Our only problem was that the bed in our room was like sleeping in a hammock, it was so worn out, the middle of the bed sagged terribly. Food at Home Plate sports bar was fantastic, with plenty of TV's to watch but service in the evening was slow, it took 15 minutes for someone to greet us and provide menus but once we established who our server was things got better. Breakfast service was great and their breakfast was fantastic.

Wonderful room. This is our second stay here on different trips. Nicely and tastefully furnished room. Has to be one of the quietest places we have ever stayed. Soundproofing of rooms is great, you hear no noise from either hallways. Next rooms, or outside. Our favorite place when visiting Albuquerque.

Rooms were clean, spacious and nicely-appointed. Some mildly-annoying features: toilet paper and facial tissue were not up to the quality level of a fine hotel. They were thin, scratchy and the facial tissue was not full sized as one would expect. One more mildly-annoying feature: restaurants did not open until 8 am for breakfast so early risers were out of luck.

This hotel is a true gem! It offers a convenient location when traveling between the Four Corners area and Albuquerque, along with spacious, clean rooms. There are multiple restaurants on site and entertainment options for the whole family.

After departure, we were charged an additional $250 deep cleaning fee. Called the facility and they stated there was a stain in the carpet. We were in town for a concert, checked in, dropped a backpack off in the room, left for the concert and picked up dinner and ate in the car on the way to the concert. After the concert went straight to the room, went to sleep, got up and left, and picked up breakfast in the drive home. There was no food or drink in the room at all, nothing that could spill amd cause a stain on a carpet. We did not see anything while in the room that stood out to us. Either their cleaning staff marked it on the wong room,, or it was the occupants after us that was charged to us. Do not trust your stay here unless you want unexpected, unfounded extra charges. This facility is shady in adding expenses to you credit card after check out

From check-in to check-out, the staff throughout the entire hotel and casino were super nice & friendly. It was clean, the room was really nice, clean & comfortable. We didn't get to enjoy any of the restaurants or the pool but did get a coffee at Starbucks and the young lady there was so sweet and friendly. We were disappointed that last call for alcohol was at 10:30 pm. We got in from the event we were at at 10:45 and had been looking forward to a glass of wine at the lounge and we're denied entry at 10:45. It took us by surprise that a casino had a last call that early. That was our only disappointment. The casino floor was pretty big and offered a lot of games/slots. We also appreciated that you had to have a key card to use the elevator to get to rooms. It made us feel safe.
