A brilliant stay in Siem Reap. This is honestly one of the nicest hotels I've stayed at. The rooms are spacious, and overlook a beautiful garden. The property is a short distance from Siem Reap, so it is quiet but not far from town when you want to go. I walked in a couple of times, which took about 30 mins, or it is 10 mins by tuk tuk. It is also just a short drive from the Angkor temples. The hotel will help you organise transport, guides, whatever you need: from fully planned out, to loose and flexible. Special thanks to one of the managers, Jacky, who helped me plan an excellent 3 day itinery that suited me perfectly. This is a long review but I loved this stay! Highly recommend, hope to come back.

It's an old style hotel using natural ventilation to cool it, however Siem Reap weather is not so much the heat but humidity, so a lack of air conditioning makes it uncomfortable.
The staff are wonderful and friendly and can't do enough for you.

The property’s grounds and gardens are magnificent and beautifully maintained. The staff are very courteous, helpful, and welcoming. We had breakfast one day which was very nice. The 2nd day we asked for a to-go breakfast as our tour started at sunrise. This was a little less desirable since it was mostly breads and boxed juice. While our room was spacious and had amazing views of the grounds, the furnishings and interior was dated and needs remodeling. I also understood this is a developing city/nation and not to expect world class accommodation.

Fabulous place to stay. Good location despite being a little out of the centre (I liked this). Excellent staff - friendly and professional and always helpful. The room was very clean, everything we needed was there and worked, fabulous hot shower.
The pool area was really lovely and the pool was a treat. Breakfast was plentiful and very delicious. We had cocktails in the bar - great!
Try a Smoke in Cloud cocktail - fantastic.

A massive property, beautifully laid out with lovely views into the gardens - but I can imagine in peak season it could become a horror for non-family guests. We got a sneak peak into that already...
Gorgeous pool, with a lovely bar by its side. We spent a lot of time in betwen our culture jaunts to relax there.
Restaurant menu is pretty lame, as well over priced - but you can download GRAB and order in from restaurants around town, which we did.
Breakfast is generous with lots of items, even vegetarians can thrive here!
Hotel interiors wer sadly non-descript...as you go upstairs to your room you wonder whether this building was previously a school or office.
Great shower, nice rooms.

We love the place right away. The staff was very friendly, attentive and caring. They really wanted to make sure you enjoyed your stay. The room was big, a king sized bed with a balcony and a partial view to the pool. Food was excellent. There is not much to do in the area around the hotel. We stayed there because it was a 20-25 drive to Angkor Wat and the rest of the temples.

Short stay during Khmer New Year

Excellent hotel and a reasonable rate. The service was very good and all the staff were very helpful and polite. We didn't use the pool as much as planned due to other activities in the local area, but it was a nice place to relax and cool down during the day. The food in the bistro was good, but we only ate there once as we explored other (cheaper) options in Siem Ream.

There is a lot to do in the local area and I wish we had more time to fully take advantage of it. We particularly enjoyed hiring a scooter and going to Phnom Kulen National Park for a day. The atmosphere in Siem Reap was very energetic with a lot of Khmer New Year celebrations, including mass water fights! Overall, we enjoyed the buzz, but it may have been a more relaxing break if we had avoided the city at its busiest time of the year.

All in all, a great place to visit and a fantastic hotel to stay at.

Loved the pool!

Comfortable, quiet rooms (we stayed at the hotel twice between other trips around Cambodia). Good sized pool that we made the most of after sightseeing, with plenty of deck chairs around it and hammocks in the garden area. Good buffet breakfast with tables outside by the garden and pool. Overall an enjoyable stay both times.

I loved everything about this hotel, it was an amazing stay for my trip. The location is very convenient for walking or taking a tuk tuk into town. The complimentary breakfast was a great way to wake up before the morning tours I had taken and not only were the staff extremely friendly to talk to, but the entire hotel had such a gorgeous atmosphere about it. Really glad I chose this hotel and I would definitely recommend staying here again

Good to see some travellers back in Siem Reap. Was happy to stay at Lotus Blanc again. Only part of the hotel reopened, but they've done a great job of maintaining the beautiful outdoor and open air areas. Rooms were comfy. Mattress and pillows and shower pressure 10/10! 👍

Great friendly hotel in Siem Reap

This hotel is on one of the main streets in Siem Reap so it made it easy to get around. Wifi was great, hot water for showers, quiet location, hotel staff spoke English and I ate at the hotel restaurant and food was delicious. I stayed for 3 nights and would stay at this hotel again. Also the hotel has 2 dedicated Tuk Tuk machines owned by the hotel outside waiting for you anytime you want to go somewhere. So this was very convenient!

Worn out and needs rehab

There are some good things going for it but it has unacceptably bad wifi and weak air conditioning that is very old and worn out. Look at the controls. The buttons are all gone and even though Inset it at high the temperature will not get cool even after a few hours. I will never stay here again thus the one star review. Also at night the attendant speaks very limited english and appears to have limited training. This hotel should not be ranked this high.

My stay at Lotus Blanc was middle of the road overall, but mildly diaappointing for a 5 star hotel. The food was lackluster and completely overpriced, the staff ranged from friendly to totally ambivalent (mostly the managers in suits), and I was overcharged for a few things without any resolution. I’ve had much better experiences at lower-rated hotels in Cambodia.

We had a 11 night stay in in this hotel at Siem Reap whereas most tourist stays are 3 nights. The hotel and facilities were as expected and the biggest disappointment was that it was not possible to walk any where outside the hotel ( or any other in Siem Reap ) as the footpaths were non existent or in desperate need of repair and often forced to walk on the road where traffic was suicidal. This required the use of tuk tuks or taxis to get anywhere. We came for the temples and were not disappointed.
Overall, our stay at the Lotus Blanc was excellent and the breakfast and restaurants were first class

Nice hotel. My husband I stayed there for 2 days. We used the hotel-airport transfer and it wasn't so good. No one was there to pick us up and had to take a cab to our hotel. When the manager found out, he was very apologetic and offered us a free ride back to the airport. Later, I found out that several other guests had the same experience. Something that they need to work on. The actual facility was gorgeous, French inspired Very thing was well kept. The room itself was clean, but the ac took forever to cool down. Don't turn it off...it will take forever to cool. Keep it running. The customer service was very excellent. They did continue to push for us to try their onsite restaurants, but when my husband and I checked out the prices, it honestly was extremely overpriced so we opted to eat other places. The pool was divine! Breakfast was included and was yummy.. Overall good experience.

Great rooms, terrific bed, good breakfasts, ‘friendly” staff. Location is a 2$ tuk tuk ride into the city that takes a few minutes but if you want to be in town this is not the place for you. Great for families. They can organise all the tours and transport you need. For a single traveller maybe a smaller hotel in town would be better. The staff were very keen for you to review the hotel on social media before you left which was a bit strange and unnecessary. Overall I would recommend lotus Blanc as great value in the off season.

The Lotus Blanc Hotel is an amazing place to stay while in Siem Reap, Cambodia. It’s beautifully scenic and relaxing environment. The first day we arrived, the hotel ambassadors were all very welcoming as we were greeted by with a cold hand towel and refreshing beverage. We were escorted by Adam who gave us a tour of the property and then to our room.

The second night we had dinner at the Damnak Lounge. The service was wonderful and the food was delicious. Can’t believe how reasonably priced the menu was!

After a long day visiting the temples, we came back to book a reservation for a 90 minute massage at the Spa located in the Resort. It was so great that we booked another one for the next day. Since there were two of us, they were nice enough to put us together in one room.

One day I wasn’t feeling well (like a head cold) and Adam nicely brought ginger lemon tea to my room to help me get well.

The level of service at this property is definitely a 10 star property! I highly recommend this sanctuary and would love to be back when I return to Siem Reap.

The staff at the Lotus Blac were wonderful. They even helped us rent a motorbike for the day,even though that’s not a service they generally offer. The breakfast buffet was enormous and decadent - we especially liked the crepes. The room AC was powerful and the bed was comfortable. It’s a good starting point to seeing Angkor Wat the only downside in my opinion is that it is located on a busy through-road, and is quite far away from the night market pedestrian district of restaurants and entertainment. The staff can arrange a cheap tuk tuk ($2) for you, but for those who prefer to be in the action, you may want to be further south.

When we arrived at Lotus Blanc we were moved to Privilige rooms. This was OK although on a different site but the hotel transported us and gave us a complimentary breakfast so all was well. though being out of the downtown and pub street (it's hardly any distance though) and on the airport road, its in line with all big Hotels.
Breakfast spread is good as well as the Hotel is good. Didn't have food, as wanted local flavors to be tried, yet it was a comfortable and nice stay. shall always remember it for more reasons than their hospitality.
Overall no complaints.

It's a nice and clean hotel. Their staff are always very welcoming.

However it's a bit away from the main area which makes it a bit hard to get food, you always have to get a tuktuk. There're not a lot of choices or options in their restaurants which didn't help. Also the pool is a bit smaller than I expected given the size of the hotel.

Difference in Hotel and Resort

I had stayed here a few years ago. When I saw they where having a promotion I decided to book again. Come to find out they have a hotel and a resort on the same property. The resort is very nice the rooms are wonderful. Unfortunately I booked the hotel side this time. The rooms are old, and not nearly as nice. When arriving I was greeted wonderfully, cold towel and welcome drink. They came up to say my room was in the other wing. So I followed them over, this is when this stated to go downhill. There where tons of mosquitoes in the halls and room. The air con would not go below 25C I called the desk, they sent someone up with a remote to change the setting. They would not leave the remote, and the room was never really comfortable.
Breakfast the next morning was chaos. There were so many people, because the hotel and resort use the same dining. I was seated 3 times at tables that where dirty or someone was already sitting at. The food was good, nice variety once you are able to get a set. The coffee was not good.

Take Aways:
-Make sure you know what area of the property you are booking.
-Go to breakfast early, so you have a seat.
-Plan to get coffee outside somewhere.
-Take time to enjoy the pool and rest of the property.

I was there out of main season (June/July) which is why I think I got an upgrade to a huge suite with view over the garden. It was delightful to be woken in the morning to the sound of gentle music wafting up from the garden. The staff were at all times extremely charming and always willing to help. It was a lovely touch to have door staff say \"Welcome Home\" at the end of the day. The breakfast was extensive and all tastes were catered for. It is a little way from the action in Pub St - $2 tuk tuk ride both ways but it is worth it for the peace & ambience of Lotus Blanc. You can hire a tuk tuk to take you to the temples for the day.

There wasn't anything negative about this beautiful Hotel. Tuk Tuk's at your door. The staff were just so helpful. I would not hesitate to stay there again.

Good Resort.

We stayed at the lotus blanc hotel which is building A and the resort is building B but don't worry, they're next door to each other and share the restaurant and pool.
Our room was very clean big with a balcony, facing the pool side. However for the 3 nights that we were checked in, they did not change our sheets - just made the bed.

Perfect hotel

I paid the 2-star hotel rate and received 4-star hotel experiences! We arrived before 11am but the hotel let us check in right away. The hotel looked gorgeous from the outside and the inside. I won't even search around for hotels next time traveling to Siem Reap. I will definitely come back to this hotel!

Better than home!

I've never had such a lovely stay like the one I had at Lotus Blanc. The place is absolutely gorgeous with a delicious smell of lemongrass! Our room was immaculate and the staff were truly the greatest part of our stay! Each member was so friendly and accommodating! I cannnot recommend this place anymore.

Small hotel with great staff

I have to admit, I was expecting the hotel to be lot bigger (more of a resort) when I booked. It definitely isn't a 5 star in terms of luxury etc. Saying all that, the service from the staff was amazing, they went above and beyond to help which was very nice. The price of food is on the higher side but still not astronomical.

Family friendly hotel

The staff at the Lotus Blanc are amazing. We took our 7 month old for a one week stay and the staff treated him like a rock star. Everything was clean, the room was perfect and the food was sensational. With all the trees the pool area seemed 10 degrees cooler than out on the streets. A top spot for a family holiday. Oh and the temples were pretty cool to visit as well.

Staff and concierge services were fantastic, friendly and helpful. It is excellent welcoming check in service. We could get everything we need at the hotel and the hotel staff is very attentive and helpful with our needs from tour ideas and booking to dinner reservations.

The best to Lotus Blanc team !!!

This was hotel was so awesome! The hospitality is just be the best we have ever had. The welcome food and drink, free airport transfers and the breakfast were all incredible bonuses. The staff was so kind and helpful. Our room was great and so new and clean. It was a great location to walk to the markets and easily taking Tuk Tuk to downtown at $2 per way. We really, really enjoyed our stay and highly recommend anything Lotus Blanc !!!

Excellent Value !!!

Everything is excellent and value for money. I have experienced in many hotels in Asia, and this one is one among the best.. Whatever you want, you definitely get it. There are also excellent facilities such swimming pool, lounge, restaurant and a small gem spa. The staff is exceeded our expectation, cheers.
