally located and overall is very nice. However I would never stay in this unit again....

Was a good first time exposure to Florida's beaches since they were easy to drive to. Florida streets were the hardest to navigate (have to U turn alot). Unit was nice and bright. Could've used more amenities to not have to donate to staff or next stayers on departure. Floors were very dirty upon arrival and our feet were constantly black after walking on.

The front desk staff said they would talk yo mngt but never heard back. They don’t do room service in stay which would be ok but we had no broom/vacuum to tidy up during the week. One of the pool/ club house staff was rude in how she addressed people and set a negative tone about 5 mins into our time on the grounds

Nice place but needs freshening up. The vents in the unit need to be cleaned as I ended up with a cough only in the unit. Staples should be provided like suger, coffee filters, detergent for dishes, scub brush for dishes. As an air traveller I had to buy a bag sugar and wasnt taking it back home.

Renting a condo/apartment was perfect for our group of 2 adults and 1 teenager. Each of us had our own space and we were able to get together in the common areas when we wanted to. Much better than having hotel rooms. The condo was well laid out and everything we needed was available. The location was good and close to all the things we wanted to do.

In the real estate world the term \"villa\" usually refers to a single story structure. As a stroke patient I was not happy to see I had been assigned a second floor, walk up unit. With no one at guest check in, there was little I could do but make a half-dozen trips up & down the stairs to schlep my belongings into the unit. It was not a good start to my stay as I felt I needed to deal with the problem overnight, think about it & maybe face it tomorrow. Is that the reasoning behind self-check ins? Amber was kind enough to offer to move me to a lower unit but since I was already settled, I stay where I was, in spite of no wi-fi (asked twice) and no way to stream TV (( asked once). It just seemed that \"guest services\" didn't exist at Shorewalk. Too bad, it's a nice enough property in an excellent location.

This was the 4th time that we have stayed here. This is a very convenient place to stay with a Publix store within walking distance and several restaurant options nearby. The 2 bedroom layout is great for a family of 4. It is a short drive out to the beautiful beaches on the island.

We liked the price overall /pools also as well as enforcing the badge to get into them ! The beds /pillows were hard as a rock the shower head was very small thus putting out very little water. The Air condition broke but was fixed quickly. The lawn chair that was provided deteriorated once we sat in it .

We had an ok time the unit it's self was ok but beds were terrible and no water pressure some ants but we bought spray and was good the real problem was the pool people they were not nice and you have to make an appointment for the grills and if you're a little late they cancel your appt even thow nobody was waiting plus I made an appt at 1pm for that night at5,:30 and the. Weather got bad and at about 4:30they called me and said there was a sudden gas leak and closed all the grills pools and hot tubs for the night leaving me with no way to grill plus nothing but water in pool no gateraide or Kool aid etc but owners (we were renters) had wine margarita etc hidden in cups in plain sight
