Spotless clean, delicious food, amazing well stocked breakfast buffet.
The staff are simply amazing, warm, friendly and so attentive, i felt like royalty.
Its worth booking the hotel transfer which got our holiday off to the best start.
The pool area is tranquil amongst the lush greenery.
We ate in the restaurant twice, and the food is fresh and delicious.....such good value
If you want a tuk tuk, look for number 8, he is fantastic, took us everywhere we wanted to go and stayed with us. Took our shopping bags whist we went for a meal and drinks. What a lovely honest guy, and for just a few dollars....we gave him plenty of cash tips. He also recommended a local restaurant, dropped us there and waited for us.
Its worth taking the private car tour from the hotel to Angkor Wat, theres no point shopping around to save a few dollars. The driver Nit,provided lots of useful information, iced face towels and water and dropped us very close to the temples and was waiting for us everytime.

Free breakfast included an Egg and pasta station and a nice selection of food for the price - great service.
Dinner at restaurant was amazing, my first Fish Amok was one of the best dishes ever!

The cabana room at ground level was clean with modern bathroom fixtures. The room had a nice large comfortable bed , a writing desk with overall good space. Staff did a splendid job cleaning the room.
Swimming pool looked great , staff informed me I could have my meals there if I wanted.

I will without a doubt stay here when I visit Siem Reap again.

Siem Reap was put in as an after-thought in my five country SE Asia trip, but turned out to be the best destination of all of them. Not just for Angkor Wat complex, which is without a doubt breathtaking, but for the town itself which is still unspoiled.
It offers that authentic local experience most tourists crave, as it’s yet to be tarnished by fake tourist traps. The locals were living their own lives, and we enjoyed their kind and overwhelmingly friendly hospitality for a few days as the locals went on about with their daily lives. Currently it’s at that sweet spot of being clean, with everything available and not yet affected by over-tourism.
Do yourselves a favor and make it here and give a strong consideration for this fantastic hotel.

The hotel was clean with good upkeep, and the staff were incredibly friendly. We decided to take the hotel's small/grand tour, and it was a fantastic decision. Traveling in a vehicle driven by a professional hotel staff member was much more comfortable and allowed for a flexible itinerary. Throughout the tour, we could really feel their thoughtfulness and attention to detail. I’m so glad we chose the hotel-run tour over a generic travel agency.

Hotel is only 25 mns walk from Siem Reap center and is located in a quite area.
Try the Spa treatments. They are truly good.
Also they can arrange your pick up and drop off to the airport.
Peice difference is few dollards but the vehicle is good, personalized staff gives a sense of security and exclusiveness.

What a beautiful hotel! Our room, on the ground floor with direct access to the pool, was enormous. The breakfast was excellent with plenty of choice. The staff were undoubtedly the standout features of this hotel. They were gentle, kind, and genuinely interested in helping you in any way they could. They were also extremely responsive and helpful when our flight was cancelled as we were able to communicate with the hotel via WhatsApp, and the hotel manager even offered us a car and driver for the day to make up for the disappointment of losing a day’s stay. It all made for a memorable stay. The hotel is a 5-10 min tuk tuk ride from the main touristy areas.

The four of us had a very enjoyable stay! Big, clean, comfortable rooms with bottled water provided daily. Mr. Sopheap Sor checked us in quickly and escorted us to our rooms. He’s a wonderful host and very responsive to any needs or questions. Several of our party utilized the extremely well-priced spa services. The restaurant onsite is outstanding - absolutely delicious food and very inexpensive. The included buffet breakfast is excellent and has an omelette station. Mr. Sokthorng and Ms. Shoka Dane were always very friendly and helpful in the restaurant. There’s a very handy tuk tuk available right outside the hotel door. (Don’t miss Pub Street and the night market.) I hope someday to stay in this wonderful hotel again. We will never forget it.

The best thing about the hotel for me was definitely the absolutely incredible staff - they were so helpful, warm and friendly. Our stay at Saem Siem Reap was the best service we’ve ever experienced! We felt so taken care of and cared for by the staff who were always checking in with us and happy to help with anything we needed. The rooms were extremely clean, in good condition and very comfortable. We arranged for a driver through the hotel to Angkor Wat temples for the day which was very affordable. The driver provided a cool towel and bottle of water after each stop, and transported us in a very clean air conditioned vehicle to our next stop. He also dropped us off at a delicious local restaurant for excellent Cambodian food. We also thoroughly enjoyed the drives to and from the airport with friendly and informative guides. I can’t recommend this hotel enough, we will certainly be back and recommend to everyone we know. The Cambodian hospitality we felt really made our trip memorable.

Very nice place at a great location.
We stayed 4 nights there between Dec. 11-15, 2025. Rooms are clean and the staffs were very helpful. Especially ms.Sreykea not only helped us on getting directions, arranging tranportations but also introduced us to Cambodian history and architecture.
At this time, Saem Reap was not affected by the border conflicts making the stay worry free.

This was a fantastic hotel. There was construction going on nearby and the staff were very apologetic about it even though they couldn’t help the noise. The pool is wonderful and the restaurant is pretty good too. It’s close to Khmer pub Street which has some interesting and less touristy night life choices. I would definitely stay here again.

I cannot say enough of the staff at Saem Siem Reap hotel. From the moment I arrived to when I left, the staff accommodate all my needs. Welcome drink and cold towel upon arrival, a plate of fruits awaiting me coming back from dinner first night, spotless roomand swimming pool, and delicious breakfast. On my last day in Siem Reap, I booked a sleeper bus to Phnom Penh so after checking out at noon, they held my bags while I went to the Angkor National Museum and dinner. Upon coming back, Mr Sopheap, the hotel manager, offered let me take a shower in their spa facility. What a thoughtful gesture! And they offered to let me use their business office with the AC on full blast until my bus leave which is at 10:30 pm. In addition they had a driver take me to the Giant Ibis, free of charge, which is only 500 meters away but still a great gesture. I have no doubt where I will stay the next time I am in Siem Reap.

I went during rain season and suggest you do to. I planned outing before or after. 5 minutes after rain you wouldn't know it. The staff at this hotel are incredibly warm & accommodating - whether it’s the airport pickup or arranging a local tour, nothing is too much trouble. They make your stay so much more special.

Add to it the other facilities - Gym, Pool, Restaurant and spa etc., and this becomes so much more attractive. You can’t go wrong with this option!

Absolute Gem in Siem Reap

Stayed here as part of my honeymoon and loved every moment of it! The staff are incredibly attentive, helpful, and welcoming - everyone is so gracious! The hotel itself is small and beautiful, with everything you need for a luxurious stay. The spa was amazing, we did a 60 minute full body couples massage and almost fell asleep, feeling super recharged and relaxed afterwards. It was delicious!

Our room was very clean and well kept by housekeeping. The Water pressure and temperature in the bathrooms was excellent, the linens were comfortable, the bed on the firmer side and supportive for a great night’s sleep, and the pillows were plush.

We had breakfast each morning at the hotel, both at their buffet and a la carte. Both were wonderful with lots of options and customizations. The kitchen was accommodating of my gluten allergy too. We had dinner at the hotel one night and had the traditional Fish Amok. It was so flavorful and comforting, we highly recommend it!

The hotel is a great midway point between the town and Angkor Thom, making it a quick ride to each. We opted to use the hotel’s on-call tuktuk service to get to town since we went during the rainy season. The drivers were trustworthy and safe with their driving.

Tuktuk is readily available and easily arranged by hotel staff ($6 round trip from and to Pub Street). Staffs are nice, attentive and courteous in all departments. This was one of the finest hotels that I have ever stayed in in my travels to Asia. The staff were simply amazing and the hotel was very clean. They were attentive to every detail and the location as fantastic! We would highly recommend this for anyone traveling, including families as there is a large pool and plenty to do.

Excellent hotel with friendly staff

Hotel staff were very friendly and welcoming. Breakfast and restaurant meals were excellent and generous.
Air conditioning in the room was quiet and efficient, beds were very large and comfortable, and it was easy to take a tuk-tuk to the centre for $3 each way.

Great hotel in Siem Reap. The stuff were very friendly, we ordered airport pick-up, but due to airlanes delay came almost 10 hours later. The reception reacted very smoothly for our changed schedule.And we were picked up without any problems.
They aranged tour of Anhkor Wat temples for sunrise and even packed us the breakfast to go.
Room was very clean and we even recieved welcome fruits. I can only recommend this hotel.

Our driver Thann was an amazing guide during our tours of the temples of Angkor. The food is pricey but of good quality. The staff were all very helpful and accommodating. The rooms were all beautiful with good ac. The gym area wasn’t ventilated which was the only area for improvement. Otherwise a great spot to stay in Siem Reap.
