Very friendly staff
Marylin
We did have trouble during check in with the double bed rooms. They weren’t ready and we waited approximately an hour before they were. But other than that inconvenience everything was perfect!
Delisha
This motel was wonderful! I can’t thinnnof one bad thing to say about it!
Victoria
My room had been wrong I booked a queen double bed they gave me a king single but they corrected it apologized and we’re on top of it so professionally!
Matthew
Great bar tender
Wendy
The room was clean and comfortable. But I had a last-minute change on my side that I needed 2 beds instead of 1 king size and the staff did not have a courtesy of helping, I was willing to pay for an upgrade, but they could not help at all, the hotel was not even full at its capacity. Poor customer service because I booked the hotel through Expedia.
Walter
The shower leaked so bad I could not stand in the bathroom or use the toilet without getting whatever I was wearing wet. The lady at the desk said yes we know, a lot of the rooms do that because of a bad design. So why don’t they fix it? The toilet rattled so bad. I’m surprised it didn’t leak. Worst of all I got bit at night on my stomach as I slept. Don’t get the breakfast. I had a time. It’s not a buffet. Every item is priced. They just deduct it from what you paid upfront. So you have to spend the exact amount or spend more. The breakfast sandwiches are all prepackaged and they cost seven and eight dollars. McDonald’s is way better for 1/3 the price.
Carlos
Room was hot and A/C was not working right. They said they would reset the setting but it still worked the same. I had to ask for a table fan.
Chris
Clean. Noisy. Could literally hear the people in room above walk across floor.
Gregg
Only things I noticed-tile in room 212 bathroom was loose or damaged. Parking was somewhat questionable for security. Very open to the street.
Joshua
Outside need to be cleaned. Bathroom shower got water all outside the shower.

This is the second time I've stayed here and it's so nice every time. It's always super nice and clean, the rooms are super spacious and clean. The staff is friendly, the pool was nice and cold. Would definitely recommend!

Check-in was quick and easy, and the staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay. Unfortunately, our room was very hot the first night due to the AC not working. The front desk did provide us with a fan, and the issue was resolved afterward, so we appreciated their responsiveness.
The pool area was nice and well-maintained, and towels were provided, which was convenient. However, one downside was that there was no complimentary breakfast offered.
The location is about 20–25 minutes from the island, so not too far.
Overall, it was a decent stay. For future trips, we would probably look for a place that offers more complimentary amenities and is closer to the island.

The place was cool-looking and clean. Tons of long black hairs in the shower which implies that it hadn’t been properly cleaned, but overall the place was great.
Melanie
Very nice staff great room loved the bed very comfortable will definitely return
Chris
Staff was great; however room was old/dirty hvac system didn’t work well at all. Shower leaked all over floor. Grout joints missing at tile flooring. Loud.
Sadie
I was over charged twice for our room and have yet to receive my refund. Check yalls bank accounts & keep receipts !
Anna
The staff was the best! Friendly, helpful. That is the reason I would go back.

Our room was almost spotless and the hotel staff was very accommodating.
Brittany
Friendly and Kind staff, day shift and night shift were very helpful. Especially during the Christmas holiday.
Keith
It appeared there was a leak under the refrigerator, as we found a puddle of water in the bathroom. We were moved to another room, but there was also a puddle of water there. Additionally, the air conditioner in that room was making a disturbing noise, so we had to change rooms yet again.
ROB
Always stay in the same room every Christmas, staff was excellent!!! Room is always very comfortable and clean
John
It was a nice hotel but the room could use some maintenance. The shower door wouldn’t close all the way and there was knicks and scratches on the walls. We didn’t pay for breakfast.
Jaketa
The first room the AC was really loud. I was switched to another room and the AC was not working properly. Maintenance supposedly fixed it twice but it was still warm in the room.

Casual atmosphere. Great beds and cools room design. Fun bar in lobby, free pool table, good vibe, swimming open until 10pm.

Our room was modern, spotless and conveniently located minutes from the freeway. Parking was a breeze, and we were greeted by a friendly staff. The free Aquafina water was a gracious touch. The Aloft is our family go-to when visiting from out of town.
Emily
Staff was lovely and a great place to stay with pets.
Manuel
From the amenities to the room to the staff was all amazing
Antonio
I can say this , the bed and pillows were comfortable.
Roel
great service and spacious room.
Ainsley
Great room, cheaper than being in the water, and honestly gotta much time are you going to spend in the room anyway?
Darin
We had people jumping up and down above us. Called the front desk twice and no one answered the phone. Our room wasn't cleaned for the first days we were there, so we had to call to get fresh towels. The lobby bar was supposed to open at 4p and we were told that the \"bartender was on the way and wouldn't be there until past 5p\". Just seems like this hotel is poorly managed. Surprising from a Mariott property.
Juanita
Great amenities
Sharon
We did not eat breakfast there. A/C was fine after being adjusted. The staff is outstanding. We like it because they do not charge extra for our dog.
Simon
It was very clean and quiet

GROSS.
We normally love to stay at Alofts whenever we can but this was the worst one we’ve been too. Our room was dirty, tile in bathroom was broken, paint was sloppy, shower not clean. Our room faced the front of the property and was directly across the street from a night club called The Social which played their extremely loud music until 2 a.m.
on top of that at night there was barely any parking and the side doors didn’t work with key fob so you had to walk all the way around to the front. One of the elevators was broken and the bartenders they have were unprofessional and vulgar.

I was able to check in earlier than 3pm. The staff members were really nice. The room and the gym were clean. I really enjoyed my stay here.
Jessica
It was nice
Magdalena
Upon arriving for check in the front desk agent was away. We waited 15mins. Once she came back
Laura
The hotel was nice! We were on the bar/ club side so it was noisy! The room had a few issues. No USB port! Only plugs. Shower floor leaked. Bath mats were always soaking wet way after shower was off! Door was very hard to close. You had to slam it shut!
Luis
Clean rooms, good location
Kyung
The folks here at the Aloft have become family as I have stayed here quite often. The hotel also has been great with my puppy Duke.

The parking was not safe. My car got hit and run while parking overnight.
Enrique
Only one elevator was working, and the one that was working smelled bad,.
Room was okay ( great AC ), shower was dirty, one of the shades didn't close all the way down. When we contacted the lobby for help, they said they didn't have any staff available to assist.

First room not cleaned properly. Dog hair all over the floor and AC unit went out in the middle of the night. We did change rooms. Second room hair on shower floor. Staff were nice and breakfast was decent

Summer Trip
Room had an order. Carpet was dirty, phone didn’t work, the iron was broken, the toilet didn’t flush at night, the water pressure was low during the day. Terrible
michelle
Alfots or not Alofts
The ironing board was broken.
Water pressure was so low! Could not flush toilet at night. Washing hands would take a long time bc the water pressure was low. Lights had issues. And the carpet was filthy and the room had a terrible smell.

Great stay !!!!
Our stay was great ! The staff were extremely kind and helpful when we needed additional items for our room. It was super clean and comfortable. The lounge was super cute and was packed with people enjoying themselves. My family and I will be returning for our next trip.
Bonnie
I found it to be an enjoyable stay. Clean and friendly staff. Easy check in and out

The quality was great and nice and quiet
Joseph
Nice steak restaurant adjacent to the hotel.
Veronica
Friendly staff
Laura
Staff was amazing, friendly, and helpful. Lobby is very trendy. Coffee is available and water bottles too. Rooms are small, but clean. AC was nice and cold. We got a king bed, very comfortable and linen was nice. Dog friendly too! Poo was also relaxing. Shout out to Anita and staff.
Jonathan
Bed had fleas
Fernando
I was pleasantly surprised by how stylish and comfortable this hotel was. The design felt modern and clean, and everything in the room looked recently updated. The bed was incredibly cozy and I slept very well each night. The front desk team was super friendly and helpful with local recommendations. Only slight drawback was that parking was limited and I had to park a bit farther than I wanted. But overall, I’d definitely return and recommend it to friends.
Marissa
Staff always welcoming and rooms clean.
Steven
Didn't like the area
Sam
The staff was very nice and accommodating. The property was clean and my stay was quiet. Only complaint was the elevator. I got stuck trying to get to the first floor once because the service elevator kept opening. Overall a great stay
Everardo
Always great stay when in town
Santhosh
Aloft is not friendly and hotel amenities are not working. Room is very congested.
Maricelda
Nice atmosphere, but hotel needs new a/c!!!
We arrived on Friday June 20 , we enjoyed the first night, it was a little warm but ok after we lowered the ac. Saturday the a/c leaked throughout the day all over the carpet , the staff decided to move us to another room . We left to a family function and came back to a hot room. It was very uncomfortable but it was after midnight and we didn’t want to have to move again.
Amanda
Had a great time barely there except for night time but it was clean comfortable the air conditioner kept room nice and cold I lived that it had a area to buy breakfast and snacks the only tiny thing was the TV it kept glitching a little bit but still watchable but regardless great experience great staff
LeiAnn
Great location. Easy to get to off the access road. Clean and comfortable. Will book again.
Peter
The toilet was leaking and there was roaches. There's also a club in front that is pretty loud. If you're looking for a peaceful trip search elsewhere.
Asia
I received nothing advertised on the site. I feel like I was click baited from the pictures. Room, filthy. Service, unprofessional. I arrived in town after midnight the overnight desk clerk seemed to know nothing and acted as though it was a bother for extra linen. Thank goodness, I was only sleeping there and spent most of the day at the beach.
Rene
I loved the staff, everyone was super nice and the bartender was awesome. We did have issues with the phone and had black bugs crawling randomly around the windows
Not a whole lot but we didn't know what they were
It would not keep us from coming back, informed the front desk at checkout
Thanks again

Walking distance to steakhouse right across the street that had excellent service and food.
Hardik
Did not like the bathroom, it was only the hot water even though tap set to cold or medium level.
Fanta
Had to complain about my neighbor who wanted to play music on full volume. Management handled it well and the music stopped.
Charles
Clean and mostly quiet.
Jeremy
I was in a room facing a night club.
Laura
We always stay at this hotel. And by far this was the worst stay. The bed was hard as a rock, we had dirty bath towels, and as soon as the AC would kick off the room would get really hot.
Joseph
Nice and clean rooms. I would stay here again.
