The hotel with the view was perfect. The embassador was very nice. She asked if our stay will be for any special occassion. I mentioned it was our Anniversary. Once we got there there was a chocolate mousse there for us - complimentary. The room was clean and the view from balcony was very beautiful. The location was great , close to down town amd marina. The room was a bit small but it is okay. Staff that bought us the room service was very nice. The pool looks nice but was packed , probably it was a 4th of July weekend. I will definitely stay here again. But I hope the price can be lower or at least the breakfast was included.

The hotel was extremely noisy, as there was construction constantly being carried out during our stay in the mornings and afternoons. There was no notification prior to our stay that the hotel was undergoing construction.

The front desk young lady was great, she warned us we had the last king room and it was near the elevator, and to ask to change rooms the next morning. The elevator was loud, but the room smelled like dirty feet. The smell was bad. The valet service was great, but didn’t feel like it was worth the extra $$ to stay here.

The room was very clean and the staff was very helpful. We did stay over the 4th of July and were excited when we were told we could see the fireworks from our balcony. I also called the day of to double check and they said yes, absolutely, you'll be able to see the show from your balcony. I called a 3rd time since I did some Google searches and I made sure they were aware our room faced the Lexington- yep, you can see the fireworks. Well the fireworks started and we could only hear them, not see them. We had to go out to the hallway by the elevators to watch, which is just not the experience we were expecting. However they apologized and comped our parking and gave us drink vouchers for the inconvenience, however it was our last night and we didn't get to use our vouchers. Other than that, great stay and location, but if you are there for fireworks, its best to leave your room unless your rooms faces the bay directly.

I’ve traveled the world but I have to say that the Omni Corpus Christi was one of the best hotels that I’ve ever experienced! My wife & I spent our wedding anniversary in CC & South Padre Island for some costal activities & we weren’t disappointed. The entire Omni staff & team were amazing. We were greeted with warm welcomes! The Republic of Texas restaurant on the 20th floor with panoramic views was an entire vibe! Overall I give the Omni Corpus Christi a 10/10!! We’ll be back for some late summer fun & of course the Christmas holiday season!

The service, despite the dinner service at Switchgrass, was exceptional. The breakfast buffet was amazing and the service from Gina and Alaina was beyond amazing. I did not like my view and there were no chairs on the balcony. This was our honeymoon and I didn't get the view I wanted and the bed was not comfortable but the service made up for it.

The view was great and the bed was comfortable, but the room wasn't ready at check-in, although we were given drink tickets for the hassle. The alarm sounded at 5:30 am the first morning even though we didn't set it, and the phone made strange noises a 5:00 am the second morning. I really don't appreciate being woken at such early hours BOTH mornings. The housekeeper didn't leave cups for the coffee the second day, so no coffee for us. Overall, I would give 2.5 out of 5 stars.

I was very disappointed with our stay at the Omni Hotel. The bed was extremely hard and uncomfortable, making it difficult to get a good night’s sleep. The shower was dirty, and there was paint peeling off the ceiling, which made the room feel poorly maintained.

The pool was much smaller than expected, and it was so overcrowded that we weren’t able to swim at all during the entire weekend. To make matters worse, the ice machine was out of ice the whole weekend and was never restocked.

For the price we paid, I expected a much cleaner, better-maintained hotel with working amenities. Unfortunately, this stay did not meet those expectations, and I would not choose to stay here again.

It was ok ...too many kids in hot tub and the pool to slippery didn't have the grips on the floor or on the ladders. I messed up my whole thigh black and blue. Then for the fourth the ladies out there that were selling the food were rude! So probably won't be wasting my money again on that place.

I'd give the overall stay an 8 out of 10 simply because it seemed like the room was turned over in a rush. The hand soap and body wash had not been refilled and the tub still had product residue around the edge. It was also a little weird for the only trashcan in the room to be in the restroom. We didn't visit the bar
The breakfast was okay. In fact, the veggie omelet from the buffet option was probably the highlight of our stay. I definitely need them to get their TV options improved ASAP! After a long day we wanted to relax and watch a movie but the casting connection kept dropping. Definitely not a stay that's at the bottom of our list, but the reviews had my expectations wayyyyy high!

The hotel was clean, and has friendly staff. I however was not overly impressed given the high price of the room. On a weekday no less. There was also added costs not disclosed prior to check in such as a $100 deposit which was to be given back i was told. As well as a $30 parking fee. When I went to check out i was told out of the $100 deposit I would get back $32.75 as the rest coveted parking and room cleaning. Its a very nice hotel however for the amount paid i didnt even get a full bea h view. I was put in the side room with a partial beach view. There are other hotels in proximity which are directly on the beach and less, with parking included. It was a nice get away but will not be going back.

When checking in, front desk staff mentioned our room was not ready. When asked if it would be ready soon she said she didn’t know how behind they were but we were only there for the night because we were in Corpus to see a show at 7 pm. Her accommodation to this was offering drink vouchers while we waited and room was getting ready. This was after 5:15 pm. We continued to ask if there was another room available. Clearly a downgrade was available and was mentioned to be the only room option. We accepted due to the time and needing to get ready to be at show that started at 7:00 pm. We also chose to skip dinner because of the understaffed bar area.

This was our first time ever staying at an Omni, and we'll absolutely look for them in the future. The staff was INCREDIBLE and every single person was above and beyond lovely, helpful, and wonderful. We were slightly concerned because the property had a huge event and was sold out, but our stay was seamless aside from having to wait for the elevator. (who cares, really) I woke up one morning to a flooded bathroom, sent a quick text and staff were there fixing the sink in moments, and we even received a credit to the room - which I didn't ask for, and didn't expect. Great stay!

We have stayed at this hotel multiple times, this is probably the worst time we had, the pool is outdated and hard to get to, I have bad knees however I am not hadi cap but the stairs to get to the pool are horrendous, the escalator was not in service, you had to call 4-5 times to order room service, and my wife has a medical marijuana prescription, and she brought thc liquid drops with her and 2 of the bottles disappeared, she was hoping they would be here at home and she made a mistake but they were not so theft is 100% unacceptable. We love the Omni on the beach but this one visit was disappointing, the valets were amazing always made sure we got our car.

My stay at the Omni Corpus Christi Hotel was excellent from start to finish. The rooms were clean, spacious, and comfortable, with great views of the bay. The staff was friendly, professional, and always willing to help whenever we needed anything.

The dining options were one of the highlights of the trip. The food at the hotel restaurants was outstanding, and every meal exceeded expectations. If you plan on dining at the steakhouse, make reservations well in advance because it fills up quickly and walk-in availability can be limited.

The location is also convenient for exploring Corpus Christi, making it easy to enjoy the waterfront and nearby attractions. Overall, I had a great experience and would gladly stay here again. I highly recommend it for couples, families, or anyone looking for a comfortable stay with excellent service and dining options.

Front desk, valet, bartenders and other staff were amazing and helpful. Love that it’s pet friendly with balconies and views of the water. As a local, I hope Omni invest in their CC location. Our sheets were stained and the restroom was not cleaned very well , there was a smell to the place. We also had the rudest barista/cashier at the coffee place down stairs the fact that your are snatching things and acting like you do not want to work their is not the customers issue.
