We booked the junior suite and it was beautiful! The staff were always very helpful and attentive whether if it was at the pool, restaurant or room. The room had so much room and was very clean. The only downside was that the ceiling had a bit of mold.

Front staff were very accommodating when we needed help. The breakfast is fantastic. A spa was undergoing repairs, so I can't rate that right now. All in all and wonderful time, even though it was raining several days. The staff is across the board eager to make your stay pleasant. Such wonderful people. Special call out to Cherry and Ann at the front desk and Ms Ily, Mr Hoa, and Ms Than Thao who helped us with dinner.

Fantastic hotel! By far our favourite breakfast so far. So many options to choose from and very accommodating to other dietary restrictions. We had the pleasure of helping the crew clean the beach one afternoon (a typhoon had just passed), and it was definitely a highlight. They allowed us to use the sauna, steam room, and jacuzzi free of charge which was very nice, highly recommended.

Although the hotel might feel a bit distant from old town, the staff recommended a motor bike rental company and we were able to rent motorbikes for extremely reasonable prices.

Overall highly recommended!

Special mention to Duyen Nhi and Helen for making us feel like our family was never in need and providing us with great service. This is our third trip to Danang this year, and since we stayed at the Marriott Danang the last two times, so we decided to stay in Hoi An at your resort this time.

This resort is better than Marriott Danang in terms of facility, food, cleaniness, and the amazing/caring staffs who went out of their way to help us! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here.

We stayed in the Ocean-view suite on the 4th floor, and the room was roomy, clean and the view was spetacular overlooking Danang and the beach.

But we have a small issue. The hallway leading from the elevator to our room had an \"odor\". It was like an \"ammonia\" smell? Not sure how to decribe it. Maybe someone pissed or threw up in the hallway, and although the hotel clean up the carpet, but the smell was still there. And there were \"SCENT OIL\" lamps in the hallway (I even have photos of this interesting decor). I think maybe a new carpet may do the job.

Again, we really enjoy our stay and will be back again in a few months, and we will stay in the same suite. But I hope the \"smelly\" issue will be remedied when we are back in a few months.

The Highlights: Outstanding staff service made our stay truly memorable. Hannah expertly resolved a first-night room issue by coordinating with the Manager for a seamless room change. Thao provided exceptional help at both the R Bar and buffet breakfast service.
Our spacious room featured a separate bedroom, main bathroom, lounge area, visitors’ toilet, and two balconies – one overlooking the pool, another with stunning ocean views to Cham Island. The complimentary shuttle to Hoi An town (20+ minutes away) was very convenient, and the extensive breakfast buffet was excellent.
Minor Notes: Resort dining runs slightly higher in cost than expected, though quality justifies the pricing.
Bottom Line: Exceptional accommodation with outstanding staff who go above and beyond. The beautiful room, convenient amenities, and extraordinary service easily outweigh any minor cost considerations.

Our stay at the Renaissance was for 7 nights and when we first arrived the reception was warm & welcoming after our flight to Denang was delayed numerous times. We stayed in a suite with a seaview and it was spacious and really exceeded our expectations. We were tired but hungry so we tried the dinner buffet the first night but I was not impressed with the food. Consequently, the next day the breakfast buffet was also not a great experience as we found out this period was a local holiday and there were too many families with kids screaming in the dining area and many stations were not refilled and looked untidy. The gym also had children under the age of 12 using the equipment which I have never seen in a 5 star hotel. So I do not recommend that you go in the busy times.

However, after the holiday everything improved, the resort was quiet and peaceful and we really enjoyed our stay there because of the exceptional staff who went out of their way to make our stay as comfortable as possible. We really wanted a break from the hustle and bustle of Ho Chi Minh and this resort really has it all with a huge pool, beach and also tennis courts.

Big shoutout to Cherry and Yuri who helped me naviagate my shopping in Hoi An and the spa was also a lovely experience with my facial and massage which I had there. Finally, Cherry also arranged a late checkout for us as our fight was in the late afternoon and that was really icing on top of the cake. I would go back again in a heartbeat!

The hotel is very nice, the breakfast is good but the problem was staff, it was all ok until check out when the hotel staff overcharged me for my stay despite me having an invoice from my booking, they increased the room rate on checking out, absolute rubbish for a big organisation this should not happen, no customer service at all and no transparency.
I am currently disputing.
Be careful when booking.

We had a horrible experience at this hotel. While the overall property itself is great, the service at their restaurants was incredibly slow, and the food and beverage team was extremely disrespectful towards us.

The management went out of their way to try and make it up to us by providing us with s complementary in-villa BBQ (which we thoroughly appreciated), but unfortunately the negative device experience continued and we had to often wait up to 1.5 to 2 hours for our food to arrive, for a basic order even.

We also found a spider in our glass, and another glass had broken glass pieces in there - which is extremely disappointing from a basic safety and hygiene perspective.

In addition to the above, the air conditioning in one of our rooms was not working throughout our 5 day stay - in spite of numerous attempts and us being patient, this never got resolved, which is quite frustrating given how much we paid for this trip.

Overall our family was quite disappointed with our experience at this hotel and do not see this as a hotel that is set up to set up to accommodate families.

Disappointing experience despite the friendly staff.
- Entire floor smelt damp and must have been recently water logged given the different carpet and uneven surface
- Snacks in the mini bar were expired by 6 months
- Room service limited to main meals only (no snacks despite being available in the bar lobby)
- No power outlet in the bathroom made getting ready for my wife difficult
- Bread/pastry items at the buffet breakfast tasted stale or days old
- areas around the room and breakfast area were dated or dirty
- jacuzzi facility looked really nice but they don’t leave you in as a married couple, each gender must stick to their own jacuzzi

This was our 2nd stay at Renaissance (formerly Vinpearl Resort). We had an awesome time, with 20 people spread across 3 villas.

Villas are luxurious and massive. Private pool is clean. Public pool is a great place to hang out but can get very hot due to no shade. A few cold beers at the pool bar will sort that out!

Breakfast buffet is a bit expensive if it wasn’t included in your room rate - but worth it if you are hungry. Great selection of food.

We also indulged in the private BBQ buffet on the front lawn in front of our villa. Really nice experience and food.

Getting to and from Hoi An is easy with a approx 15 min taxi ride, or the free shuttle bus that goes every hour or so.

The only improvements that I would appreciate at this place are some form of marine carpet around the main pool (the red tiles are super hot to walk on). And some general maintenance on the decking of the villa pools (some deck pieces coming detached).

Overall if you want a 5 star resort closer to Hoi A rather than Danang, I would highly recommend this place.

We had a wonderful stay at VinPearl Resort and Spa. The reception staff, room sea view and appointment were superb as was the swim in the ocean and pool! The wait/bar staff are friendly and amazing and try very hard to understand your requests. We had a beautiful
Massage which was very good and relaxing. Breakfast is varied and fresh - can be busy and noisy on weekends but manageable. We had room service and cocktails at bar which was great! We used Grab a bit to eat out although taxis are available- concierge very obliging!

For 2 days in a row we had to ask for clean towels. They took the dirty ones but not replacing them. When we asked what was the reason, they said that because there are too many customers they didn't have time to clean and replace them. Unacceptable for a 5 stars rating hotel. Food quality and choice are at a 4 stars hotel at best!

Noisy \"neighbors\"!!!

The staff are friendly, unfortunately we had no rest as we were put next to very noisy \"neighbors\". We have a 3y old child and needed a break away. We had to phone reception at midnight to deal with the situation, but it only got sorted out later. The manager apologized, but it didn't fix the problem of us wasting money and time there. Sad but true...

We booked the villa which is beautiful but the foods at the restaurant for room service was bad, all services were not good, cleaning crew did not clean well, bathrooms was not clean, breakfast was self serve, no one take us to the table, no one removed the dirty plates. Check out was long, they charged us 1 bottle of water Evian for 120,000 dong which we did not use. No good restaurants around, far of everything.

Beautiful villa with a big pool

The 3BR Villa we stayed at was beautiful, and the private pool is a lot bigger than I imagined. However, the cleanliness could be improved - we found a live cockroach in the bedroom upstairs on the 2nd day and another dead one in the living room on the 3rd day. The fixtures in the rooms should be properly maintained as well - we've got a leaking ceiling in both the rooms on level 1 on separate occasions, and spoilt plugs and etc. The wall separating our villa and the next one was too low so we often hear partying noises from our neighbours at night after 10pm as they were partying in the pool.
Nevertheless the staffs working at Vinpearl were very friendly and helpful, they definitely made the stay more enjoyable.

Although we were a little annoyed about extra charges for using tennis rackets and expensive prices for food n what not, the staff were extremely helpful and very accommodating. The rooms were exceptionally clean and the breakfast buffets was the best we had in Vietnam. We made the mistake of not realizing the beach wasn’t accessible and that would be the only reason we wouldn’t come back. Other than that our stay was very nice. It’s a beautiful resort with a grand lobby, with very well manicured grounds. There’s a clinic here too which was convenient

The sea front villa was spectacular. I will definitely recommend it. I would have like the villa better stocked. Outside of 4 cups, there was nothing else. Should have glasses, wine glasses, corkscrew, some plates and tableware at minimum. There needs to be a dish cloth and dish soap.
The rest of the condo was lovely and the seaside pool spectacular.
Buffet breakfast at the hotel dining room was very good with nice international selection of food. All in all, I would recommend for friends or families with children.

All staff was very attentive and friendly. We found that the pool villa to be in excellent condition for two families.
Only thing we found was that there was no pots, pan, cutlery and glasses in the cupboards even though it was a very nice kitchen with stove and oven. It would be better to have these pre-stocked up w/ these general items as we had to request and wait for them to be delivered.

Wonderful stay. The Hotel location very scenic and visusally pleasing. The service was really great. Superb hospitality. Lily at the concierge welcomed us and was very helpful and friendly. Ugras (pronounced Urash) took good time to talk to the guests. Chef Vlad took special care to understand our vegetarian requirement and cooked some customized dishes for us. Overall loved the stay and enjoyed the treatment. Not to forget the spa, very convenient and lots of treatment choices. Will definitely come again to Vinpearl

Family holiday at resort. 8 adults.

A quick overview of our stay:
-The staff are friendly however lack experience and training. They seem they have been thrown in the deep end and are doing their best to cope with a range of different tourists and languages.
-The pool side food choices are limited, however the service is friendly. Breakfast buffet has a range of options and very delicious food and beverages.
-The spa section of the resort is professional and relaxing, the services were of a high standard.
-Buses to and from Hoi An Old town do not run frequently and often are overbooked.
-Pool is lovely and there are plenty of sunbeds for all guests.

Stayed at VinPearl Phu Quoc in 2014 was very impressed with service, food, activities and staff. Unfortunately my expectations did not match up when booking VinPearl Hoi An Spa and Resort. I booked a 7 night stay for my Mum's 60th birthday in January this year. When we arrived we were told 1 out of 4 rooms did not have a balcony (although we paid for it). We were then told 1 room would be on the opposite side of the complex rather than on the same level as promised when booking. Furthermore we waited over an hour past the check in time for one of our rooms. Not something you expect for a 5 star resort.

Hotel not ready to receive guests

This hotel opened on May 1st 2017 and is probably not yet ready to receive guests and provide a good service. Air con was stuck on 19 degrees, there was no hot water in the morning, the TV had no sound, nobody in the hotel could speak or understand English properly. It will become a good hotel once they sort out all those problems.

The receptionist, the restaurant staff, including the executive chef of course), the doorman, everyone is so nice. I would like to express our deepest gratitude to a restaurant staff, a pleasant girl wearing a white shirt ( unfortunately I didn’t ask her name) who bring me a Vietnamese coffee every morning:)

The house keeping was so good such that we enjoyed every night here.

The room service did never let us down. Delicious and not too expensive ( of course we could have cheaper foods through Grab, but not good quality every time)!

We will definitely reconsider this resort again and not hesitate to recommend to all others:)

場所的には旧市街から少し距離がありますが、
無料のシャトルバスがあり（人数が少なければタクシー）ナイトマーケットなども気軽に行くことができます。
スタッフは皆さんフレンドリーで親切でした。

3日間、Jr.スイートに滞在し広いプールでバスケをささたり、無料シャトルバスでホイアンへ行ったり、グラブでアンバンビーチへも行きました。
スタッフも笑顔で親切で癒されました。
ベッドメイキングも日に２回もあり、贅沢な気分になりました。　朝食が本当に美味しかったです！

We had an amazing stay in the villa. The private pool offers a fantastic view of the beach, and the spacious, comfortable, and clean villa itself was a delight. The friendly and helpful staff ensured that any minor issues we encountered during our stay were handled professionally and promptly.

朝食の種類が多くとても美味しかったです。
テニスコートのコンディションも良く、コートもレンタルラケットも無料で、朝6時から充実した1日を過ごすことができました。
スタッフはフレンドリーでまた来たいと思いました。

Leide villa med 3 familier. Helt fantastisk. Rolig område, god service, fantastisk frokostbuffet, 15 min inn til Hoi An sentrum og 30-40 min kjøretur til Da Nang.

Vært på denne resorten 2 år på rad og kommer tilbake neste gang vinter turen hit.

- I had the most amazing resort experience at a reasonable price.
- It's incredible that the hotel is directly connected to the beach. Generally, there's often a road separating the hotel from the beach, but at the Renaissance, you can fully enjoy the private space all the way to the sea.
- The breakfast buffet is wonderful. Especially the Vietnamese pho, which is freshly prepared in a bowl right in front of you, is simply delicious. The buffet is of an exceptionally high grade in both quality and variety. Each dish is incredibly tasty, and there are so many types that it's impossible to try them all even if you take a little of everything.
- The ocean-view rooms are incredibly relaxing, as you can hear the sound of the waves and watch the sunrise over the sea from the balcony.
- Perhaps because it's not listed in Japanese travel guides, we didn't see any other Japanese guests besides ourselves. However, it's a hotel that I would highly recommend to Japanese travelers.

部屋、プールともに常に清潔で綺麗。内装もセンス良い。朝食は毎日少しずつメニューが変わり飽きず、味も良い。部屋からの景色は最高。スパの技術、雰囲気ともにすばらしい。スタッフは皆優しい。こんなに素晴らしいのに、すいていて、心配になりました。日本人は全くみませんでした。日本語は通じませんがカタコトの英語でも問題なく過ごせました。おすすめです！

Lage direkt am Meer aber sehr weit weg von Restaurants und Shops. Aktivitäten außerhalb des Hotels nur mit Taxi möglich

Nice resort

4년만에 다시 찾은 빈펄 호이안 리조트 풀빌라
역시 편하게 휴양하고 잘 왔어요.
아쉬웠던 점은 개인풀장의 타일들이 떨어져나가고 있어서 전체적으로 보수가 필요할 것 같아요.
