This was the second time I’ve stayed at this hotel. I was very pleased with the stay as I was several years ago. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The property was clean, quiet and is close to Corpus Christi. The breakfast was fantastic like the last time. There were many items to choose from. I plan returning soon.
Dustin
Nice and clean room
joe
El frío muy bueno la habitación limpia y el desayuno muy bueno
Ashley
The property was really run down the blinds were broken so couldn't open them up, the ac unit was falling coming undone on one side. the quilts had stains on them. the tape and flout were coming undone over the bathroom doorway. The door for the cabinet where the fridge was drooped down from the hinges. The price we paid for this room i expected it to be a lot nicer and updated. Also didn't care for the barn door in the bathroom don't really have privacy from other guest and when you would open it there would make a loud bang sound.
Durgesh
Room is good and it is nearby to many tourist attractions.
Deirdre
Breakfast could be a little longer, at least until 12noon.
Lorina
Front desk was rude! Halls smelt like wet rag. Room was dirty.
Christopher
I had a good stay, the only thing I would have liked differently was my shower working properly. That is literally my only complaint so that’s definitely a good thing.
Saundra
Deanna at the front desk was extraordinary! So kind and accommodating . Super comfy beds! Great property and walkable to a few restaurants. Close to corpus and Port A
Cindy Morgan
My only suggestion would be for the carpet to be shampooed, the shower to be redone, and the sofa cleaned. This is primarily due to the allowance of family pets on the premises.
Norma
Breakfast was great and I like that they had a gym.. Only thing that needs improved is the amount of carts they have available for guests.
Elicia
Room was spotless, staff was ok, the omelettes are to die for, air conditioning should be by the bed(got a little hot), BEDS ARE SUPER UNCOMFORTABLE! But everything was GREAT!
Teresa
Very comfortable
oscar

Breakfast had great and healthy choices.

Unfortunately, our stay was disappointing due to the poor cleanliness and maintenance of the room.
* The bathroom condition was bad — the sliding shower door was not fixed properly.
* The toilet bowl was shaking and felt unstable.
* Tables in the room were dirty.
* The carpet was very dirty. My son walked around barefoot, and his feet turned black afterward.
* The microwave was not cleaned.
* The fridge had food stains and was dirty.
Overall, the room cleanliness and maintenance did not meet expectations.

Fast check in and out. Decent breakfast. It was different the two mornings we ate there. I asked for a certain room type and got it . Would stay there again if we come that way .
Rocio
As always, their properties have great amenities, friendly staff, clean rooms, and comfortable beds. I always enjoy staying at their locations and will continue to choose them whenever I travel.
Shannon
Everything was great but the front desk staff is more interested in talking to eachother than checking you in. The breakfast service crew was way more professional and helpful.
Debra
Toenail clippings in the bathroom floor. The deadbolt wouldn’t lock. Unable to fill bath tub but able to use shower. Room 311
Kellie
Staff were amazing and beyond helpful!
Miguel
Excellent location, building looks new, clean and safety

1) Hotels.com / Hampton was a cluster. Overcharged,
2) Hampton desk very confused on second room and could not transfer name or charge.
3) Room low water flow at lavatory, shower curtain did not contain shower. No overhead light in living area.
4). Cheap bed, sore back.
5) Don’t be sorry, just fix it.

The hotel was great. Very clean rooms and the staff was very friendly and helpful.
Barbara
Property was very nice. It was clean and staff was very helpful. Would stay there again. Only suggestions is the need more garbage cans and hooks in bathrooms.
Jon
Staff was excellent and helpful. Location was good for seeing the city within a short drive.
Alan
Breakfast was adequate but limited in variety although always well presented. Coffee was on tap and really decent. Staff were very friendly and extremely helpful. Rooms were comfortable and functional but just a little worn but well cleaned and prepared. Beds are comfortable and rooms quiet enough for a good night’s sleep. Overall, it would be my first choice if I were to ever return to Corpus Christi again.
Marissa
The room smelled like there was dogs and it wasn’t properly cleaned and sanitized right

The lady who checked me in was awesome! Loved the hotel, it was very clean and everyone was so nice. Would stay here again
Christina
This is the worst experience we’ve had with Hilton. The front desk is constantly unmanned. We walked by multiple times with no one at the front desk or anywhere in reception. When we were greeted, the receptionist joked about having no idea what room we were in or how long we were staying there (we were staying a week). We walked into our King Suite to find the thermostat didn’t work, the blinds were broken and the shower floor was not clean. We had planned to do laundry but there are no dryers available, despite offering laundry service on their website. On our last day, we called the front desk to schedule a late checkout. They told us that they could push our checkout from 11am to 12pm. In that hour, 3 people knocked on our door for housekeeping and 2 tried to walk into our room. I honestly regret booking this hotel and wish we had stayed somewhere with better customer service.

Clean room

Loud noise and banging all day room above mine. Sticky bathroom floor and slippery shower floor. Smelled like mold musty. Staff not very friendly.
Deanna
Bed was uncomfortably but the pillows made up for it. Hotel was cleaned and breakfast was good. Had a good verity of food.
Michelle
Clean and comfortable
Hyllari
The lady at the front desk was so kind upon check in. Check in was smooth. The room was spacious, bed was comfortable. Upon entering, the room was muggy, but I turned on the AC and it fixed the issue after a few minutes. The stay was quiet. You could tell some of the spots in the room could use updated. My biggest complaint was breakfast. Food wasn’t good. Eggs were pretty bland, sausage was decent, pastries were rock hard. We didn’t go to breakfast late, but we ended up not having anywhere to sit. Seating is extremely limited which is unfortunate as well. Besides that, it was a great stay.
Dennis
Most of the staff were very polite. The location was good. Lots of amenities in the area, gas, stores and restaurants. Breakfast was good. Very clean facility. The only negative thing to mention is housekeeping. In the room (bathroom) there is a card on display that states housekeeping will come in ever two days to replace towels take out trash and fix the bed. I am assuming they vacuum as well (??). Well, they didn't complete task as written. They straightened the towels and took out the trash. But they did not fix the bed and even left a couple dirty towels on the floor. Even the shower floor looked as if it had not been cleaned in a while. The only other issue was the bed, noisy every time you moved.
Christine
Everything was great

Staff was great, the receptionist was so nice and friendly, and shared information about various beaches and local spots to visit.
At breakfast, the staff offered to get items without some meat that wasn't in days menu. Overall, a great place to stay.

Karen
The staff was super friendly, rooms are a nice size, beds are comfortable.
Nicole
Overall the stay was not bad but I would recommend fixing the bathroom doors as it was super difficult to close. It kept getting stuck and the lack of privacy with it be a sliding door. The bed was really squeaky as well not sure if the frames need to be changed.
Shania
My stay at the Hampton Inn was great. I had issues with my booking but Deanna at the front desk was attentive to getting the issue resolved. She was so nice and had great customer service. It is rare to find people that have patience and that enjoy what they do in today’s time. She let me know about all of the Hotels accommodations and even through in extra toiletries after I expressed a concern about an accident my family had. Thank you!!!
Rudy
Loved it
Angie
Clean and spacious
Clean and spacious room. The bathroom has lots of counter space and shower had lots of water pressure and difference settings. There was an extra blanket if you get cold and the room fridge was plenty cold.
Michelle
Nice hotel.
Love the hotel and staff. Would stay here again.
James
The floor in the entry and bathroom is ridged vinyl - and it was sticky. Housekeeping was good otherwise, but your bare feet sticking to the floor is nasty. And the coffee cups leaked - 3 in the lobby that I tried. Otherwise fine, but lots of options in that area.
Ale
Everything was very clean

Pool getaway
Picked hotel even at the price because front desk said pool inside was heated but it wasn't. It circulated cold water until 9 pm. when it started circulating warm water by then we were getting out of not so clear water pool. Bed was very worn and uncomfortable. A/C had been set at 66° when we checked in but it was not cool throughout the night and the temp outside has been cooler due to rains. Room and bathroom were very spacious and breakfast was good with many choices.

It’s always nice staying there! People are friendly, place is clean and safe! We will be returning to this hotel!

They had a nice indoor pool, but they didn't let us have guests over due to it being a holiday weekend, our room was small and it would get a little hot.Houskeeping is every other day so we had to do the cleaning ourselves.
Dora
We had a clean room and staff service was amazing.

From the time we walked through the front door till the time we left the friendliness of the staff and the courtesy was amazing. We just loved DeeDee at the front desk.

Weekend trip
Great staff at check in, was very helpful. Our room was great the bed was very squeaky otherwise comfortable, shower still had hair and kept getting wet by the toilet but wasn’t sure where the water was coming from.

This hotel was very inconsiderate. They took all my money and didn't care that I couldn't make the trip anymore. I will never stay here and don't recommend this place at all. They need new mangers that care about the hotel. Also it seems they don't want to post any negative reviews because mine keeps coming back to my email that I was using bad words? Hmmmm... stay away from this place for sure!
William
Staff smiling and a great deal makes for a pleasant stay.

Ricardo
The first night was good. The second night was terrible. Doors slamming, people running in the halls and people making a party in the parking lot all night.
Roel

The bed was hard as a rock and extremely uncomfortable. The window shades wouldn’t open. The free Wi-Fi was so slow that it was unusable. stores and coffee shops offer Wi-Fi for free for buying a cup of coffee I think a hotel the charge is almost $200 a night should offer usable Wi-Fi especially since Business customers are there.

Clean friendly staff

This hotel was great. It was clean and modern. The breakfast was great! Lots of selection. If i had only one complaint would be that the rooms are not sound proof. You could hear footsteps very loudly but thnkfully it was quiet during the night . I would definitely recommend staying here
