We loved Las Dunas! Water Slide, tennis, table tennis, on site horses and peacocks, and sand-boarding! We only stayed one night we wish we had stayed longer. One note is that the ica airport no longer has flights over the Nazca lines.

We loved this hotel and would stay again in the future. We loved the activities such as sand boarding, the water slide, dance lessons, ping pong and frisbee. It was so fun. We also loved the breakfast and the food at the bar restaurant was very tasty.

Our stay was amazing at this resort.. the food was great and the service was really good!!! There is a Saturday show at night which was amazing!! All the areas were clean and staff was friendly. They were flexible with any changes we wanted to make with food and also you can choose buffet style or a la carta depending on how much you want to eat. We will definitely come back!

We stayed with our three kids, 14,12 and 8, and we all had a great time. The kids loved sandboarding and all the activities. Staff were friendly and helpful, hotel was clean and beautiful, and the food was excellent. Would definitely stay again if we have the chance to come back to Peru.

My family really enjoyed this hotel. The hotel has multiple for every member of the family to enjoy. My only one comment is that on Friday and Saturday we took part of the karaoke. It seemed that one of the staff members had friends there because everyone would sign up and our songs would take forever to show up, if they even showed up. She’d give preference to her friends. There was a group that showed up 30 minutes after we put in our songs and they sang before us. It definitely put a bad taste in how they run their activities giving preference to friends than guests. The one thing the hotel should try to include the tax and the service fee. Even though we do get the message that those will be charged separately. I’ve never seen a hotel in Peru. I even stayed at really prominent hotels. Peru charge me additional fees. Other than that, this place was amazing. I would definitely come back. The hotel is like a second home in which you wish to just stay there like Ica has so many things that you can visit and you don’t wanna miss anything in the hotel. We did had an enjoyable stay that was the only thing that we could have as a comment any type of mishap or any type of situation was easily solved by the hotel within minutes.

So its almost impossible to sleep … and finally reason of giving 3 stars.. check out was at NOON… they deactivate my card before that.. we went to the pool and coming back to change the little ones to leave facily my card was ALREADY deactivated.. so i couldnot go in… i had to ask personel

This is a good hotel and stuff is really helpful. The restaurant and food were a bit disappointing but fine to eat, the stuff was really nice again. The hotel rooms feel a bit empty due to a lack of decoration or furniture but very spacious. The area and town are ok, nothing special and I would probably not go back.

I booked the double-bed room when having dinner at the restaurant near the hotel. The front desk lady was pretty but made us feel unwelcome. After giving us the key, she did not show us how to get our room and not mention the second day breakfast info.

We had an amazing stay at Las Dunas and wish we could've stayed more than 1 night! The kids loved the water slide and water playground. The food was delicious at the restaurant at night - the buffet looked delicious but we were too full to eat a buffet.
And the poolside bar had delicious food! The best poolside bar food I've ever had - the taquenos 4 ways were delicious - Aji de Gallina in a taquito - genius!!
We also really enjoyed the show at night - a fun decades themed trivia night.

Staff wasn’t that friendly, they required masks and I asked the front desk girl if she could give me one and she refused. Then we asked them to print out boarding passes and she made me sign in to the business center and print them myself. For a 4 star hotel the service was like I was staying in a hostel. Customer service is the best. Everyone is very welcoming and helpful, Tatiana at front desk and Felipe at the restaurant were great. They make you feel like home. The food is good and the resort is super family friendly.

They’re remodeling a large portion of hotel. Still a mess. My kids were not allowed to swim and were asked to leave pool area. Zero amenities on a Tuesday evening. The bikes are very old, the brakes didn’t work in one of them, totally unsafe. It took maintenance over an hour to bring us bathroom supplies and then a person from maintenance barged in to our room to see if we had consumed anything from the mini bar. I’ll never stay here again.

Nice hotel overall. Restaurant opens at 7 pm, which is not good for travelers that need to leave early. Water in our room was either ice cold, or scalding, nothing in between... probably a glitch, but had no energy to complain. One of the best choices in the area anyway.
