The rooms were okay. Our bathroom had no fan so it got foggy, end table and headboard has dust all over it and the beds were not comfortable. The best part was walking out the back door and having the beach right there.

Property is worn out, pillows were a joke, sheets were clean but spread and blankets were awful. Very simple things woukd make a huge improvement but clearly no one cares about guest experience. Super off putting at check in as they told me they were at war with Expedia over the fact they don’t have a pooll. The fact they charge like a reasonable motel and are barely operating was incredibly concerning. Shoukd not be an option to book through Expedia as they are not worthy of promoting.

Room hasn't been updated since the 70's. Some of the drapes were off the tract hooks. The toilet seat was very loose. No phone in the room to call the front desk. Card keys didn't work so I had to go to the front desk. He gave me new ones and they didn't work so he had to replace the battery in the lockset. Window tracts were very dirty. Nice view!

I booked this room for a getaway for my husband’s birthday. The room was clean, and the staff, very friendly. It’s a great little spot. My favorite thing is looking out the window in the morning to see the sun rise, and watching it set from our room too. It would easy to walk down to the ocean for both, but it’s winter and it was pretty cold. It’s in a cute little town, but also easy to drive to a few of our other favorite Oregon Coast spots. We will for sure go back.

Very worn out property. Found a dead bug when I pulled down the sheets. Shower had significant grout mold. 2 night minimum stay and cancellation policy weren't clesr when I booked last minute. Checked out 1 day less than reserved. Was charged for the night we did not stay. Desk staff was inflexible on their policy. Worst hotel experience I've ever had.

Ocean view from our room with 2 queen beds and kitchenette was awesome. Took great pictures of the Arch Rock and high tide. Lady at front desk did not leave good first impression with all her rules but at checkout she was cordial. The grounds were dirty but the room was updated. It's an older Motel. Good stay for the money.

The Lady at check in was great!!!! The two amenities that I wanted and chose on my trip was a Kitchenette and Balcony and what turned out was a Kitchenette with very old (at least 20 years) skillets that couldn't be cleaned. There was NO Balcony and what they were referring to was the Corridor out front that everyone used to get to their rooms. The ceiling fan was full of dirt/dust (would love to attach a picture). Not impressed.

Upon check out on Oct 5, I was going to grab some coffee in the lobby (a coffee machine is in the lobby) I was told by the woman at the desk \"there's no coffee, I just got in and I don't want to make any\" . Overall the property was nice, good value for a beachside hotel.

I love that it’s right on the beach and every room has an unobstructed beach view. The kitchen was well stocked and the bed was very comfortable. It was very clean. The WiFi connection was poor and I ended up using a personal hotspot. Not adequate for working or streaming programs. Otherwise it was fine. I will stay here again. Good value for the money.

Walked in and looked like it hadn’t been cleaned or vacuumed. Stains on sofa, burnt grime on stove top, back door leading to beach was not locked. Went to check for bed bugs and pulled the sheets back only to find nasty stains on both sides of the bed. I mean stains that had not been thru the laundry. Disgusting. We had reservations for 2 nights. Could not stay in that room. They gave us a different room for 1 night which was better but not much. No fitted sheets on any beds. They did give us a full refund with the 1 night at no cost since there was nowhere for us to go. They put 0 into maintenance. The place is falling apart. What a shame to have a place in such a great location with no upkeep and falling apart and filthy

The two best things were the easy beach access and the bed. The room I had could have used some serious refreshing; the toilet seat had well worn markings that looked pretty gross; the sink was cracked; most of the furniture was prominently scratched; one of the comforters and one of the towels were torn; there was only one overhead light in the main room (aside from nightstand lamps) and the entry way was dark at night; and the room and bathroom could have been cleaned better. The front office staff, however was very nice! I am happy to email pictures.

Our room was overlooking the end of the street at the beach and cars were continually turning around. The facility has no AC and we had to leave the windows open the entire time we were there making the traffic and people noise very irritating.

We stayed for couple nights during August and the fog rolled in, humidity at 100%. The fan in the room stopped working. Not really comfortable. No AC. Room needs updated, some paints chipped. The ocean views is absolutely beautiful straight from dinning area, and the kitchenette is a plus and with all small appliances like toaster, kettle, silverware, very convenient for family.

It was high season and that's hopefully why the room was priced so high. It's a budget motel. The ocean view is only available if you sit in the table next to the window or stand up. The TV isn't watchable from the bed. The only seating is the two dining chairs at the table. The bed is on the opposite side of the room from the windows (which are smallish) so no ocean view from bed. There are also lots of warnings about being charged for makeup on the linens, not declaring dogs, etc. (we were asked if we had pets even though we rented a non-pet room). Overall, didn't feel super welcoming and overpriced for what we got. Also, the bed was weirdly squishy.

It's an ok place at best

We stayed for a couple nights in room 128. If you get that room I would suggest to move if possible. The room is next to the dumpster so it smelled like trash with and without the windows open. The patio is tiny and barely fits one chair while all the other rooms have patios at least twice the size. The beach view is mostly of the electrical box. You have public access right next to the room and everyone staying at the hotel walks by so sitting with the blinds open is not optimal. Everyone tends to look into the room as they walk by. The room looks like it was redone but the floor was very soft and moved when you walked around. The three pillows were very flat and need to be replaced.

The motel was in a great location it was walkable to the restaurants and shopping and it was easy to park. It was right on the beach. Our room was on the bottom corner and the walls were so thin you could hear everything outside it was a little weird. The patio outside was nothing since it was on the corner it was a long thin room. It fit one very dirty and well used plastic chair. The other rooms looked better.

This was the perfect place for the kids and I! It was so close to the beach that we could easily go play, come back and clean up then walk right over to lunch or dinner. Close to the pirate park as well. Parking and check-in were easy! A little aged overall but still a great bargain. The beds were so comfortable!

This is a dated motel that could use a little TLC (painting, repairing wall dings, etc. ). And new beds! They are much too soft and bouncy. Kitchenette was adequate. Overall, the property was quite clean for being near the beach. The bed: like a waterbed but with springs instead and the pillows are not great. The shower pressure was so strong it could peel a layer of skin, but great for getting rid of sand. Quaint boardwalk for walking and shopping with a sweet homemade mini golf course that made us smile.
