Air condition and television didn't work. Apartment was very dated and service wasn't good. We were a party of 3 but the apartment only had two beds set up initially. Internet was difficult to access which meant we didn't use it for 2 days. The gentleman at reception was impatient when dealing with the paper work that they requested we fill out before accessing the apartment. We paid over £1000 and were not pleased with the purchase when we arrived at the apartment.

We will be back!

We had a great stay here especially for the price you can’t fault it. Rooms are big and kitchen is well equipped. Balcony is also nice and big and so is the pool. Room was cleaned regularly with fresh towels etc. location is also perfect so close to yumbo and the beach

We had a lovely stay. Staff could not be friendlier or more helpful. The complex, pool and gardens are well maintained and very clean.
Our apartment, though not plush, was clean and spacious with a sunny balcony overlooking the pool. Towels, shower soap and washing up liquid were supplied.
There is no aircon, which is a real pity, but there is a portable fan.
Bars, food places, the lift to the beach, supermarkets and the upper oceanside walkway are all very accessable.
The shopping centre complex across from the flats has seen better days, but there are a few lovely wee bars and some outdoor dancing that's worth exploring in there.

The staff were very friendly and very helpful. The apartment was clean with a decent kitchenette, bathroom, main room & a sunny balcony overlooking the pool. We would have preferred a double bed rather than two singles, but apart from that we were very happy with our stay. We liked the location as it was only a short level walk to the lift down to the beach. Great long sandy beach & good for swimming, sunbathing. Plenty of decent restaurants close & a grocery shop 50m away supplying everything we needed. Close to a main bus stop with regular buses to Puerto Rico, Playa de Mogan the airport and Las Palmas. We would definitely go back.

A littte gem.

I booked last minute and was allowed to check in early. Very friendly and helpful receptionist. The apartment is very clean, a decent kitchenette with lots of appliances as is the small but perfectly functioning bathroom. Lots of towels and a soap dispenser. The large bedroom has a fitted wardrobe, a safe, 2 single beds and a connecting window to the lounge which us a good sjze and has a tv plus fan.
The WIFI is free and super quality!
Sunbeds and pool area are also clean and well I used both.
I WOULD DEFINITELY STAY AGAIN!!!!

Best 2 star for remote workers in Gran Canaria. Best beds for 2 star I’ve stayed at. I’ve been to dozens of places! Best internet as well! So if you want a balcony , pool, wifi, near the beach with a kitchen best value you’re going to get!

Nice hotel and very quiet.

I recommend this hotel because it is very close to the beach. the rooms are clean, the staff at the hotel is ok.

Good price, basic facilities, but great location.

I enjoyed my stay at Strelitzias apartments. The apartments are basic, but comfortable enough for the price. It has all you need to stay for a few days. There's no free internet or TV in the apartment.

Its okay

Not a bad place, you get what you pay for. Location good but would hate to be there in summer without aircon. Try and take top floor apts. More sunshine and less noise. The apts have a lift so no problems. Furniture and kitchen could do with updating.

Dåligt städat när vi kom. Personalen gjorde dock ett jättejobb i två omgångar och fick det helt ok. Personalen trevlig och hjälpsamma hela tiden. Effektiv och praktisk lägenhet. Smidig promenad till stranden.

Me gustó la ubicación. A 5 minutos andando de la playa del inglés, y a 10 minutos de las dunas de Maspalomas.
No me gustó que pone piscina climatizada y estaba HELADA. Lo comentamos en recepción y se hacen los locos ( \" ay, pues no sé, tendría que estar a 26 grados... \" ). Pues tendría pero va a ser que no.
Habitación doble. Se ducha una persona RÁPIDO y la segunda le toca ducharse en agua fría. Lamentable.

El apartamento está muy bien ubicado, 3 min a la playa, un supermercado enfrente y varias zonas de ocio, sin duda lo mejor. El apartamento en sí está bien, está limpio. Falta mucho menaje para hacer comida, una sartén, una pota, un cuchillo y poco más…la cocina bastante lenta. Si no quieres cocinar y no te importa tener lujos este es tu sitio. Tiene una piscina muy limpia y buena zona para estar.

Amplio espacio .El hombre recepcionistar hizo esperar mucho y me dijo que la gente canaria da siempre problemas ,comentario que estuvo de más .
El cambio la recepcionista mujer muy simpática .
La estadia fue normal ,sin lujos por lo que se paga esta ok .
No volvería porque no tolero comentarios discriminatorios de recepcionistas y no esperas de 25 minutos para un check in .

Appartamento spazioso in zona tranquilla a pochi passi dalla spiaggia di Maspalomas ed il lungomare di playa del Ingles, vicino c'è il centro commerciale Kashbah ed il più grande Yumbo con locali che funzionano fino a notte fonda. L'appartamento usato al primo piano ha di buono che, se esci, hai la piscina ( ti alzi la mattina e fai un tuffo! ) ma è leggermente sotto il livello della strada (va bene se c'è molto vento che si è riparati. Buoni salotto e camera; bagno e cucina avrebbero bisogno di una sistemata. La cucina l'ho trovata lacunosa per chi si fa da mangiare: mancava insalatiera, forbici ed il resto era risicato ma il ragazzo alla reception che parla bene l'italiano ha cortesemente risolto ogni problema. Molto comodo avere il supermercato di fronte la struttura.

Rigtig venlig service i receptionen. Både i forbindelse med ind-og udcheckning. Vi fik bestilt taxa på forhånd i forbindelse med udcheckning kl. 5 om morgenen. Det fungerede perfekt. Beliggenheden er optimal og vi kunne ikke forvente mere af 2-stjernet faciliteter

El hotel esaba bastante bien, y el staff era muy amable, buena relación calidad precio, lástima de una familia que no controlaba a los hijos gritando y tenia monopolizada la piscina, cosa que imposibilitaba al resto de clientes disfrutar de la misma.

Es wurde jeden Tag geputzt und neue Handtücher bereit gestellt !
Uns wurde uns bei jeder Frage schnell und gut geholfen !
Als da was man braucht um sich selbst zu verpflegen !
Das Hotel ist nicht weit vom Strand und direkt neben dem Platz wo auch abends was los ist !

Jättebra hotell!

Lugn och skön atmosfär på hotellet. Liten pool men vi är mest vid stranden så det gör inget. Men inget för barnfamiljer. Perfekt hotell för äldre och par. Rent och snyggt. Trevlig personal.
Superhårda madrasser!! Men vi har lärt oss att spanska sängar är det så vi tar alltid med oss liggunderlag med inbyggd pump så vi sover skönt ändå.

Super fantastisk, godt belliggende, billigt hotel.

Fantastisk central beliggenhed for både strand og shopping. Vores lejlighed havde sol på altanen fra morgen til aften. Super hotel - hvis man er til \" klar dig selv \" ferie.Der er hverken restaurant eller bar på hotellet, men multi mange i nærheden. Rengøringen var i top og blev gjort alle dage, undtagen søndag.Købmand med frisk brød ligger på den anden side af gaden. Receptionen er åben nogle timer formiddag og igen nogle timer eftermiddag. De spørgsmål vi havde, blev besvaret, og gode ideer til ture, shopping, billeje fulgte med. Meget venlig, rar og ekstrem hjælpsom reception. Vi vil BESTEMT benytte dette hotel igen.

Simple. but very good.

A nice apartment hotel. Friendly service. Well and clean. A good small kitchen, fully functional. (The kitchen utensils were a bit too basic.) Good balcony to sit and enjoy the evening on. (The TV was small and you had to pay for it - but whoever goes on vacation to watch TV.) Close to about everything - restaurants, grocery stores, the beach, Yumbo, etc.

Sehr günstiges Hotel für Anspruchslose

Positiv:
- Appartements sind geräumig. Eingangsbereich, Doppelschlafzimmer, Wohnraum mit Küche und großer Balkon.
- Swimmingpool mit ausreichend Liegen
- Zum Weggehen am Abend ist gleich die Kasbah mit zahlreichen lokalen daneben.
- tägliche Reinigung ausser Sonntag, öfter Handtuchwechsel
- Nähe zum CC Yumbo (ca. 5 Gehminuten)

Negativ:
- Reinigung ist eher mangelhaft, es ist jetzt nicht schmutzig, aber auch nicht vollständig sauber.
- Schlafzimmer geht Richtung Kasbah raus (dürfte aber nicht bei jedem Appartement so sein) und somit war es vor 4:00 kaum möglich bei offenem Fenster zu schlafen. Danach kam dann noch täglich die Strassenreinigung und Müllentleerung.
- Die Wände sind äusserst dünn: Man hört alles von den Nachbarzimmern (auch das, was man sicher nicht hören will ;-))
- Strassenstrich ist gleich ums Eck
