I had a lovely time here. It was nice to be away from the hustle and bustle of old town, but still a close ride on a shuttle or Grab to get in and out for a little shopping or exploration. It’s easy to stay by the pool, but don’t hesitate to get to the beach for some stunning views while you are crushing that beach/pool read.

We received an upgrade to a bigger room when we got there. The resort is on a beautiful beach with plenty of reasonably priced eating places near by. Our room was large and good value. The pool and dining are good, staff are friendly. The only down side is that it is a long way from the action.

Great stay. Staff all very helpful and friendly. Hotel very nice and athough room was huge, it just needed a little TLC update in room. I.e a few tiles in bathroom were broken and shower needs an upgrade but perfectly serviceble and wouldnt stop me staying again. Room serviced daily if reqstd and pool areas lovely, clean and in pristine condition! In summary a lovely stay

The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful. The location is lovely, located between the river and the beach. The onsite restaurant was very good and had a nice variety of options. My one remark is that some things in the resort were well worn. Mistly ghatis fine and adds a bit of character. I wosh my shower stall floor was better, however. There was mildew all over it and i didn't feel comfortable showering in it. Fortunately there was a very nice tub with a shower head that i was able to use.

We were upgraded to deluxe river view room with balcony. Huge room and bed which was very comfy. 2 swimming pools one with swim up bar. The beach was just over the road with sun beds and shade which was needed with temperature of +37. Lots of breakfast choices available

The staff were fantastic and location is great! Rooms were spacious and bed was enormous! Didn’t like the bath shower and area also noisy with music nearby often in early hours. I think we went at wrong month as was extremely hot and no shade over pool although they had umbrellas around pool lounges! Overall very good value and location, was probably the noise at night that detracted from overall experience. Also got double charged on mini bar as paideia it might before but had early check out and staff made me pay again as we were waiting to go! Wasn’t much but was just a bit annoying as I tried to do right thing night before when settling account

Pleasant stay here but after staying previously at the sister hotel in Hoi Ann unfortunately this one is a little behind in service and breakfast offerings. Good location although the beach is in a state of erosion this is happening all along not just the hotel. Nice pool areas. large pool towels and bath towels.

Absolutely excellent hotel, brilliantly helpful & friendly staff, restaurant very good, certain breakfast items could be served warmer such as sausages, bacon beans, this was mentioned however it seems that my suggestion was sidelined.
Other than this minor issue all else in the dining area was great.

Property is across the CUA DAI Beach. Beautiful riverview and diverse international cuisine. On site restaurant is 4 star. We did not mind being far from the downtown center. Easy accessible to grab car if someone would like to do shopping at the Hoi An Central Market.

However, we felt that certain areas of the resort, particularly where we stayed, could benefit from some updates. Staff are fantastic. We stayed in a Superior room which was dated and in desperate need of an upgrade, but the rest of the facilities were in good condition. The room condition was the only negative, however it was clean and tidy, large, and housekeeping were great. Two pools, great restaurant. Beach on one side, river on the other. A number of restaurants and shops around the immediate area, but they have a free shuttle into the Ancient Town if you want something more lively. Perfect location for relaxing and as a sightseeing base, 4 mins drive from the hustle and bustle of the old town. Would definitely stay again.

A wonderful relaxing resort
Great place for a holiday, away from Australia. Flanked by the river and the ocean, the resort is great for both views and activities. The food is excellent, and the staff VERY helpful, and always courteous. When you want a little more \"activity\" the beautiful town of Hoi An is just a short 4km ride away. It sports many bars, markets and restaurants.
My wife and I enjoyed our week here very much.

The resort is a nicely situated and has well appointed facilities. The restuarant is clean and offers nice views over the river. The 2 pools are of reasonable size and the area surrounding them are clean. The gardens are well kept and overall the resort presents well.

The beach is located across the street from the hotel property. The two pools were nice for the kids but it is not shaded so lots of sunscreen. The breakfast buffet was nice but dinner didn't have many options. However, they are just 10 minutes car ride to downtown where there are lots of restaurants and shops.

The sandy beach was opposite the property. The setting was very nice. The hotel had a shuttle bus into town. Staff members were helpful at the front desk especially Ha.

The service is the best we have received since being in Vietnam. It was so quiet, private and so clean. The food was lovely As we sat in open air dinning right next to the river watching the locals fish. The rooms are probably one of the nicest we have stayed in in all of our travels around the world . We arrived late around 10:30pm and the smell of jasmine and gardenias was thick in the air. We rode bikes into town (about 2 miles away) and had shoes , dresses, suit pants and shirts made- amazing! The market was great, the walk along the river at night with lit laterns were beautiful and the street food and restaurants were good. The town of HoiAn has been our favorite!!

The property was great value for money. There is an old school charm to the rooms but it’s starting to show it’s age. Definitely get the river view rooms.
If going to the beach is important to you then beware that the beach is receding and full of sandbags. It’s closed on a lot of the days. It is absolutely not ideal for beach going. The hotel does have 2 great pools.

Lovely setting looking out over the river though the plastic debris in there was disappointing but that is not the Resorts fault. The staff are fantastic and very welcoming and always have a smile for you. The room was clean and bed linen was changed daily. The bathroom is a bit dated showing the age of the building but was acceptable. The pools aren't large however there are two of them and we had no problem getting pool loungers. There is also the beach over the road and the Resort has a private area for guests with loungers and a bar. The beach is currently undergoing repair after a storm and is taking longer than expected, however, this work is being undertaken by the government and the Resort has no control over this. Breakfast was very good with a large selection of western and asian foods. The Cua Dai village is right outside the back gate and has a number of restaurants with a great selection of food and drinks at good prices.The Resort free shuttle bus into Hoi An city is a bonus. All in all, we had a very pleasant stay at Hoi An Beach Resort and would certainly go back again.

Luxurious, comfortable hotel. Great location. Excellent pools. The food at the restaurant was beautifully presented and delicious. The shuttle bus to the beach and town was very good too
We did feel the family room was a bit small and the camp bed uncomfortable especially for an older teenager. The room also needed updating and road noise could be clearly heard from the room. We did enjoy our stay here though and would recommend the hotel.
