Everyone at hotel was great. Moved me to a better room after the first was too noisy - it was the elevator next to my room. Beach Staff and restaurant could not be better. However, concierge was not great. Couldn’t help with any rezy or the spot in NYC. When I asked about making a simple dining reservation at the hotel itself (which is fantastic,) they were looking for a markup on a table rezy…so my two cents stay at the hotel but make your own rezy

Housekeeping cleaned out or room, taking everything from clothes to jewelry to hairdryers, sometime int he afternoon the day before our checkout. It took hours to get security (who originally rejected the idea) to get it back, missed dinner etc doing so.

Amazing stay in the Faena Hotel Miami. Are suite was amazing had a wonderful view. All of the staff is extremely friendly and helpful. The Housekeeper lady Cesia was extreamly nice even left us some extra chocolates as a gratuity when she learned that it was our anniversary. One of the workers in the front explained everything upon arrival showed us everything in the hotel and gave us some champagne and a big bottle of san pelegrino when I told him I wasn’t drinking. Just a wonderful stay all around the Hotel is beautiful and worth it.

My daughter and I spent a long weekend at Faena Miami. We loved our stay and were glad we choosed Faena over many other places. The hotel is beautiful and the service is phenomenal. Staffs are very professional and food is amazing. Have to come back here again soon.

Our stay at Faena was nothing short of extraordinary. From the moment we arrived, the customer service was impeccable—attentive, accommodating, and always a step ahead. The food was consistently exquisite and delicious, whether we were dining in the restaurant or enjoying a cold coconut by the beach.
One of the highlights was the exceptional beach service. The staff went out of their way to make sure our toddler was comfortable, setting up a separate umbrella so he could play safely in the shade. They even engaged with him and shared beach toys, which made us feel incredibly welcome. On a stormy day when I visited the beach alone, the team still served me graciously and waited patiently until I was ready to leave. Their dedication never wavered.
The Faena Theater was an over-the-top, dazzling experience that added a magical touch to our stay. Overall, we felt relaxed, pampered, and truly cared for.
That said, two things detracted slightly from an otherwise flawless visit: the presence of escorts in common areas was noticeable and a bit off-putting for a family stay, and the light switches in the room were surprisingly complicated to operate.
Still, the warmth, beauty, and thoughtful luxury of Faena made this a memorable escape—and one we’d gladly return to.

I had an incredible stay at the Faena Hotel in Miami Beach. The Living Room club was a vibrant and stylish spot to unwind in the evenings, and the restaurants were equally impressive. The service throughout the hotel was truly five-star. The rooms were spacious, beautifully designed, and full of character. I’d absolutely stay here again.

They first allocated me the worst room-it was noisy (aircon made a noise), not clean and dated. Not sure why it’s necessary for guests to request a decent room before getting one. And when my items were moved to the next room, my fragrance was stolen out of my bag. They did reimburse me but this shouldn’t happen at a hotel of this reputation-I just never felt safe after that.

Across the board, the staff at Faena is what really makes this exquisite hotel so special. After several days in Key West, we were originally scheduled to stay at Faena one night - We thought we would try it for one night. However, my husband took one look at the rooms, property and the welcoming spirit of ALL of the staff and we gladly added more time to our stay. This resort is impeccable! Grateful that Faena was a great ending to a marvelous FL/US vacation.

Only problem was we were outside about to order lunch and it started to get cloudy.. The waitress told us they can't serve because it may thunderstorm. But if we go inside, we can have the same menu.. We went inside and no restaurant was able to provide the same menu... The hostess at the living room on Friday 6/7/24 around 1 - 2pm was nasty. We even went to the concierge to ask why the waitress outside told us we can have the same menu inside... Both the Concierge and the hostess told us the hotel doesn't even serve poke bowls in any restaurant... After ordering not great pizza and horrible lobster roll from the Living Room, my wife went outside to the pool where she met Michael, who was a server or a busboy by the pool area.. We asked him for the Poke Bowl we had every day for lunch for the past 4 days and he went above and beyond and got the dish we wanted from the chef and brought it into the living room for us to eat. The concierge should really check out the menu and not just listen to the hostess. Hostess was nasty.. But I got the Poke Bowl and showed her that I wasn't dreaming.. It was in fact a meal that is served for lunch at the pool... and it's delicious.

This hotel was one I wanted to check out for the imaginative spaces and whimsical design aspects. It certainly delivers in that department. The check in staff, valet and restaurant service was excellent. The pool staff seemed to be in training or unwilling to help guests but one person was extremely helpful I believe he was a pool manager. The pillows and beds were lacking comfort and the bathroom has extremely dim lighting that makes it difficult to get ready. Overall the hotel was with the visit but I think I’ll try a different hotel next time.

The valet parking staff was using my car while I was parked in their garage and they had an accident with it and then they lied to me about it. Luckily, my Mercedes has technology that records all impact and it was all captured on camera.
