Service in restaurant & bar excellent - very attentive - Alexis in particular was great. Swimming pool area and equipment was in excellent condition - very comfortable & relaxing. Good variety of food, especially at dinner but breakfast could be better.
Things that could improve are around the information given at the time of check-in. Nothing advised about different dinner timings (they have have sittings but we were not informed until Day 4), opening times of facilities, rooftop facilities, entertainment etc. All in all a very poor initial experience.
With regards the cleanliness of the room, this could be better -more attention to detail required.

Probably one of the best hotels I've stayed in - we hardly wanted to leave the place. The poolside area is so nicely laid out and spotless, the staff are fantastic, the beds big and comfortable, the food options were excellent and great quality (we also had a vegan with us) and the gym facilities were as good as you could ask for on holiday. The only thing I missed, tea and coffee in the room!

5 minutes walk to the beach, shop's across the road, bar's & clubs on main street & round the corner...!!
The most welcoming & friendly staff you will ever meet.
It was my second stay in a matter of months! I cam back for birthday & all i requested they for filled.
This is the hotel is 100% on point & I plan to go back and stay with them again..!!
By far the best hotel I've stayed in, in the 8+ years I've been coming to the area.
Highly recommended....!!

Very Nice hotel but could be improved

Very clean hotel with white minimalistic furniture. Plenty of wardrobe space and shelves but no drawers. Air conditioning good. Would benefit from tea and coffee making facilities. Also a magnifying mirror in the bathroom and a mirror in the living area. Food good but not excellent have had better but there was always something you could find to eat. Maid service was a bit disappointing. At least 4 occasions we had to source shampoo, body lotion, and toilet rolls. One day the floor in bathroom had not been washed and the litter bin had not been emptied. Lifts are a bit of a problem as they are small and seem to want to go down before they go up! Our safe played up on us one night and we had to wait in for a short while for someone to come and fix it. Roof top area for sunbathing really good.

Had a brilliant 5 d stay at the Caserio. We stayed all inclusive - this was our first time and we were highly impressed by it.

The hotel has had a refurbishment throughout, and the facilities and rooms are brilliant. Ive added some pictures to show these changes.

The food varied very day and there was an excellent mix, which changed daily. Alcohol was good including cocktails and San Miguel on tap. Very helpful and fast bar staff.

Dinner in the evening includes table service for drinks.

The pool is brilliant. Nice tunes playing background. The new poolside beds are very comfortable.

10mins taxi to the main bars. Costs less than 7 euro.

WiFi free in reception areas.

This hotel is high end and excellent service and finish.

Nice hotel, not much for residents under 50

this was an OK hotel, showing its age.
There was an over subscription of over 50s, and mostly German which was a pity as we did not speak German, and there was only 1 other English party there.
I would recommend this hotel to other parties, and am considering going back myself for a longer holiday.

On the whole, a nice hotel. Very clean, and a great location a stone's throw from the Playa del Ingles and local bus links, and with convenient stores and restaurants nearby. The rooftop terrace was a nice bonus, and the breakfast buffet good, though I would have preferred fresh juice, and the machine-dispensed coffee was a little disappointing. The bathroom was a decent size, but the shower curtain woefully inadequate, leading to a drenched bathroom floor. They need to install a proper shower screen in the bathrooms. The balcony was great, with a convenient clothes horse, and nice views. The big let down was the bed, which was not very comfortable and left me with a sore back each morning. I would say replacement of the mattresses with something firmer should be the top priority for this hotel. However, I would recommend the hotel to friends and family as it ticked the majority of boxes for me.

Atrocious Internet service

Please understand up front that my requirements were probably not typical in so much that it was very important for me to have a reliable Internet service, as I needed to do work from time to time. The Expedia advertisment said that the hotel had free Wi-Fi so I thought it would be fine. Unfortunately the free Internet service was atrocious. I paid extra for an Internet service that I was told would work in my room but that proved to be even worse. Tasks online that should have taken minutes to complete literally took me hours. I complained several times to reception. Sadly even though the staff seemed to know about the problem, nothings was done about it. I ended up having to go to other places to use their Wi-Fi and was therefore barely able to make use of the facilities in the hotel. If Internet connectivity is important to you, I regret to say that I recommend you do not stay in this hotel.

The Caserio delivers what it promises, a clean, comfortable, functional hotel a short walk from the shops and restaurants of Playa des Ingles. I thoroughly enjoyed my last stay there (I have been twice before). It isn't the height of luxury, but offers everything needed for a really good holiday hotel -.and everything is clean and works. The beds are quite hard - which suits me as a back sufferer. The real highlight is the staff, who were incredibly friendly and go above and beyond to help out. As good a place to spend a week away from it all as any I have been to.

A very good hotel in Playa del Ingles

The hotel is very well positioned: a few minutes from the beach, the bus station is right in front of the hotel, you can easily reach it from the airport by taking the bus 66, which leaves you in front of the hotel. The clubs and the market are less than 10 minutes walking from the hotel. The hotel is very clean, it has a nice swimming pool for adults and a smaller one for kids. The rooms are nice and clean, very comfortable. The hotel's staff is very friendly and helpful and also very polite. They speak a few languages or anyway the basics in a few languages. The food is good and it varies every day. My friend and I had a great time there and we will definitely stay there again next time we go to Gran Canaria.

No es un 4 estrellas

No es un hotel de 4 estrellas. Lo único que tiene para ser un hotel de esa categoría es la zona de la piscina y las instalaciones. Lo peor de todo sin duda es el buffet. No es tan si quiera una comida digna de un 3 estrellas. Comida muy repetitiva y de muy baja calidad. Lo que te han puesto en el desayuno lo reutilizan para la cena. En una ocasión hasta nos encontramos con que uno de los postres tenia moho. Se lo comentamos tanto al equipo del restaurante como al de recepción y ni un solo detalle por su parte. Además, hay muy pocos carteles informativos de la comida. Muchas veces no sabes ni lo que comes y no te quiero contar si ya tienes alguna intolerancia o alguna alergia.
Destacar que la mayoría del personal era muy agradable, sobretodo los del restaurante. En la recepción había una chica llamada Cristina bastante desagradable. Que un cliente te diga buenos días y no contestar me parece de traca. Además tuvimos un pequeño inconveniente el día de la salida y ni se molestó en intentar solucionarlo.
En resumen, evitad este hotel si podéis. Hay muchísimos hoteles por la zona y en pocos se comerá peor.

Ottima struttura moderna. La posizione è ottima, centrale e a due passi dalle fermate dei bus che permettono di spostarsi in tutta l'isola. Ci siamo trovati bene, usufruendo del trattamento di mezza pensione. Le camere non sono molto ampie ma dotate di ogni comfort, anche se avrei apprezzato una presa di corrente vicina ad entrambi i comodini, mentre uno ne era sprovvisto. La terrazza, è dotata di lettini e di un piccolo idromassaggio dal quale è possibile ammirare il bellissimo panorama. Per quanto riguarda il ristorante, dove ci recavamo per colazione e cena, la qualità non è sempre alta e in certi casi si è rivelata abbastanza mediocre. Le bibite non sono comprese, nemmeno ai pasti. L'acqua è disponibile a colazione ma NON a cena e questo dovrebbe essere specificato chiaramente quando si prenota. Non amo questo tipo di atteggiamento predatorio che punta soltanto a far spendere i clienti. Capisco il business ma non offrire nemmeno un dispenser di acqua durante la cena è davvero antipatico. Tra l'altro, molti hotel della stessa categoria offrono la bottiglietta d'acqua anche in camera. Inoltre, sembra venga fatta una certa resistenza nel cambiare i teli da piscina. È previsto un solo cambio al giorno: prima delle 9:30 non è possibile prenderlo e fino alle 18:00 non è possibile restituirlo, anche se non serve più. È chiaro che se uno vuole uscire la mattina presto per andare in spiaggia è costretto ad organizzarsi diversamente o a tenersi quello del giorno prima...

Essenszeiten abends in 2 Gruppen aufgeteilt, deshalb ist es nie zu voll aber man ist dadurch leider zeitlich etwas festgelegt.

Vi hade en mycket trevlig vistelse på detta hotell. Trevlig personal, fräscha rum med bra säng, fint poolområde samt solterass på taket. Kuddarna dock inte de bästa. Nära strandpromenaden samt gångavstånd till det mesta. Frukost bra men middagsbuffen lite tjatig i längden. Hisskapaciteten inte tillräcklig vid högtryck så trapporna nyttjades ofta nedåt av många med friska ben. Överlag är vi dock mycket nöjda.

Hotel molto curato e moderno. Posizione ottima, per negozi, accesso al mase, servizi. Tutto positivo: personale, cucina, camera, servizi in generale, area piscina.
Consiglio solo di preparare un welcome Kit per i nuovi ospiti che arivano che comprenda tutte le informazioni importanti, convezioni, come andare all'aeroporto con il BIS, mappa, regole interne, accesso al parking, orari dei servizi ecc.. Ho dovuto fare un sacco di domande per tutto: dove erano i servizi, gli orari, wifi, parcheggio, chiedere una mappa.. anche in stanza.. nessuna informazione, zero. Ma per il resto e nel complesso direi tutto bene, hotel molto bello, personale cortese e vacanza rilassante. Camera pulita e moderna. Sicuramente ci tornerò.

Arvosanaa alensi todella huono ruoka, illallista kokeilimme kerran ja se riitti. Aamiaisella syötäväksi kelpaavaa oli vain leipä, luonnonjugurtti ja tuoreet hedelmät. Kaikki lämmin ruoka oli todella luontaantyöntävän näköistä. Hotellin kannattaisi tarjota vähemmän, mutta laadukkaita vaihtoehtoja. Huone ja palvelu olivat sinänsä hyvä.

Das Hotel ist sauber und gepflegt. Bei der Ankunft war unser Zimmer zuvor nicht gereinigt wordern. Der Boden war schmutzig, überall war Sand und Haare zu sehen. Der Spiegel im Badezimmer war mit Zahnpasta verspritzt, die Ablagen waren voller Staub und Haare und der Abschluss des Lavabos war verstopft. Im Badezimmer gibt es Schimmel. Die Putzfrau welche anschliessend das Zimmer auf unsere Aufforderung gereinigt hat war sauer und meinte es sei sauber und geputzt. Daraufhin hat sie uns während unserem ganzen Aufenthalt ignoriert.

En general la estancia ha sido correcta, no la comida.

La primera noche llegamos justo cuando cerraba el restaurante, llamé para avisar y te guardan un poco. Pedí expresamente una tortilla francesa (nada del otro mundo) a ser posible, pues no debió ser y me encontré embutido para sandwich , no lo puedo comer así q nada. Un chico me ofreció lechuga. Y digo q no hacía ni 20m q estaban cerrados y de hecho estaban recogiendo mientras llegamos.

No me ha gustado en general la comida del buffet. Se podía encontrar cierta variedad pero la calidad de algunas cosas en mi opinión no era muy allá. Si quieres comer saludable es difícil. Solo un producto a la plancha y sin opciones. El resto frito o salsas. Sí había ensaladas aunque me dio la impresión que lo q sobraba en algunas ocasiones se volvía a poner (tomates pasados por ejemplo).

Helt ok hotell med bra rum och fin balkong. Frukostbuffén var bra och omfångsrik. Middagsbuffén hade mycket grönsaker, ost och desserter men kött-kocken kunde inte steka kyckling eller stekgrader på nötkött.

Bra läge med nära till hav, matbutiker och restauranger. Service och städning varierade under vår vistelse. Ibland verkade man mest vara i vägen för personalen.

Siisti moderni hotelli. Uima-allas jäi testaamatta, kun ranta oli niin lähellä. Monipuolinen ravintola.

Meillä oli ylimmän kerroksen huone merinäköalalla. Ainut huono puoli oli, että hissiä joutui joskus odottamaan pitkään.

Käytävältä kuului äänet aika hyvin huoneeseen. Häiritsi oikeastaan vain ensimmäisenä yönä, ilmeisesti muita asukkaita lähti tuolloin pois hotellista keskellä yötä tjms.

Televisio välillä pätki, onneksi oli omat Netflix-tunnukset mukana (televisio tuki Netflix, YouTube, Amazon Prime). Wifi toimi myös hyvin.

Vi kommer tillbaka hit nästa år! Perfekt semester. Åkte med Norweigan och bokade hotellet via Hotels.com. Vi kunde då styra hur många dagar vår semester skulle vara. Hotellet ligger nära till allt men utan störande trafik! Utanför är en lågtrafikerad, enkelriktad väg. Mitt emot hotellet ett supermarket bredvid en busshållplats om du vill till någon speciell strand. Hotellet var alltid nystädat och doftade till och med gott. Underbar frukost med variation som passade alla. Stor pool där man slapp trängas och inte för att vi behövde det men vi lade märke till att det var bra anpassat för de som är rullstolsburna. Gott om bra restauranger på gångavstånd. Rummen var stora och med luftkonditionering. Bra underhållning på kvällarna på hotellet och servicevänlig personal. Vi trivdes kanon!
