The rooms were spacious and clean with extra large bed. The staff was courteous and the amenities were good. They had a free breakfast with a large variety. Also provided free 10 minutes massage.

However, there were some drinks and plastic water bottles in the fridge. They didn’t mention during check-in that those were not free. We didn’t know. We consumed those and were charged. So just be careful about that. Other than that we had a pleasant experience. I would give a 4.5 rating. But as there is no such option, giving it a 4.

Wonderful stay at Tara Angkor Hotel!
From the moment I arrived, the staff were warm, attentive, and always ready to help. The rooms were clean, spacious, and very comfortable. The location is perfect — just a short ride to Angkor Wat and close to everything in Siem Reap. The breakfast buffet was excellent with a wide variety of options. Truly a great experience — I would absolutely stay here again!

Hotel was exceptional. They provide daily cleaning (if preferred) and daily complimentary bottled waters. For each time you ask them to clean your room, they would stock up on your necessities such as toothbrush and the like. The hotel is very close to the Angkor Wat Museum, Royal Palace gate, and the Angkor market. All in walking distance. Also, the proximity to the Angkor Wat Temple is also close. Love the location. Breakfast was included and they provide a variety of dishes daily. Staff was friendly and helpful. Highly recommended!

I really enjoyed my stay at the Tara Angkor Hotel. The room was very nice. The breakfast was decent and they had made-to-order eggs. The hotel's spa was excellent. The massages there were incredible and reasonably priced. The hotel is about 2 km from the downtown area, but it is easy to get there with a tuk-tuk for $1. The only negative was the wi-fi tended to be slow in the evenings. I would definitely stay at this hotel again.

The room we were given was great except it wd hv been better with a shower room rather than over the bath tub. Staff were very friendly. Personally we are very happy with the hotel. Can't say the same for other pax who were given room with molds and also some were given room on a floor with renovation going on.

This is really 5 star hotel. When I arrived they immediately took my luggage and delivered to my room. The provided me a free massage, drink, and the room had fresh fruit complimentary. They arranged pickup and transfer to airport without charge. Staff were professional and the room was beautiful. The food for free breakfast was 5 star, and there is an amazing pool. It's 10 minutes from tickets for Angkor temples, and I would love to stay here again.

Not far out of old town can walk around 1.5 mile or take tuk tuk $2 dollars. Used tuk tuk for a day $20 dollars to see all the in and outer sites. I was told a room without window would be offered when I checked in, I was surprised that it is not stated on my booking and if so, I definitely change to other hotels. We are four good buddies travel first time to cambodia, it is really a bad experience. the electric power was off in first night for both rooms, and air-con off on second time, thus electirc power was off again on 3rd day, I must say it was a really disaster when a room no window and no power no a/c. It is really disappointed to the hotels.com and Tara, even the staffs are nice and hospitality indeed, but who is happied with the no-window room hotel in 35C.........................

Tara Angkor is fantastic. The staff was excellent, and the room was great. It is very conveniently located for trips to Angkor Wat and the temples without having to go through city traffic. The area was excellent and getting to places around Siem Reap was easy (either by walking or by Tuktuk). The breakfast was really good. Scam=Bodia was wa al my European friends called Cambodia. Upon arrival the hotle refused to honor our prepaid room agreement of two adults and one child. Amazing hotel and staff

This hotel was beautiful. From the time we got picked up from the airport to the time we left, the staff were amazing and friendly. Once we arrived to the hotel, we were greeted by many friendly faces. Our room was nice and clean. My family and I got to enjoy some of the different massages available. We thourghly enjoyed the massages, that we ended up going again. Besides the amazing messages, the breakfast buffet each morning were also delicious. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Siem Reap.
