I didn't stay long, and didn't explore the area. I just slept and ate the breakfast 😀
The hallway to my room had no lights on and I checked in at night. That was an uncomfortable welcome, so I didn't want to leave my room again until daylight. Otherwise I may have checked out the hotels amenities.

A good hotel in Vinh City. It has everything you need including a convenient restaurant and roof top bar. The staff tried hard to please but often food choices were not available. It would have been easier if I spoke better Vietnamese.

Coming back for Tet holiday and stayed here for two nights. The staff is okay until one of the doorman trying to sell us their taxi service. It’s too overpriced. Half of the equipments at the gym broke down. As for the breakfast buffet, they have many selections but it can’t be compared to the food at 3 star hotel we stayed in Ha Noi.

The best hotel you can find in center of Vinh. The room is spacious. The downside is they don't have air condition in the hallway and also they only give you one room key card so every time you go out and in again you have to restart the air inside which can take a while.

Check in and check out was fast and smooth, with polite and helpful staff throughout the hotel. This is a Vietnamese Hotel, catering primarily to Vietnamese, so the English language is not as efficient as other hotels that see more westerners. But after all, this is Vinh, a City where very few westerners come other than for business. The restaurant on the first floor was beautiful with an excellent buffet breakfast. Again, catering more to the Asian taste or pallet. I personally loved the food.

Great Place!
We spent two nights at this hotel just as a stop-over on our way to Phong Nha National Park. The breakfast buffet was huge with a great selection. They even had some English television channels. It was easy walking distance to the bus station. We had confusion with the ticket we bought and one of the staff at the front desk offered to walk there with us after his shift to clarify we had the right ticket. His English was excellent and his heart was so big helping us out in his free time. Thank you so much for everything during our stay there!! :o)

Reasonably priced 5 star hotel with 4 star service
Stayed for almost two weeks. Price-performance ratio was very good. Price was excellent, breakfast too. Improvement potential: Front reception staff need to have the power to make own simple decisions when complaints are lodged legitimally by customers. Housekeeping should ensure there are adequate supplies of bathroom materials each and every day of stay. Otherwise, good all-round service. An enjoyable stay.

ベトナムの列車移動の途中休憩でビンに泊まることにしたので利用しました。もともとビンは見所もあまりないので、ホテルぐらいはリラックスできるものをと思い宿泊をしましたが、4つ星のホテルとは思えない内容でがっかりしました。予約時には、レストランが3つ、室内と屋外のプールがあるなど、ゆったりとしたシティホテルをイメージしていましたが、実際は、レストランは一つ、屋外のプールはとても入れる状態ではなく、利用者はビジネスマンがほとんとという感じでした。部屋は広くてゆったりしていましたが、シャワーの設計が悪いせいか、シャワールームがいつも水浸しになってしまうので、使いづらかったです。料金が安いので、あまり望んではいませんでしたが、豪華さとチープさが入り混じったようなホテルです。

Stayed 3 nights before visiting friends and family in Ha Tinh. The hotel looks terrific and looks like a 5 star hotel but the service is far from 5 star. Reception not friendly, very difficult to get information from them about places to visit. Reluctant to give me a map of the area. The hotel security men were very friendly and welcoming but the reception staff was not.

Probably the best but I'll give some others a try.
I live and work near Vinh and this hotel was my first night away from 'home/work'. A lovely weekend and one I shall repeat many times whilst here in the city. The hotel itself for a mid-December weekend seemed like a ghost-town and yet breakfast was quite a bun fight - even finding a table was difficult on Sunday morning. Most definitely to be recommended but there are other hotels which I shall try at least the once before coming back and making this my regular. I had hoped the front desk would run some sort of information service or at least have a local tourism stand for some leaflets on local tourist sites. But when I asked for Uncle Ho I think I was told to go and catch a local bus. And as for any other local interest - no response.

Hotel staff were very friendly, although at first they could not find our booking and we had to be very firm about them following up with Hotels.com as we were not travelling with a phone. After we produced our email confirmation we still spent some time in discussion before they followed up with their marketing area. Finally after 1 and 1/2 hours we got access to our room. Room was clean and very comfortable. Food in restaurant was excellent. The pool although lovely was invaded by a huge group ò children after school got out for the day. One night was enough.

部屋は広くて清潔でよかった。ただ、シャワーのお湯がぬるかったのと、電源がささりにくくて苦労した。（部屋の中に数か所電源の差込口があったが、うまくさすことができたのは1箇所だけだった。Wifiが遅かったのは、ホテルのせいではなく、地域的な問題だと思うので仕方なかったとは思う。ただ、ベトナムの中でも大都市ではない当地に於いて、これだけ立派なホテルがあったのは、いい意味で驚きだった。

Vào kỳ nghỉ tết âm lịch nên khách rất đông. Khách sạn dường như quá tải nên việc tìm phòng đã đặt cho khách để check in và check in gặp nhiều vấn đề phiền toái.
