I enjoyed my stay here. It's a location tucked away from the bustle and very quiet.

Within 10 minutes to Tulum Beach by car or motor bike.

Breakfast is simple but filling.

I'd stay here, again. It's a newer development area.

Large Room and Shower. Comfy Bed with plenty Of Pillows. AC worked great. Check In was easy. John, the manager always smiled and was uber Friendly and helpful as were the rest of the staff. The grounds were well kept and quiet. Only draw back was and Always is in Mexico WIFI. If all of Mexico gets this right, it will be blissful.

Property was beautiful, peaceful, clean, and the staff was friendly. My only complaint would be a discrepancy between what is displayed on Hotels.com and what the hotel stated about free breakfast. Could be an error on hotels.com, or the hotel not honoring what was advertising, but it's hard to know for sure. Either way, it should be more clear. I'd like to give more than 4 stars, but less than 5; however, that option is not available.

Faisano is a small cute hotel, great staff and service, perfect to relax. Safe area with restaurants, convenient stores, bike rental and spa within walking distance. There’s room for improvement in some areas tho. The open shower is cute but not convenient, the whole room gets wet every time you shower making the room smell musty. The door frame in our room had a big gap letting in sounds and ants. But it’s a cute place with great people that will help you with everything you need and make you feel home so I would recommend it.

Newer hotel set deep into a neighborhood. Grounds were kept very clean. Free breakfast on sitr. Chilaquiles were amazing.
No security(locks/keycards) to enter the hotel. Accessible to anyone who walks in the front. Room had a terrible smell of mildew. Extremely large gaps in the foor allowing bugs in. Private pool on our patio was very small (4ftx4ft). Didn't use due to the plants the were covering half of the pool and bare wires sticking out of the wall next to the pool.

The room was amazing with the exception of the bathroom not having AC!! The back wall was open so there was a lot of mosquitos and we would have to spray bug repellent so we could use it and not get bit up. The only day we decided to have use the free breakfast.. All we wanted was the coffee and juice and when I asked the guy if I could have another cup of watermelon juice, even though we didn't eat anything. He told me I couldn't, that it was one per customer. Then when he saw I made a face. He decided I could have one, but would charge me. Which I don't mind. But tell me that first instead of saying no. or consider I didn't get a meal and just give me another cup.

The property is really nice the reason why im giving it a low score is because the room that we booked had a jacuzzi that we really wanted to use but to our surprise when we got there it’s was green and dirty and they charged us full price even though it was their fault.
Besides that the hotel is tiny but it’s really nice and cozy.

O hotel está com selo de “CLAUSURADO” na porta. Ficamos somente a primeira noite por falta de outra opção.

Além disso, está mal cuidado, precisando de varios reparos básicos. Janela do banheiro dá vista para vizinho ao lado ver enquanto toma banho, tivemos de por uma toalha para cobrir.

O ralo do banheiro não funcionava.

A area externa estava descuidada e mal limpa, inclusive a “banheira” tinha agua acumulada, provavelmente de outro hospede.

Ainda estou aguardando Hotels.com me estornar, e seguem enrolando. Mas resumindo, fujam desta hospedagem.

La app indica que incluye desayuno, sin embargo, al momento de indicar a la señorita (como de origen asiático) esta responde con una voz altiva y despota que el hospedaje no incluye ningún desayuno sino que es un incentivo para las personas por haber tomado la decisión de haberse hospedado en ese lugar, además brinda un mejor servicio a extranjeros que a locales siendo que los extranjeros le brindan un trato degradante hacia su labor. Café frío, huevos crudos. Todo lo demás incluyendo el resto del persona muy bien.
