It was a lovely hotel. It was very clean, and the room was great. The sauna and pool area were well maintained, and the staff was kind and helpful. I went to the Italian restaurant just across the street, and they did not accept credit cards (yes, it still happens in rural Germany). At the reception, the manager was kind and gave me 50 euros to get my driver's license back, which I had to leave at the restaurant. I will definitely go back if the chance presents itself.

TOP Frühstück alles da was man braucht. Riesengrosse Wellnesslandschaft nicht voll. Wir hatten ein sehr grosses Zimmer auf der Ecke mit gemeinsamen Balkon mit dem Nachbarzimmer da hätten wir uns gerne einen Sichtschutz gewünscht. Das Hotel können wir weiterempfehlen.

Das Hotel ist leider stark abgelebt. Vor allem unser Zimmer war extrem angewohnt. Beschädigte Möbel, komplette verschmierte Wände und der ein fleckiger Teppich. Und hier ist zu erwähnen, dass wir extra eine Suite gebucht haben...

Das Hotell ist ganz OK. Schon in die Jahre gekommen, grundsätzlich sauber. lediglich im sogenannten Wellness Bereich happert es. Dreckränder im Einstigsbereich zum Schwimmbad, Dreck am
Beckenboden, sowas geht weit besser. auch dass keine Saunatücher, sonddern nur normale Handtücher für die Sauna zur Verfügung stehen ist ärmlich. Zimmerwsünsche braucht man bei der Buchung erst gar nicht angeben, diese werden eh nicht eingehalten.
Hervorragend war die Küche und die Mitarbeiter. Die Mitarbeiter die meinen etwas zu sagen haben, sind etwas sehr überheblich. Schadet dem ganzen Haus.
Wie gesagt sonst OK, allzu gehobende Ansprüche darf man nicht haben.

Ein wunderschönes Hotel mit einem hervorragenden Wellnessbereich. Unser Aufenthalt ließ keine Wünsche offen. Eigentlich ein 4*S Hotel. Ganz besonders hervorzuheben ist das innere Erscheinungsbild das dem Namen Marc Aurel Rechnung trägt. Abschließend darf ich noch das Frühstücksbuffett erwähnen, das keine Wünsche offen läßt. Personal und Service waren hervorragend.

Pool und SPA waren top, Frühstück auch gut…. Alles andere durchschnittlich bis schlecht… Zimmer ohne Klima und mit sehr schlechten Kissen (alternative z.B. mit Daunen) nicht verfügbar…. Kühlschrank funktionierte nicht und es wurde gesagt, daß DOrint keine mehr anschafft….dann stellt auch keine auf und sagt es den Kunden. Gerade diejenigen die z.B. Medikamente benötigen und es sind hier überdurchschnittlich viele ältere Menschen können kaum ohne Kühlschrank auskommen….sehr schwache Leistung DORINT Kette…

Früher war es besser

Wir haben das Hotel schon öfters besucht, aber diesmal war der Aufenthalt mit einigen Mängeln verbunden: die Geräuschbelästigung durch den Abluftauslass der Küche war unerträglich, ein Aufenthalt auf dem Balkon war unmöglich.
Das Mobiliar im Zimmer hat viele Macken, auf den Zierleisten tummelt sich der Staub.
Die Duschen im Wellnessbereich sind versport.
Wohltuend war die Freundlichkeit der Servicemitarbeiter!

Leider verschlechtert aufgrund Energiekrise

Hotel, Frühstück, Zimmer, Lage alles sehr gut. Wellnessbereich leider nicht so toll, Temperatur der BAdebecken wurde aufgrund Energieversorgung heruntergefahren, etwas kalt für Wellness, außerdem sind viele Liegen im Wellnessberich ungemütlich und für ältere Mitbürger ungeeignet aufgrund der Tiefe und der Form. Im Zimmer gibt es nur eine seltsame Vorrichtung um Jacken aufzuhängen, diese ist absolut ungeeignet für ein Hotel dieser Kategorie.

Die Lage unseres Zimmers war phantastisch. Das große Außenbecken ist genial. Allerdings ist der Wellnessbereich für die Größe des Hotels zu klein.
Das Essen war lecker und ausreichend. Das Servicepersonal im Restaurantbereich war durchweg freundlich, und und zuvorkommend.
Das Personal an der Reception war zwar freundlich aber zeigte sich gefühlt etwas genervt, wenn man irgendwelche Wünsche hatte. Wir fragten zB an ob es möglich ist zwei Einzelmatrazen zu bekommen, da die doppelte Matraze keine gute Nachtruhe ermöglichte. Nach 3 Tagen erhielten wir , aber erst nach Nachfrage, die Info, wir könnten in ein anderes Zimmer umziehen. Das wollten wir wegen der verbleibenden 2 Tage natürlich nicht...Die Nachfrage nach WC-Papier mußte auch 2 mal erfolgen...
Die Einrichtung der Zimmer ist etwas veraltet und abgewohnt. Die Wasserhähne im Bad sowohl bei Dusche und Waschbecken sind nicht ordentlich funktionstüchtig.

Das Frühstück Buffet ist ganz toll. Zimmer sind klasse und das gesamt Personal.
Der Spa und Sauna Bereich war nicht sauber. Die Hälfte staunen haben leider nicht funktionieren.
Nirgends waren saubere frische Handtücher zu bekommen.
Mussten man zu Rezeption zurück gehen.
Insgesamt wurden wir gerne wieder kommen.

Kurzurlaub im Dorint Marc Aurel Resort Bad Gögging

Das Hotel liegt sehr gut für ausgedehnte Radtouren zur Donau und in die Umgebung, die Radwege sind sehr gut ausgeschildert. Parkplätze ausreichend vorhanden. Super Pool.

Ich hatte ein Superior Zimmer gebucht und habe wie gewünscht, ein Zimmer in der obersten Etage bekommen. Dieses war sehr geräumig, schön ruhig und mit Balkon. Negativ zu erwähnen sind lediglich eine zu geringe Anzahl von Steckdosen, etwas durchgelegene Matratze und der lockere Wasserhahn.

Beim Essen wurde alles getan, um die Corona-Sicherheit zu gewährleisten.Das Personal war sehr bemüht und freundlich, jedoch scheinbar mit der Anzahl der Gäste beim Essen (obwohl wenige da waren) überfordert. So habe ich z.B. ein bestelltes Frühstücksei auch nach einer halben Stunde und Nachfragen nicht bekommen.

Auswahl und Qualität des Essen waren ausreichend bis gut.

Frühstück wurde als Buffet serviert, wo man sich mit Folie abgedeckte vorbereitete Teller/Schüsseln/Körbe mit Aufschnitt, Brötchen, Müsli, Joghurt, Obst etc. nehmen konnte. Eierspeisen und Getränke konnten direkt bestellt werden. Auf Wunsch wurden auch individuelle Teller z.B. mit Aufschnitt angerichtet.

Abendessen bei Halbpension erfolgte als 3 Gänge Menü, wobei jeweils aus 2 Vorspeisen, 3 Hauptspeisen und zwei Nachtischen gewählt werden konnte. Auf Wunsch wurden Allergien berücksichtigt. Etwas schade fand ich, dass es bei den Vorspeisen nie einen Salat zur Auswahl gab, obwohl das Restaurant mit seiner fitnessbewussten und regionalen Küche wirbt.
