This apartment complex enjoys a relatively peaceful location amidst sprawling gardens above the road to Playa del Inglés. It is less than 10 minutes walk to the nearest beach, shops, restaurants, bars and nightclubs and links to the public transport are 2 minutes away.
The resort centre also lies just 15 minutes walk from the hotel. This apartment complex lies on a site of some 140,740 m² and comprises 393 apartments spread over 120 2-storey chalets and 153 bungalows.
The buildings cover a total surface area of some 20,000 m². 108 of the apartments have 1 bedroom, are about 40 m² in size and lie on the ground floor of the 2-storey chalets in the areas from 100 to 400, 68 apartments of 50 m² are to be found in the bungalow area in area 600, 150 2-bedroom apartments of 76 m², 42 of which are on just one floor, are to be found in the areas from 100 to 400, and 67 2 to 3-bedroom apartments of 86 m², 55 of which are on just one floor, are to be found in area 500.
Facilities within the main building include an inviting foyer area with a reception desk, a currency exchange bureau and a safe in addition to a small supermarket, a variety of shops and a hairdresser's salon. It is possible to dine in the onsite à la carte restaurant and, on payment of an additional fee, a public Internet terminal.

Great staff (espially the waiters/bar staff) and hotel. Stunning views from our room. Breakfast was supurb and the fact that is served until noon such a treat. If we go back to Bitez this will be the hotel we book.

We loved our stay at Roas. The view from our room was breathtaking every time we saw it. Only criticism would be the repetitive breakfast of Turkish breakfast, a little more al carte options would have been great. Shout out to Sokran who made sure we had everything we needed at all times

We stayed for 6 nights at Roas. A family of 4 with two teenage girls. The hotel is small yet has everything you need. The view from the restaurant was beautiful. The grounds clean and pleasant. The family room was spacious, with a balcony overlooking the bay. The bathroom was small and needs updating.
What we appreciated the most was the helpful staff, especially Ahmet and Lucky. They were wonderful and very helpful. Offering useful tips on where to go. They made us feel at home and very familial. The room was cleaned everyday.
The hotel is on a hill, only 5 minute walk to the beach. We liked this because it was away from the noise of the beach front where there are lots of hotels, restaurants and bars. Yet conveniently located.
Lucky showed us where we could get a bus to Bodrum which took only 15min to the town centre. And instructed on price and how to get back. It was easier than expected. We ended up going to Bodrum 3 times by bus.

Apart from the restaurant staff, I found the customer service was non existent. No warm welcome, no good morning..
Car parking can be difficult late at night as the spots are shared.
Charging for Turkish coffee, I thought was a bit rich with breakfast, especially because I couldn't charge the room and wasn't carrying my wallet to breakfast.
All in all, a nice place to sleep, and have breakfast, not much else.
Also beaware there are no ramps, everywhere you go, there are steps. So you are carrying your suitcases upstairs

Our stay at Roas Hotel was absolutely amazing. From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed with warm smiles and professional, polite service from every single staff member. The hotel is exceptionally clean, beautifully designed, and offers stunning views of the sea. There’s a lovely pool on-site, and the beach is just a 2-minute walk away. Along the beachfront, you’ll find charming shops and restaurants that add to the relaxing atmosphere.

Lovely Hotel with Stunning Views of the Bay
A fabulous hotel situated on an elevated position in lovely quiet Bitez, with stunning views across the bay. All hotel staff were professional, friendly and approachable. Breakfast in the beautiful airy and bright restaurant was lovely, also with full view of the bay. Our room (suite) was very spacious, clean and modernly furnished. The bed was possibly the comfiest I've ever slept in. Bus stops within 5 mins walk from hotel. Restaurants, bars and supermarket all close by. Loved travelling into Bodrum and back by 'dolmus.' These little buses even stop if you're not at a bus stop. Our first time in Turkey, absolutely loved it! Would definitely recommend 'Hotel Roas.' Thank you to all the staff, for making our first visit to Turkey so memorable. We will definitely return to 'Hotel Roas.'

The hotel is located in a residential area and is not close to restaurants or shopping. The hotel is on a hill, and rooms are located in two buildings with no elevators. Therefore, you have to drag your bags from the reception to the building and them up the stairs. We had a car, so we didn't have a problem with transportation. However, if you don't have a car this is not the hotel for you.

I loved this cute boutique hotel. Beautiful hotel with gorgeous view. Staff is super nice and friendly. Okan, Ahmed and Derya are so nice and helpful. They always make sure we are okay and happy with everything. I would love to stay there again. Walking distance to Bitez beach where restaurants and shops are. Beach is beautiful. 10 to 15 minutes to city center. Highly recommended.

Quaint Hotel in Bodrum - Loved it!
Cute hotel in an excellent part of Bodrum. It was our 10 year anniversary, and the staff even gave us a cake and congratulated us!
Rooms were nice and large, with an amazing balcony view of the Aegean Sea. The view from breakfast is breathtaking. Five minute walk downhill to the beach and boardwalk, with plenty of bars and restaurants to enjoy. Would 100% stay here again.

The property is beautiful and clean. An amazing view of the coastline. Perfect location to get to all places and parking is right in front of the hotel so we never had a problem. We would definitely book here again!!! Staff amazing it was my partners bday and they gave us a lovely room, and surprised him with a cake at dinner. Would highly recommend!
