The pool and jacuzzi were amazing and open until 11:00 pm. We really enjoyed it. The casino was also very nice and really fun! They had .09 cent slot machines that I have never seen before and they were awesome.
The things I didn’t like: the bed was a king and it sagged in the middle. It was not very comfortable. The pillows were really uncomfortable, either too big or too thin and made from something that is not like a normal pillow. There were not enough hooks in the shower area to hang your things. The last thing is the thermostat for the room did not operate properly. It was either way too cold or way too hot- there was no middle.
Besides that, we found the hotel in great location for all the things we wanted to do. I would stay again but next time, I will bring my own pillow!

I love this property. The staff was very nice, check in was fast and easy. The room was beautiful and quiet. Large parking lot with security driving through. I traveled alone and felt completely comfortable with the area. It is outside of Albuquerque so a bit of a drive from the city but I don't mind it so much for the comfort of a nice, clean, safe room.

If you're pulling a trailer DO NOT STAY HERE!! I checked in at 4pm and nothing was said about the horse trailer I was pulling so I parked in the back of the hotel parking lot. I stayed dueing the middle of the week so it wasn't busy but I still parked out of everyone's way. Went about my evening and had a nice dinner and gambled some, went to bed about 9pm. So my vehicle and trailer had been in the parking lot for a good 5 hours at this point, at about 9:30 my room phone rings and its the front deck telling me security said I had to move the trailer! Again the lot wasnt even half way full and it had been there all evening without security saying anything! They made me park it nearly on the opposite side of the building and informed me there was no way to get my luggage or myself back to the vehicle in the morning so I'd have to walk all the way around the building in the morning. To top of the horrible experience in the morning went I left there was a big CDL vehicle and another truck pulling a trailer parked in the same lot I was told I had to leave from! Their security is a joke and they clearly pick and chose who their rules apply too!

I booked the property on Expedia and the confirmation stated check in was available from 11am-4pm. I arrived at 12:20pm to check in and was informed the hotel charges an additional $50 for checking in before 4pm. The Expedia confirmation didn’t indicate an additional fee. Also, when checking in I informed the hotel concierge that I requested a late check out on the day of departure. On the day of departure, I went downstairs to confirm the late departure request and the concierge was not aware of the request. So communication between front desk personnel is not good or reliable.

Breakfast service was great and their breakfast was fantastic.
