I did a ton of research before deciding on Hotel Plus and I am so glad I chose this spot. It's clean, comfortable, spacious, close to amenities, service was amazing, breakfast was really good. Everything about this place was on point. Would book here again.

Located a stone-throw away from the Hualien train station, the HotelDay has huge rooms, a very nice buffet breakfast and super friendly staff
Everything to see & do in Hualien can be done on-foot from there
A must stay when visiting Hualien (this is my 2nd stay!)

房間棉被潮濕空氣霉味重

一進門有很重的濕霉味，棉被很潮濕，空調是中央空調無法依照個人適合的溫度進行調整，冷氣口又剛好對著床頭方向吹，這樣的設計讓我和先生躺在床上看電視沒一會兒就冷到受不了⋯⋯

請了櫃檯服務人員來處理，告知冷氣部分無法調整只能進行除濕，但有幫我們換兩床較乾爽的棉被來，服務態度和處理速度都算不錯，有稍稍安慰我們對於房內霉味潮濕的不悅感受。

但隔天起床我頭因此吹冷氣吹到很痛⋯

希望承億可以改善這個問題，會讓住宿體驗更完美。

The hotel doesn’t have very noticeable signage so took a minute to figure out the entry (it’s not an obvious door). They advertise soundproofed rooms but they are most definitely not soundproofed - I could hear people in the next room having conversations. The room was a great size but smelled musty, there were cracks in the ceiling and bad patched paint jobs. The carpet was quite dirty and there was some mould in the seal around the shower. The staff I came in contact with spoke no English whatsoever which I found weird considering Hualien is a jumping off point for Taroko Gorge where tourists would visit so I would have expected at least minimum basic English. They are also ridiculously strict with their check in times - I was about 30m early and they told me I had to wait. However, the location was good - right across the road from the bus station and a 5 minute walk to the train station. Convenience stores are close by as is a supermarket.

Pros: Very well located - across the road from the bus station (just behind the Hualien train station). Strip of mochi & pastry shops down the street. Nice, clean, modern looking hotel.

Cons: No street level hotel signage, and the door was camouflaged as a rock wall. So walked right past the hotel initially. No room safe. Thin walls (you can hear ppl inside their rooms from the hall way.

停車場:
免費的戶外停車場，須先跟櫃台人員辦理住房確認才會給停車卡，天氣因素停車場積水多處且深。

櫃台:
櫃台人員服務好，有點迷糊的狀況外，確認身分後仍拿著其他房客資料與我確認訂單，在桌上瞎忙翻找，而我的訂單就在桌面上的可視之處。

房間:位處最高樓層，價格也非該飯店最低價之房型，卻只有一扇寬約30公分的窗戶，跟住在無窗戶房的房間無差別。有提供不同插座的頭但對於我來說不好插進孔洞。隔間稍差....睡回籠覺的時候被隔壁房務員打掃跟打鬧聲音吵醒....

浴室:水壓很不夠....調節蓮蓬頭的架子也壞掉無法調整。馬桶位置擺放挺怪的坐在馬桶上腳會抵到浴室的玻璃。

早餐:種類並不是非常多，但以該價格提供的選項已經是非常優質該有的都有，且樣樣精美補餐的速度很快。

不錯的住宿體驗

地點非常好,就在火車站前,租IRENT也非常方便,前方就有兩個站點,早餐一天是餐盒一天是自助,餐點都還不錯,用餐環境也很好,房間的部分,兩天熱水都不太穩定,忽冷忽熱,空調溫度調不下來,早上起床明顯感到支氣管非常乾燥

失望!!!不推薦~~~

臨時決定開車到宜蘭、花蓮4天家庭旅遊!!急忙訂了3間飯店!
其中一晚就是承億文旅 - 花蓮山知道~墨玉行政四人套房(10樓)
原本對承億文旅的飯店印象滿好的，但此次花蓮山知道有點失望!!
整體設計感覺滿好的(但一點老舊、髒髒的感覺)!房間清潔真的有如其他人說的有待加強尤其在這疫情期間更要注意清潔問題~~
1.房間地上都有一些頭髮、小石子、汙垢(因有一歲多的小朋友，怕撿來放到嘴巴自己用酒精稍微擦拭一下地板)
2.床邊牆壁都有些不知明汙垢自己還用酒精擦拭，床的下襬的布建議也拆下送洗了不要省這個錢!有夠髒，由其內側角落好像之前客人滴落的醬汁汙垢一大條看了都想吐了!
3.隔音超差!晚上11~12點還聽到同樓的玩樂喝酒聲!!早上5~6點左右聽到樓上還是窗外好像有滴水聲還是機器的運轉卡拉、卡拉的聲音~~更本無法睡!!
4.房間/走廊都有霉味、潮濕味!枕頭棉被也都有潮濕感
5.一早退房出飯店門口的樓上一直很大量的在滴水，因拖行李只能從大門的小斜坡下去!!所以一定會被淋到水!!也未有工作人員告知或幫忙~一個飯店門口人來人往卻一直在滴水!!
6.浴巾、毛巾老舊部份小破洞
7.廁所裡的垃圾桶生鏽的很嚴重
8.服務人員冷淡

另外因行程問題急忙收拾退房，到了宜蘭才發現放在房間桌上的一支電動酒精噴槍未拿到，馬上打電話到飯店詢問，但飯店人員說沒有看到!因出飯店後中途都沒有去其他地方所以確定是放在房間內，心想這麼大支的噴槍(約30cm)這麼會沒看到~難道是農曆7月??

因為太臨時訂飯店了也滿相信\"承億\"這個品牌的!
住後回家看了\"花蓮山知道\"的網路上評價大多差不多~~清潔、隔音、潮濕霉味、工作人員態度、老舊..等問題
入住後跟網友們說的差不多(也是有好的評價只是剛好沒遇到)
真的住一次就讓我嚇到了!此品質飯店一次就好了~

糟糕的浴廁隔間，還好有大山和戰鬥機

地點近花蓮車站但離市中心稍有距離，飯店久未整修，有點老態，部分壁紙脫落，4人房浴廁門上下是透空的，隔音和隱私情形不佳，空調開關的LCD面板亮度很高且長亮不熄影響睡眠，電視機候機狀態的燈也是很亮不滅，入住時為防疫期間，早餐以盒餐供應，量足夠但品質不甚理想。

面山景的房間可見雄偉的中央山脈，偶爾也有戰機掠過，是難得的景觀和體驗，附近新落成的花蓮車站無聊時也可晃晃體驗台鐵風格，附近也有多家特產店。

飯店整體給人感覺有在用心經營，早餐很棒有很多意想不到的小驚喜，地點也很好很靠近花蓮火車站。可以免費借腳踏車4小時，但借到的腳踏車煞車有點問題。

We really like the modern spa feel of the room. It was spacious due to the clever layout of putting the table/sofa against the window. The location is very good just opposite the railway station; but good to put a clear sign at the hotel main door as it was made of stone and we thought it was a wall and walked passed it.
The staff could be friendlier and more service oriented and helpful. Needs more training on this really. The breakfast varieties could change more as the spread is just ok; boring for us eating there 3 days.

The room was clean and comfortable with a modern looking bathroom. I admired the beautiful use of wood in the overall design of the hotel. Breakfast was alright (may be partly because I was early). However, gym = 1 treadmill and the sitting toilet may be too small for a person of larger build.

Great little boutique hotel near train station

Super close to station. Excellent for a one night stay. Well fitted. The only thing is the toilet (which is in a separate glassed off section) is super small. I'm 5'2 and I could barely sit on it without my knees touching the glass. Otherwise it's great!!

Good transportation location!

It is very near to the Hualien Railway station and also the Hualien Bus station that goes to Taroko Gorge. The staff are friendly and helpful. The room is a good size and the amenities provided in the room are also good.

had a two night stay in this hotel. hotel is pretty basic but clean and nice. location is good and close to the train station. stuff were nice and helpful. in our second night there was a problem with the water in the shower and therefore they upgraded us for free to a bigger room. thanks for that gesture :)

兩個人都對棉被過敏癢到無法入睡肉眼看是乾淨的但蓋在身上很不舒服建議皮膚敏感的人穿長袖長褲不然真的會癢死

We enjoyed the hotel for our short stay. It's very close to the main train station going to Taipei, and it's about half hour to Taroko National Park. The hotel offer storage for our luggage when we arrived early. The decor is contemporary. The only down side is the layout of the room. There isn't a space for us to put our bags and stuff when entering the room. The sink is right next to the bed, only 1 bedside table. The shower has a little drain issue. But overall, comparing to other old hotels nearby, this is a great clean and comfortable hotel. The bed is super big.

We really loved this hotel, modern & comfortable. We also loved the idea that you could send a postcard for free from the hotel and get it one year later. The only one thing that we didn't like was their breakfast. the breakfast was delivered from a local restaurant a day before. So, there were no fresh coffee, hot tea or sandwiches. Everything was cold. The food was not tasty at all. Only on Wednesday, they have more choices on fresh and hot sandwiches. During the period of staying in this hotel(three days), I barely touched the breakfast. The staff told me that they soon would have a restaurant on the second floor in April or May.

Nice hotel BUT

It was aggravating when I arrived at 2:05 p.m. and was denied a room because checkin time was 3 p.m. even though the hotel was clearly nowhere near being fully booked. Finally we got the room at 2:30 p.m.
Breakfast was catered from outside food establishments and not very palatable.
Name of hotel in Chinese was very convoluted and even locals don't know it.

喜歡木質空間的很推薦

check in服務感受很好，櫃檯人員迅速告知任何需求（服務態度也很友善）。很喜歡走在客房的感受，淡淡的木質香充斥在客房走道中，踏進客房的那個瞬間覺得自己真的有進入另一個空間（覺得自己真的再旅行的感受）。

早餐選項沒有到很豐富，但是每道菜都很好吃，清粥小菜的配菜簡單但沒雷，桂竹筍肉丸，涼拌豆皮我本人很愛，旅伴拿了兩次涼拌章魚，顯見他也很喜歡。可以選擇要不要加購早餐而不是綁在住宿費裡面也符合現代人需求。

整體而言很推！！浴室空間也很夠，只是為了營造空間的除濕上面沒有隔開這點會讓人有點沒安全感，不見得每個人都可以接受旅伴一邊上洗手間的同時自己在洗澡。

Wir hatten ein Basic-Zimmer für 3 Nächte.
Die Lage des Hotels war super, da es direkt am Bahnhof liegt und man den Bus direkt vor der Tür hat, um an andere Orte zu gelangen. Das Zimmer entsprach nicht ganz den Bildern auf der Buchungsseite. Es war deutlich älter und abgenutzter, jedoch sauber. Leider war es etwas feucht, da es im Bad keinen ausreichenden Abzug gab & die Fenster sich nicht öffnen ließen. Es stand bereits auch schon ein Gerät zum Entfeuchten im Zimmer, was dies bestätigte.
Die Zimmer waren sehr hellhörig, man hat alles auf dem Gang und in den anliegenden Zimmern hören können, leider auch teilweise Geräusche vom Busterminal/Bahnhof.
Die Auswahl beim Frühstück war sehr groß. Hauptsächlich Taiwanesische Gerichte.
Der Service war sehr nett & zuvorkommend. Die Englisch Kenntnisse an der Rezeption waren etwas dürftig, aber man hat sich verständigen können.
Für einen kurzen Aufenthalt ok, wir hatten vielleicht etwas Pech mit dem Zimmer.
