The room was not clean, the lamps had mold, ceiling was damp, beds & pillows were damp & moist, shower curtain had mold, mold growing on bed sheet, fire detection not even secured, when door closed it fell off the wall, only two towels to accommodate a family of 4. Asked front desk for more towels and they said they didn’t have any.

Dried dog poop on green turn ( stepped in it)

Dead roach in dining seating area.

Breakfast advertised but No milk for cereal, no access to any drinking water, waffle machine worked, & there was syrup to go with it so at least there was that to feed the kids.

Will not be going back

Paid over $300 for 1 night and it wasn’t even worth $30!

I checked in and immediately the desk clerk said we don’t have a tv for ur room and ur room is on 4th floor like wow.oh and btw elevator is not working smh. They found me a room after a brief intense moment .Then I get on room on 2nd floor and bathroom basically smelled like a strong urine odor . The website for this is totally fake advertisement and completely false from real property. Very misleading.im disappointed

This is by far the most disgusting hotel I've experienced. I had to pack up my family and leave after an already long day. Mold on the bed liners, sink didn't drain, toilets don't flush, toilets not even installed correctly. Bugs everywhere. Don't lift up the mattress!! Stairwells smelled like piss, heavy pot smoking near entrances. Disgusting to walk around anywhere as the outside of rooms has weird green sticky puddles. The staff on duty that night lied about checking us out and the hotel had us still checked in!! Total nightmare I didn't want to deal with on vacation. 0/10 if I could.

Over all you get what you paid for. Went for weekend fishing and just about every hotel was booked. Just needed a shower and clean bed to sleep. Booked up with one last room available. It managed. Bed sheets smelled bleached clarifying they were clean but bed was hard. Beds were pretty used up. A few roaches were spotted, i dont think ill book again. But for a budget friendly hotel, itll do the job.

Upon arrival I fell and landed on my elbow that I just had surgery on because the front walkway is very slippery when its raining. The next morning I at like 5am the fire alarms in the whole place went off for no apparent reason. I was told that that happens regularly. The \"breakfast\" offered was a bagel.

Do Not Stay here!!! A lot of criminal activity. If I could rate it -100 I would!!! 1st floor not available. Tubs are stained, bed sheets are stained. No remote in room plus the tv would turn on and off by itself. When window blind closed, roaches came out. Housekeeping never came to deliver towels as requested. This place is the dumps.

Staff was great but I wouldn’t stay here again. My room was really humid due to the door having an open gap. The floor, bedding and furniture was wet but since we were tired and just wanted to sleep in one night, we stuck it through. We countered the humidity but turning on the AC but still felt gross. Be sure to check your pillows for mold…

DO NOT STAY HERE!

It was horrible, we got to the hotel and thank goodness i check beds, because both rooms and all 4 beds had bugs on them..We got a refund for 1 room and still waiting on the other because it will take 2 business days, why one went through i have no idea. Ruined our trip because we had to find another hotel and pay more money because it was last minute, taking away things we had planned for the extra money to go towards.

Bad business

I was disappointed because it started fine from the lobby until it was time to fine my room. They didn't tell me that they had an elevator until I found it by accident and it was very dirty inside. The room was not clean because I saw roaches in my room and only had one towel, so when I call the front desk they told me that I had to wait because they were being washed and then go over to pick them up.

Typical no frills motel, 4 stories, one icemaker, elevator did not respond to 4th fl, limited parking.

I stayed in 3 different rooms in 3 days: one was infested with greenbottle flies, one had most of the lights not working and one did not have a toilet seat on the loo! 🙆 I had to insist on changing rooms - no-one offered it! The lift did not work properly. The drinks machine for breakfast was out of action during all 3 days I was there. The coffee machine did not work properly. Cutlery and crockery was all single-use plastic.

Horrible experience

Service was lackluster. I was able to park in the parking lot. However, the exit gate was locked and the person at the desk would do nothing about it. Television didn’t work. Telephone in the room didn’t work.

Well the workers were very friendly from the front desk to the house keeping. Whenbyou walk in the lobby was very nice but the elevator looked run down. The room was nice but the bathroom looked like the door frame had been kicked in and repainted. The bath tun didn't drain well and had rust spots. The tv didnt work.

Great price, great customer service. Lobby is very nicely upgraded but the outside is a little rundown, room was ok but it feels very humid, I brought my small fan inside the room and it helped with the humidity.

Good

The room itself was nice, the hotel from the outside does not look appealing. That didn’t bother us. It was quiet as well. We liked our stay!

Alot of the imperfections were masked with new paint, a few roof panels were broken which caused us to have a roach come in at night, bed sheets and pillows were in need of a deep wash and the outside of the building looked plain sketchy. I think the pictures of the rooms deceived us, not ideal for a family trip.

This place was terrible. The front of the building was beautiful, the lobby was great. Then you have to go out to the back which looked like an entirely different property where the hotel tenets live, everyone is smoking, there was a prostitute, two homeless looking tenets arguing, and a suicidal woman claiming she was going to jump off the second floor railing head first. Best description is that it’s a halfway house that rents out a few of the empty rooms to hotel visitors. Needless to say, I turned back around and checked right back out. Unfortunately I never got my refund

The elevator was not operational and there were items in the fridge that I did not put there. But for the price it was as expected.

The staff were always very polite, attentive, and courteous. But the property grounds and rooms lacked attention to detail in it's appearance. My room had stickers on the floor that were left by previous guests. The bathroom had dirt and grease smudges on the ceiling tiles, the molding around the doorframe had gobs of caulk filling gaps from poor framing, the bathroom & room entry doors were not hung properly and were left hanging askew in the door frames, and the outdoor sitting area for guests had loose tiles that were trip hazards.

They do have an elevator, air conditioners tend to leak a bit off the balconies (it was humid) but they cool the room quickly. Comfortable beds and large rooms! $20 fee for pets.

Traction the insides of bathtub's and add handles

The bathtub has no handles to grab onto and no anti slip covering the inside of the tub. I actually slipped in the shower and had no chance of catching traction and no handles to grab onto to keep myself from falling. Address this issue asap before someone else gets hurt.

Nice room and good service

The front desk was very busy when we checked in, however they were calm and quick to serve. We were short on towels when we arrived in our room but they brought us fresh towels as soon as they were available. Would definitely stay again.
