I'm not sure how... but I am certain my daughter's Beats headphones were stolen from our room.
Michael
Overall a great stay!
Demarcus
Breakfast was just okay. You do better eat out. Better quality ingredients would help. Rooms could use updating, the glass on the desk made noises everything someone walked by. The bathroom door squeaked when opened and closed. Carpet could use a deep cleaning. Overall okay stay.
Arturo
Nice breakfast, clean rooms.
Raven
Good location and amenities
Gulasalkhon
Nice quiet place to stay.
Monica
My dad had a heart attack. So we rushed to Corpus & would be arriving very late. I booked & called to inform hotel of our 1am arrival. When we got there at 1am with my small son asleep in the car, the girl at the front desk said they did not receive payment for our room. I showed her my confirmation but she didn't care. She said we didn't have a room & needed to leave or we would be escorted out! Even though I had my confirmation email, even though I am a Marriot member, even though we called ahead to let them know of our late arrival, even though we had a family emergency, even though we had just driven 3 hours and even though my 5 year old was asleep in the car, front desk clerk, would not allow us to check in!!! NEVER AGAIN!!
Rebecca
What they advertise was not actually available such as pool hours, breakfast hours, and also no smart TVs. The overnight was rude, and the though the room was clean, you can tell it wasn’t stocked properly from the night before.
Cris
clean room
Douglas
Everthing was nice.
Rita
Every time that I stay at this hotel it's a pleasure
Rafael
Better bed sheets and pillows
Norma
Yes it was great, we enjoyed our breakfast very clean, they never ran out of food or drinks the staff stayed in top of everything very 👍
Jose
Everything was good. The only negative thing was that the bathroom was in front of the beds with a window panel as a door. Therefore, the whole bed area was illuminated if somebody went to the bathroom during the night.
Barbara
Friendly staff
Armando
Awesome
Windi
The hotel was in a good location. Seemed centrally located. Little things in the room that could be touched up. The staff was wonderful! The 2 ladies who oversaw the breakfast were extremely helpful and attentive! This definitely was the first time at a non-five star hotel I have ever been checked on to see if I needed anything. Everyone from reception to breakfast staff was 5-star!
Cora Lei
Very nice stay.
Charles
Did not stay, Expedia attempted to reach out to hotel staff in regards to a refund, but no luck. No one ever returned any calls or communication, even though i spoke to hotel staff representatives myself prior to Expedia reaching out.
Ebonee
Nice property. Will stay here again.
David
Room was great, clean and well kept. Staff was friendly and great! Breakfast was stocked well and maintained through out the whole time.
Matt
No hot water, Kids running up and down the halls knocking on doors
Lucy
Hotel was dated but clean. Staff was nice. Breakfast was excellent
Naomi
Room was spotless and staff friendly.
Heather
Friendly staff, good breakfast, and great location. Minor maintenance and cleaning issues, but nothing too crazy. Would stay here again.
Fon
As expected
Roxana
There was a noticeable odor as soon as you walked into the room. I initially considered requesting a move to another unit, but the smell was present in the hallway as well. It may have been related to the carpet cleaning solution, but it had a musty scent. Since we were only there for the weekend for my son’s football tournament, we mainly used the room to sleep.
I would give this place a 3 out of 5 for the indoor pool and convenient location. Otherwise, I feel there are better options available for the price.

Joanne
I was charged again by this hotel.
Billy
The rooms were definitely clean, but what truly stood out was the staff member overseeing the breakfast area. I’ve traveled all over the world and stayed in countless hotels, yet she was by far the most cordial, friendly, and attentive staff member I’ve ever encountered. She checked on us constantly, making sure we were comfortable and had everything we needed.
Mariana
Everything was great, my daughter had surgery at driscoll and we had a very good experience in the hotel. Very easy check in and very friendly staff
Juan
The property is great, phenomenal service, and location!
Jose
Hotel was beautiful and bed was comfortable however the man at check-in was absolutely rude. It was late when we checked in so doors were locked and lobby lights were turned off. Eventually doors were unlocked and we walked in and he did not want to turn the lobby lights on even when I couldn’t find my credit card. We told him several times we couldn’t see and it wasn’t until I couldn’t provide the credit card that he finally turned on the lights and continued to be very rude. Handed us the door cards and said our room was down the hall but didn’t show us which way. It was our first time here and we loved the hotel but not the service we were provided. The morning clerk was very nice and polite and we mentioned the problem to her. She said she would look into it.
Sherry
Beds were very comfortable and staff was great. Definitely need some earplugs if you are bothered by road noise.
Nicholas
Excellent!
Bobbie
The rooms were clean, beds soft not to hard, staff were nice and helpful. Everything went good with our stay.
Kirsten

Saymora

Randy
Staff was very helpful
LINDA
Could have offered fresh fruit.
Dalia
Excellent stay and very clean. We had a very enjoyable stay.
Arturo
Front desk clerk was nice when checking in. The room hadnt been vacuumed in a while. Food crumbs and hair were on carpet and in restroom. Headboard was dirty and didnt look like it had been wiped down in a while. This was my 2nd time staying at this hotel and more than likely my last.
Catherine
Staff were nice, check in was efficient
ERIC
The room stated it had a king size bed but it felt more like a full or queen bed. The closet had a nasty odor. We arrived at the breakfast 15 minutes before it ended. There was no more waffle mix so when I asked for more, I was told breakfast ends at 10 am in a rude matter as if I bothered the employee. She then told me she would give me enough for one waffle. I will never stay here again and it’s hard finding a nice hotel in Corpus, so I don’t see how this hotel has such a high rating.
marie

Julie
Front desk staff was ok but staff was ranting and cussing in the kitchen when I passed by. Bed was comfy but room wasn’t very clean and quite worn, dingy bathtub etc
Roinell
I did not eat the breakfast as we had other plans. The staff was excellent. So helpful
CYNTHIA
I’ve visited Corpus many times, however this was my first stay at Springhill Suites. Conveniently located close to the highway, shops and my granddaughters school. I will definitely stay here again.
Michele
Great space and nice rooms. Clean
Lorenzo
Overall a pleasant hotel gor the price and near many restaurants and retail outlets.
Abel
The 2 bed Suite was perfect to give my grandson just enough room to not feel so cramped. The separate area with TV, desk and sofa bed was perfect for us to hang out without disturbing the baby once he went to bed.
Chandra
Clean room. Nice amenities. Nice breakfast. Friendly staff.
Imelda
The kitchen service was very friendly and food was good!
Nina
Although the property was very convenient and very friendly staff… as you entered the hotel it reeked of the smell of gas (propane) it was bad bad. I wish they could fix that- it’s insanely worrisome.
Stephen

Our first stay at this hotel and will not be our last. We were a group of 10 and everyone agreed this is a great hotel. Rooms were spacious and clean, amenities were plenty, staff is professional and kind.
Camaron
Just so dirty and it just smelled. Loud at night people running
Ismael
Not used to watching OTA channel TV. Room was not as clean as the one from our previous stay but did not complain since it was an overnight trip. Carpet and walls need upgrade along with bathroom
Sylvia
the sliding door to bathroom would squeak very loud so late night visit to bathroom would wake us up.

Weekend Getaway
My wife loved the breakfast! I understand some hotels don’t have that option, so we were really happy with this one. The room we were in had a lot of space for our child to run around and play with his toys. The bed and the pillows we’re really comfortable as well, we slept great!
Lorraine
Great hotel. Would definitely stay again. Staff is very friendly
Monica
Didn't have a problem!
Jun Gyu
good
Diana
Great hotel. Friendly staff. Room was stocked well with towels. The Sofa bed was like 2 in one which was perfect for our family of 5, there’s a pull out mattress on the bottom of the sofa. The breakfast was ok. Cute little bar in the lobby too. Only thing I did not like was the bathroom door in room. It was one of those sliding door type and it was really noisy when opening and closing. Overall, satisfied with the stay & would stay again.

Vivek Vellaiyappan
Stay was good. But, the breakfast doesn't have much options.
Jialian
Overall was good. I want to complement the breakfast; well balanced and we were not rushed to finish. The only thing to improve is having someone to come in for the trash.

Overall ok when not crowded
It was comfortable place , room was spacious, the breakfast area was too crowded over the weekend which was underetandable, not many options though.
Front desk and the team were nice and helpful. Room service needs improvement, they did not clean well and some spots were not touched at all ( like barthroom floor) they forgot to put soap but i was able to get some from the front desk.

As usual we're very pleased with the room, they keep it clean and ready for us before checking in times, also breakfast buffet was great and service was excellent.

Nice hotel
Sheila
Very clean and elegant hotel will be staying here again with my family! Pool was super clean and staff was very friendly!
Nathan
Rude front desk person at check in
The associate who checked in for us, Michael, was having a bad attitude. I do not appreciate the demeaning tone.
Sarah
No coffee, hot water, No sugar in the lobby.
Saima
It was a bad experience. I booked this hotel after reading positive reviews. But what a great disappointment! I was told at the checking that water heater is broken, and if I don't want to stay here I can leave. Also if need credit I have to just call Expedia. I was tired of long drive so I decided to stay. Room was not properly clean, air conditioning was not on and room was smelling bad. All in all worst experience every.
Anthony
Property was old and in need of remodel and upkeep. All exterior doors were broken with the exception of the main entrance. The lobby had a bad smell that resembled urine. Breakfast was poor and refilled inefficiently.
Cindy
Spacious room for the price.
Dora
Excellent Customer Service as always
Jerry
Everything was great
Arinita
I love it
Craig
Great property, checking in was quick and easy! Room was clean, property was clean!
There were several men drinking alcohol in the parking in the bed of a pickup truck right outside the main entry, both of the nights I stayed there! Not a great look and what I expect from a Marriott property.

Our room card wouldn’t open our room. We had to get a key from the front desk every time we left our room. Finally on the second day we got a key that worked. We had to remind and ask for the key. The entry was not very welcoming. It had trash, food, and bird waste that was there our entire stay. The rug needed to be vacuumed as well.

Check in was super easy. The receptionist helped me with everything I need it. Clean place, everything functional. No weird smells or clogged bathtubs I will definitely come back.

Easy check in. Clean quiet cold rooms. Plenty of towels, blankets and pillows.

Nice hotel for the price. Room was clean. Breakfast was great. Several staffers were around, wiping down counters, cleaning area, and making sure food was re-stocked as necessary. Also friendly. I would stay there again.

The only thing I noticed was when I was going to sleep that there’s a gap under the front door big enough that if anyone wanted to look under they could see in, definitely shouldn’t be like that. I had put my bags to cover that. Other than that everything was pretty awesome, and I would go back.
