Not fancy but a nice place to stay. As a woman staying by myself I appreciated the secure building the rooms were in, you needed your room key to get in the building. Breakfast was good and staff very helpful. Bed was comfortable and sheets very soft! Only downside were the \"thin\" walls. You could hear people in the hallways and doors banging. Also some weird thumps and bumps I never could identify. No carpet in rooms or hallway to absorb sounds, but easier for staff to keep clean. But I will stay here again.

Room was not very clean, Bathroom was dusty and corners were dirty. Faucet needed cleaned as it had remanence of old toothpaste or whitish blue cleaning stains. We ran out of Tissues but because it was close to check out time did not report it and used TP. The room was lit up from outside lights all night long even with black out curtains. People were staying in rooms all around us and were load with them above us with kids running around all night. Walls and doors very thin and door entry to first floor slammed all night long. This was not a great place to stay and I do not recommend it. Poor quality even at the 115 dollar price. Lesson learned!

Our room was filthy! The toilet overflowed in the first flush. The front desk girl was kind enough to plunge it however the bathroom floor or toilet seat was not disinfected afterwards. Had to lay down towels. You could not sit on the toilet and shut the door. The door touched the toilet seat. There was no amenities in the bathroom. There was mold in the shower along the grout. The telephone to call the front desk was absolutely disgusting!! if I could use a stronger word I would. The cheap drawer of the dresser wouldn’t close so the bottom chipped drawer was always open. The pillows were hallow or empty. My head hit the mattress. There were cobwebs in the window and spider eggs. The mattress had a hole in the center so my back is very achey today. I honestly can’t say anything positive other than the breakfast lady was very kind and did her job well. I tried to talk to the manager as soon as we arrived but were told he wasn’t there then again at 9am and was told try back in 2 hours then again in the afternoon and told he wasn’t in today! Horrible place. DO NOT STAY HERE!!!!!

But there was no staff explanation to the guest. It was still out at 8:30am , so I showered and prepped in a dark bathroom.

Absolutely no concern was exhibited by the staff during the event.
Employees lack of concern will be my reason for avoiding this place in the future.

She went above and beyond gathering extra bedding for my son delivering everything while my daughter and I enjoyed the jacuzzi. Our room smelled like it had had a wet dog staying in it. There’s no place to hang towels in the bathroom but they made sure to hang a non descript picture on the wall where a really nice towel rack would’ve been ideal. Everything seemed kind of dirty, dingy, and shabby, and the refrigerator was quite loud. The lady at checkout was very friendly and so was the young lady who did breakfast. I wouldn’t recommend staying here unless you just need a quick place to hang your hat for the night.

I almost never write reviews, so it takes a really good or really bad experience for me to take the time. Let's start with the good - the bed was comfortable and the lights/plumbing worked. Now for the rest... The lobby smelled like bleach as did the water coming out of the sink in the room. The room was not the cleanest but not horrifically dirty. The fridge was loud but not intolerable. The heater was louder and intolerable to keep on for more than a few minutes at a time. This place is NOISY - as in do not stay here if you want to sleep before about 2am. The walls are thin so you can hear everyone talking/yelling/etc from the hallway and neighboring rooms word for word and it sounds like they are in the room with you. The ice machine is also loud and used periodically throughout the night. Also, this is not directly the fault of the hotel but my fellow travelers were extremely rude during my stay - numerous parties entering in the middle of the night and yelling/loud talking as if they did not realize they were in a hotel where others may be sleeping. In summary, I'd stay here again if there was nowhere else to go, but I wouldn't recommend it.

Because they don't allow entrance through the rear doors, it is a little out of your way to get to the hot tub. I don't care for the 5000K lighting used throughout; I prefer soft white 3000K.

Overall our stay was really good. The room was clean and in good condition, beds were really comfortable which was nice. The water pressure is really good too and the water gets HOT, hot, which was a good thing for me because i prefer hot showers but could be dangerous for some. The hot tub was really nice and clean, also very hot, it would ne nice if the windows of the room or a door could open to let fresh air in though, i like to be able to relax and soak in fresh air for a while but after only like 8-10 mins in there it was so hot we all started feeling nauseous. Also it was out of service for repairs the first two night/days of our stay, it was a really nice experience though for the short time aside from those. The last thing that though that was a bit scary and really dangerous, our room was on the second floor, the window did not have a screen on it or any type of child lock. If a child opened the window they could easily fall and get hurt, the fan/ac unit is directly below the window which creates like a step up for kids. i have a two year old who kept climbing up to look out the window, luckily i was watching him close because he opened the window on his own and easily could have fallen if i wasnt standing there. The breakfast was really good though and all the staff were friendly.

My room was clean and spacious; the hot breakfast delicious and had many choices. I like that the motel is recessed from the highway, which cuts down on noise. But the best thing about this property is the staff! I had left an important item in my room, and they not only called to let me know that the housekeeper had found it but also held the item until I was back in the area 12 days later. That’s what I call going the extra mile!

The room was super clean, but at a price. When I opened the door I was bowled over by a super strong cleaning solution smell. Luckily there was a huge window that opened wide and it was windy out. By the time I got things into my room the smell had subsided. Nice bed and pillows sheets were clean and crisp. Good shower and refrigerator and microwave. I was in the back building and it was super quiet. Did not try the breakfast. Definitely had a bumpy start but turned out fine and would stay again.
