Wonderful stay and helpful staff

Everyone at the hotel was so nice and accommodating. We were always greeted with a smile and they arranged anything we needed from breakfast for sunrise tour to massage after a long day of walking.

Enjoyable stay in Siem Reap

The hotel was in a good location, with most tourist sites reachable within 20 minutes by tuk tuk. The room was both clean and comfortable. The staff at the hotel were friendly, attentive, and kindly prepared floral arrangements, a bouquet of flowers, and a small cake when we informed them it was our anniversary.

The rooftop bar was worth visiting to see the sun setting while enjoying very cheap drinks.

We did encounter a couple of small issues during our stay; for example: the electricity in the room tripped a number of times, but the staff were quick to respond.

Overall, it was good value for money and we’d be happy to stay here again if we return to Siem Reap in the future.

My wife and I had seven heavenly days here last month and want to go back already. We sprung for the Oasis Suite, which was spacious and airy. The rates were such good value, the extra expense was negligible and it made sense to opt for the larger room. The bed was very comfortable and the bathroom luxurious. The hotel is about halfway between the airport and the centre of town, meaning it is a short, US$3 tuk-tuk ride into the major markets, Pub Street, etc. The hotel has everything one could want: superior pool, indulgent day spa, quality dining, rooftop bar, room service, tranquil gardens, gym, dedicated transport (bus, car and tuk-tuk), tour information, laundry service; the list goes on... Saving the best for last, our favourite thing about Sakmut was the staff. They were unfailingly friendly, helpful and attentive to our every whim. Mr Visal helped us plan our adventures and he, Mr Po, Paet and others always had a fresh cold towel ready for us when we returned to the hotel. Sokmun and Koenekoa struck the perfect balance of service and warmth in the restaurant. Pisale is the best driver in Siem Reap and Pisat makes the best mojito. The hotel is well-staffed and they are all exceptionally friendly. Honestly, we have no criticisms of the hotel and staff; best ever! Oh, to be reclining by that pool again...

Must be one of the top Siem Reap hotels when talking value for money. Staff were great from check-in to check-out. Fantastic swimming pool. Top notch dining facilities. Amazing spa. And the rooms are spacious, nice decor and very comfortable beds. Quiet and a balcony overlooking the pool. Thank you Sakmut hotel.

Staying here was so relaxing and perfect. The staff were incredibly gracious, polite and helpful. The pool was the best part! We loved our room which had seating outside and gave us access to the pool like it was our very own. The hotel did not have many guests and that was perfectly fine with us because it was as if we had the whole pool to ourselves, and we did! Room service was fine (better than the dinner we had there). Rooms were well kept, clean with wonderful maid service. The hotel is just 5 minutes in a tuktuk to the center of the bustling town. I will miss staying at the hotel and swimming in the pool. I wish them the best! Thank you, Sakmut!

We absolutely loved our stay at Hotel Sakmut and our time in Siem Reap. The hotel staff from the Head Manager Kirivuth to Mr. Po at the front desk to Sokman in the restaurant were all wonderful, so friendly, helpful and attentive to our family's needs. The hotel has an amazing garden and pool area with a lovely spa off the side where my wife and I had excellent massages..twice! The food at the restaurant is superb and the daily breakfast is fantastic with a great combination of Asian and Western items. The hotel also organized a 1 day guided tour of Angkor Wat and several other temples and our guide and driver were excellent making the day highly memorable and enjoyable. It was our first time in Cambodia and our experience at Hotel Sakmut gave us such a positive impression of the kindness, warmth and generosity of its people. We highly recommend the hotel and can assure you that you won't be disappointed!

Would stay again.

Would stay again. Staff are attentive, friendly and very helpful. Inclusive breakfast was great. Eggs cooked on request and many other prepared choices including noodles, rice, pastries, fruits, cereal, cheese, etc. Swimming pool was sparkling clean and a pleasure to swim in. Room was spacious and clean with large bathroom. While we were there complimentary tuktuk was available into Pub street in the evening between 5 & 7(not sure if this is always available). Thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Excellent boutique hotel with large hotel feel

We are here for a medical and education outreach camp, we work very hard providing free services to the villagers, and when we return it is nice to have a nice hotel to recharge. The staffs are friendly and accommodative, facility is well maintained and the restaurent serves delicious meals. Highly recommend.

The complimentary two-way airport transfers and shuttle service to the town was a bonus.

The staff here were very kind, welcoming and extremely helpful. The pool and the room were great. The gym was outside so while we did workout once we nearly sweated to death. Siem Reap in general is our favorite city hands down out of the three that we visited in Cambodia and this hotel is a good place to stay. It’s about a 10 minute tuk tuk to the downtown area but for $3 USD it’s not a bad price.

From the time of arrival the hotel staff were attentive in ensuring i settled in quickly. The morning reception staff were very helpful in organising a fantastic private tour of Ankor Wat, floating villages and museum with a very experienced guide, Saven, who spoke excellent English and could clearly articulate the many stories from the Cambodian culture. This really made a short visit much more fulfilling.
The hotel rooms were very comfortable, clean and had all amenities. I really enjoyed the quietness which was a benefit of being located a little outside the city centre.
The pool was so welcoming after the tours, it can get very warm.and humid even at this.time.of year. I.would very much recommend this hotel for anyone who wants to relax and.unwind in cambodia.

Amazing stay and extremely kind staff

We had an amazing stay at Sakmut Boutique hotel! The staff is extremely friendly, helpful and courteous—going above and beyond to make you feel at home. Everyone there, from the hotel managers to the housekeepers, always had a smile in their faces, were extremely attentive to us, came talk to us to check how we were doing many times and were so quick to help when needed. We were treated like royalty! We ended up getting a room upgrade to one of their special suites and our room was incredible! Comfortable bad, amazing shower and a balcony view to the beautiful pool. Everything was spotless clean and well taken care of. Also nicely decorated. Breakfast was really great too with a wide selection of both Western and Cambodian food options, which were delicious. They helped us arrange for a car to visit the farther out temples and for tuktuks when needed. Oh they also have a pretty good outdoor gym overlooking the pools. Highly recommend this hotel! Thank you again Sakmut hotel for your kindness and the lovely stay!

A quiet and wonderful hotel.

Our stay at Sakmut Boutique Hotel was ideal. It is only a small Hotel with only 55 odd rooms which meant we were not in a resort with 1000+ people around and crowded. An ideal situation to relax and enjoy the peace and quiet at the pool for the whole family including two teenage kids.

The hotel is off the main roads so it is quiet but only 10 minutes by tuk-tuk to the city where all the touristy restaurants and markets are. The temples are also close with a 20-30 minute tuk-tuk ride.

As the hotel is small it only has one kitchen which limits the menu variety so we occasionally made trips to the city to more variety. However, the quality of the food was 1st class at the hotel.

Overall, if you are looking for a relaxing and uncrowded \"boutique\" hotel then this one is highly recommended.

Very soothing and quiet place

It's a very quiet and nice hotel so my family could sleep well throughout the night. It's essential especially when you need a rest after a long day. Also the staffs are very friendly. I loved the pool so much too! We stayed at the two room family suite and it was just perfect for us. Divided room kept enough privacy, and at the same time we could gather up easily without any hassle.

Staff was amazingly helpful, kind and overall great! (Except for massage therapist who lingered in the room after massage and asked for a tip & then followed me to reception to make sure I added one? Weird.)
Every question I had was answered immediately, staff was amazing!!
Also size of rooms, loved it! Pool also great size for decent swimming. Would absolutely recommend to stay here.

깨끗하고 전반적으로 괜찮았지만 미비되어이는게 많습니다.
예를 들면... 어메니티 중 칫솔,치약이 없어요.
직원분들이 불러주는 툭툭은 가격이 너무 비싸서 pass app이나 grab을 설치하셔서 이용하시는게 나을거에요.
수영장은 아주 예쁘고 이용하는 사람이 많지 않아서 수영 하실거라면 괜찮으실 거 같아요.

我們入住8天，酒店距離機場約10min車程，距離Pub street約10min車程，有接機服務，接機哥哥送上冰水，很貼心，常帶笑容。
到達洒店，送上濕毛巾，Wellcome drink,大堂員工Sharon,親切，友善，熱情款待，謝謝她。
房間整潔，舒適。大陪份的房間都係對住泳池。泳池好漂亮。
餐廳早餐好食，多選擇。可能我哋入住較多天，職員Panat特別為我們送上餐牌，可order其他食品，不過我哋都唔需要啦，謝謝熱情的款待
Sakmut Boutqiue Hotel是一間小型的酒店，性價比高，我喜歡他的寧靜,外牆種滿值物，較為陰涼，全體人員都很有禮貌，我會推薦給我的朋友。

部屋を間違われました。

予約後にバスタブがある部屋へグレードアップをお願いしましたが、部屋を間違われバスタブが無い部屋でした。部屋の変更をお願いしましたが「今日はクリーニングしていないから無理、明日の朝食後ならOK」と言われ仕方なく受け入れました。翌朝、部屋の変更をしてもらいましたが謝罪もなくルームキーだけ渡され自分たちで引っ越しをしました。最初にトゥクトゥクと車を手配してくれたMr.サムの対応は素晴らしく色々と相談に乗ってくれ観光プランなど一緒に考えてくれましたが、観光後に朝日観光を相談した夜のスタッフ（空港まで送迎してくれたスタッフ）は微妙で他のスタッフが天気予報を調べている横で壁に向かいながら「明日の天気なんて明日にならないと分からない」と呟いたのが聞こえて気分が悪くなり、その後SPAの予約をしようとした時もあまり知らないのか割引率など適当な事を言われました。それ以外は快適に過ごせ朝食も毎日メニューが変わり飽きる事も無くフレンドリーな対応に感謝しています。最終日もチェックアウト後に荷物の預かりと観光後の汗もスパのシャワーを使わせてもらい助かりました。帰りはホテルの車で空港まで送って貰いましたが車中で運賃の事を聞くと「それはあなた次第、金額は任せるからホテルのサービスに満足したなら払って」と言ってきた時には、このスタッフは最後まで悩ますなって思いつつ適正価格を支払いました。金額を聞かずに乗った自分が悪いのですけどね・・・実際は無料だったのか有料だったのか未だに不明です。部屋の間違いと一部スタッフの対応の差が無ければ評価はもっと良くできたと思います。

Super Service und Startpunkt für jegliche Ausflüge

Schönes Hotel um Siam Reap und natürlich Angkor Wat und Co zu erkunden. Alle Mitarbeiter sind sehr zuvorkommend und um sehr guten Service bemüht. Frühstück ist sehr gut. Wir hatten ein Familienzimmer, wo bei das Zimmer der Eltern sowie das Bad sehr gut waren, das zweite Zimmer war eher sehr einfach. Die vom Hotel angebotenen TukTuk Fahrer waren alle sehr gut. Preis ist gleich den freien.
Insgesamt auf jedenfall zu empfehlen.

内装がすてきなブティックホテル、従業員の情報伝達と設備に改善の余地あり

口コミがとても良いホテルだったので、こちらのホテルを選びました。計３泊しました。事前にエクスペディア経由で連絡して、空港ピックアップに来てもらいました。フライトが遅れたのですが、メールで連絡したら、きちんと待っていてくれました。最初のお部屋は気を使っていただいて、ファミリースイートから最上級のスイートにアップグレードして下さいました。眺めもよくてとてもすてきなお部屋だったのですが、我々は３人でエキストラベッドに寝る人がいるのはかわいそうなので、予約通りファミリースイートに次の日から戻してもらいました。なのですが、ファミリースイートの一部屋はシンクとシャワーの排水があまりよくなく、シャワーをつかっていると、流れず、溢れてしまいました。。。直しに来てくれた人がいるのですが、きちんと治らず、もう一部屋のシャワーを使いました。設備的な面ではエレベーターが壊れてて、使えない時が何回かありました。
問題だったのは最終日で、朝日鑑賞のTuk-tukを前日に予約していたのですが、朝４：４５に受付に降りてきて、張り切っていたのに、５時を過ぎてもまだ来ない…その朝の受付の男の子はあまり英語が得意でなかったのですが、どうやらTuk-tukドライバーに誰も前日に電話が入れていなかったそう…一台の別のTuk-tukを呼ぶのにすごい時間がかかって、結局大通りまで出て自分でTuk-tukを探しました。なんとか捕まえられたのですが、もうかなり朝日鑑賞には遅く、ホテルを出られたのが５：４０くらいになっていたので、ベストスポットが取れませんでした。その事をホテルに帰ってマネージャーに伝えたら、謝罪してくれて、スイートでのレイトチェックアウト（ただ、このスイートのエアコン一台は壊れてました。もう一台のエアコンと扇風機は動いていたので良かったですが）とスパを１時間（スウェディッシュマッサージとフットマッサージは最高に気持ちよかったです）、無料で提供してくれて、マネージャー自身が空港まで送ってくれました。また、一人体調を崩していたのですが、ホテルで会うスタッフ全員が心配してくれて、その点は感動しました。
トラブルもあった滞在でしたが、スタッフはほとんど皆親切でしたし、朝ご飯はとてもおいしかったし、お部屋はとてもおしゃれできれいでした。Tuk-tukの予約ミス、エレベーターの故障、お部屋の排水が悪かった事があったのが残念でした。

Nos hospedamos en el Sakmut Boutique Hotel para nuestra visita a los templos de Angkor Wat y fue una experiencia realmente increíble.

El personal super amable y siempre estaban a tu servicio sin la necesidad de venderte ofertas turísticas como hacen todos los hoteles.

Las instalaciones, como el restaurante, la piscina o los masajes, son realmente increíbles y puedes disfrutar de ellas.

Estamos muy agradecidos a todo el personal por lo que han hecho por nosotros.

Sin volviese a Siem Reap, sin duda repetiría en el hotel.

日本人にとって、滞在しやすいホテル

2016年12月22日にスタートしたばかりのホテルで、
日本人としては初めての宿泊者として歓迎されました。（一番目の宿泊者はオーストラリア人女性とのこと）

宿泊部屋には日本語の表記（ドアノブの箇所）もあり、日本人への対応もきちんと教育されていました。
私が泊まった際には、まだスタートしたてで、ホテル近隣の設備や建設ラッシュで時々業者の作業がありましたが、ホテルの部屋の中にいる分にはとても静かに過ごすことができました。

また、蚊が発生することが多々あるため、特定の時間帯（午後一回）ホテルの外壁を業者がスプレーかけることがありました。その際は、事前に部屋に連絡があったので、部屋にいてスプレーを吸わずに済みました。

プールも温度管理がなされており、夜に入っても寒く感じたことはありませんでした。
近隣がとても静かで、空港から乗り物で10分ほどで着く場所です。

日本の方で、シェムリアップやアンコールワットに訪れる際には、ぜひイチオシしたいホテルです！
