Best property we've stayed in!

Don't think we've had a better stay in Gran Canaria. The place is fantastically located close to all the best places in Playa del Ingles. With the pool, mini golf, tennis and pool bar we had everything on-site we needed. The apartments are charming and comfortable, and good air conditioning!

Excellent beds, space, outdoor terrace. Multiple air conditioners. Gym is tiny and the private trainer doesn’t allow any guests to use the equipment. Definitely the worst gym experience I’ve had from a place. Wifi is ok, but not always suited for programming or remote work. Though I still haven’t find a good place for remote working.

Bungalow stay at Cordial Biarritz

We had a late arrival to the property, I was concerned but didn’t need to be as someone was there waiting for us and given bungalow keys straight away. Our bungalow 103 was further away from reception then we had liked. We had requested near to reception area due to the long walk around the property. There is only one entrance and as we visited the Yumbo frequently it was a 5 minute walk one direction to reception then a 5 minute walk back on ourselves which was annoying but not the end of the world. Our bungalow was clean and spacious and adequate for our stay. Beds were very comfortable and the shower continuous hot water Whixh was great. We didn’t pay for aircon which made the bungalow extremely hot and uncomfortable. We loved our own private terrace to sunbathe and relax on and got the sun all afternoon to sunset. The pool areas are very well kept but very quiet and felt uncomfortable so retired back to our terrace. We were self catering so didn’t eat at property but we never saw the bar or snack bar open! Apparently it closes at 3pm! A supermarket is a couple of minutes away. WiFi was free and very strong signal. Our main disappointment with the property is that it’s like a ghost town! You can hear a pin drop it’s so quiet, just no life to it. This may suit some people perfectly but not for us. During the day just a handful of people sunbathing in silence, at night time nothing. There is plenty of restaurants, bars and nightlife locally and Yumbo close by.

Everything was great. We were three friends holidaying together, so to have 2 single beds in the bedroom and 2 sofa beds in the living area was perfect. Be aware that the sofa beds are 6 foot long, with \"ends\", so anybody taller than about 5'8\" may find them too short.

The staff were really helpful. Breakfast was great. Bus stop (no 30) right outside. 15 min walk to the beach.

Great place to visit - beach, mountains, history.

The roads are in brilliant condition, even up in the mountains, so don't be afraid to hire a car.

Good location,

We stayed in a standard bungalow which meant our patio and bedroom window faced the road. This road was quite busy as it was on the route busses and coaches took to the bus station. We are fairly heavy sleepers but if you are not pay the extra to have air con so you can shut the windows at night. The apartments are near the Yumbo centre so we also had a few happy people walking past in the early hours.

The bungalows are not really bungalows. They are not detached and are more like ground floor terraced apartments in rows. They were built a while ago and have been updated recently to an ok standard. We picked this place based on our experience of the Cordial standards at Cordial Mogán Valle but these apartments are not such high quality, basically because they were built a while ago. However our apartment was spotlessly clean with the expected towel and linen changes. We also had everything we needed to self cater.

There was loads of space in the gardens with shade from trees and lots of spare sunbeds.

We didn’t eat in the restaurant, but the food looked ok. Very few people ate in the restaurant so it was always very quiet.

The pool area is lovely and a guard is around during the day.

The location is good 5 mins walk to both the beach area and the Yumbo centre.

The staff were lovely.

Road noise

Had to pay extra on arrival to move from a road side room that was near a Bus Stop which caused dreadful noise.
Moved to a poolside room which was great.
They need to build a wall in place of the very thin hedge that does not act well as a sound barrier.
Grounds and pool very well looked after.

Relaxing complex yet close to all the action.

Quiet self-contained bungalows in a garden landscape with a pool that has a canal section running through part of the complex providing a different feel to most resorts. Very relaxed feel with mixed clientele - some older and a few families with children. The garden style layout helps to make personal space seem quite private and homely.
Simple bungalows with slightly dated interiors which I think are being refurbished during the planned 2 month closure this year.
On site gym is very limited but has a few machines and a studio space.
Staff very friendly and after accidentally leaving the safe unlocked all day and finding all the cash and computers etc still untouched on return from the beach I'd say the cleaners are very trustworthy in comparison to some establishments. The cleaners keep the rooms spotless although the decor is a bit dated and some furnishings tired.
Kitchen is basic but had most things needed to produce simple meals.
Comfortable beds and air con that works well with independent control of bedroom and living room as well a heating mode for cool days (handy in February)

Stayed there for a week. The apartment looks old and tired. It was not very clean, with stained walls etc. The beds were not comfortable, and the more around easily. There is no air conditioning, which was distressing on hot days and nights. It was hard to sleep because of the heat. There is barely 1 electric plug to charge the devices (phone, iPad etc) in all of the apartment. It truly felt like I was going back in time for decades when I stayed there. It was a disappointment. Totally not worth the price. The only good things were the location, and the pool & garden pleasant atmosphere.

Nice spot this, not too far from the beach and really peaceful (generally). Loved the pool (we do serious swimming so a straight line for more than 50m was fantastic, though the opening hours weren't). Decent sized rooms, fans and air con in the bedroom and main room, and a private small yard for the washing or towels. The hot plates could do with some instructions as we couldn't work out how to get them going so missed out our first evening when there was no-one to tell us but once sorted they were fine. Didn't crack the TV either - again no instructions - not that we were there to watch Spanish TV. Would I stay there again? Absolutely, though I'd first make sure that the gardeners weren't planning a pre-dawn foray blasting the leaves in our courtyard first.

This is one of the worse apartments I've stayed in in playa del ingles and I stay in the resort about 15 times a year. Rooms are very hot, old fashioned and in need of updating. Never stayed in an apartment where you can't put toilet paper down the toilet ????? . I requested a pool view and got an apartment furthest away and on the main road by the a bus stop and the buses run all nite.

Get a Bungalow away from the main road

We had a Bungalow right at the very back of the complex and it was on a busy road. The very loud buses go up here all day and at night all the drunk revellers from the Yumbo return at 4 or 5 in the Morning.

The Apartment really need Air Conditioning - the ceiling fan are not up to the task.

in Summary this is still a very good Complex and staff are very professional.

Peaceful place to stay

The rooms are enormous; they officially sleep two but could do four with couches in living room. Patio area is nice with table, chairs, and lawn chairs. Full kitchen and a large bottle of water. The staff are helpful, but the cleaning crew is not flexible on their timetable (either clean now...or not today). Good buffet breakfast and dinner on campus. Just far enough way from the party scene at Yumbo...so music is not too loud. But closest beach is 10-15 minutes walking. Bus from airport stops nearby as well.

Super sized bungalows on a lovely green site

This was our second stay as it is quiet and spacial, with good amenities on sight with super helpful and friendly staff. The security is great and we always felt the bungalows are safe and secure. Great value for money.

Very pleasant stay

had a 3 week holiday here in October it was very quite and relaxing room was basic but has everything you need kitchen is a bit small but we didn't cook in it as we ate out only used it to make drinks etc might be a problem if you were a family with children and wanted to stay in to cook as only a 2 ring hob and a microwave the overall complex is mainly suited to couples we only saw a hand full of children in the 3 weeks we were there.

Excellent bungalows, with small kitchen, large fridge, bedroom, dining area, lounge and bathroom. Very roomy for 2 people. Has own patio and garden with table, chairs and sunbeds. Splendid long pool, which goes around most of complex. Walk to beach, restaurants, shopping centre.

Quiet but central

Stayed here for 1 week. Lovely and quiet private bungalows. There were no families so no kids running and screaming. Pool is great if a little cold but a large complex so lots of room to chill on the sun loungers. Only negatives were uncomfy beds, no air con, wifi not in chalets but available outside, only 2 english news channels on the tv, and noisy if by the road but closing the window sorts that. Would def stay again tho as its very clean and spacious and close to everything

Rummet var förberett för två trots bokat för tre (lakan, sängmadrass, handdukar fick hämtas i omgångar). Det levde om ganska högt mitt i natten med något form av spolstädning eller bevattning. Vidare hade vi oturen att få en rekommendation till en restaurang där en i sällskapet olyckligtvis blev väldigt illamående och dålig i 2 dagar efter. Såklart inte hotellet fel, men sammantaget så får det enda bli en 2:a för denna vistelse som ändå kostade en ganska bra slant och inte riktigt levde upp till våra förväntningar och förhoppningar.

Ruhige Anlage in zentraler Lage

Immer wieder gerne. Mittlerweile der 4. Aufenthalt in der Anlage. Ordentliche Bungalows mit zweckmäßiger Ausstattung. Regelmäßige Reinigung und Wäschewechsel. Übersichtliche, nicht zu große Anlage. In Gehentfernung zu zwei Einkaufs- und Unterhaltungszentren. Frühstück mit 10€, auch für Kinder , nicht gerade günstig, aber zu empfehlen. Pool und Whirlpool sehr sauber.
20 Minuten zu Fuß zur Strandpromenade in Playa del Ingles. Restaurant -Tip: El Velero. Günstige Menüs.

Inte värt pengarna - försämrats.

Det är andra gången vi bor här under en längre tid. Tyvärr har boendets standard försämrats. Vår första bungalow var vi tvungna att flytta ifrån på grund av massvis av kackerlackor. Den andra var det mindre kackerlackor i. Städningen var nästan obefintlig. Den första bungalowen vi bodde i var väldigt sliten med mycket sprickor, slitna möbler med mera. Lakan byttes väldigt sällan.
Det positiva med boendet är poolområdet med varm pool.

Gutes Preis Leistungsverhältnis

Lage etwa 10-15min zu Fuss bis an Strand. Zimmer/Häuser eher etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Gratis bedeckter Parkplatz vor der Hotelanlage. Die Betten waren für mich unbequem.
Personsal sehr nett und hilfsbereit.
Für Romantikurlaub für Paare eher weniger geeignet.
Für Familien wahrscheinlich gut!

Trevligt med fina och rymliga bungalows med tillhörande liten uteplats och trädgård. Personalen var mestadels trevlig. Härlig pool, dock ett minus att solstolarna inte räckte till alla gäster och nästan alltid var paxade tidigt på morgonen. Ett annat minus var att det saknades eluttag vid sängen och inte gick att tända utebelysningen. Men på det stora hela ett väldigt bra och prisvärt boende.

Hyvä hinta-laatusuhde. Rauhallinen paikka hyvällä sijainnilla. Autolle sai ilmaisen parkkipaikan ihan vierestä. Hyvin hoidettu allas ja piha-alue. Ainoa miinus siitä, että kylppärissä oli pieniä muurahaisia.

Perfect! Uniek is de rust op dit park in deze drukke toeristenplaats. Heel groot zwembad aanwezig ten opzichte van het aantal aanwezige gasten op het park. Dus voldoende ligbedden beschikbaar. Alles is laagbouw waardoor het zeer vriendelijk overkomt. Het zijn royale huisjes en er is een zeer goede schoonmaakservice. Erg positief!

Asiallinen, miellyttävä respa.
Bungalow on tilava mutta huoneistossa oli tullessamme todella jääkaappitunnelma. Kylmät kivipinnat vielä lisäsivät efektiä. Onneksi huoneistossa on kaksi ilmalämpöpumppua joten huonelämpötila saatiin jatkossa kuntoon. Tarvittaessa nämä tietysti myös viilentävät.
Kalusteet bungalowissamme olivat melko kuluneita. Kylppäri ja suihkuhuone oli hyvä, reilun kokoisia sekä valoisia, vain wc istuimesta pide puuttui. Vessapaperit kehotetaan laittamaan pytyn sijasta roskikseen. Pyyhkeet vaihdettiin lähes päivittäin, lakanat kahdesti viikossa.
Bungalovialue on hoidettu ja siinä on laaja uima-allasalue, hyviä aurinkotuoleja tarjolla runsaasti. Todella keskeinen sijainti ja siihen nähden ihmeen rauhallinen miljöö ilman kovaia meluhaittoja.
Hotellin ravintola on pieni, toisaalta ravintolatarjontaa on lähistöllä runsaasti.

Grundsätzlich ist die Anlage wirklich schön. Kleine Alterserschinungen wie defekte Schalterdosen (Terrasse und innen), Schimmel im Bad, recht harte Betten, die wackelig stehen und andere Kleinigkeiten könnte man sicherlich leicht und kostengünstig beheben. Aber das ist schon Meckern auf hohem Niveau :-) Am Ende hat uns das nicht gestört. Wir würden sofort wieder dort Urlaub machen, da alles Andere auf jeden Fall passt und auch das Personal sehr freundlich ist.

Jättemysigt!

Jättemysigt område! Vid poolområdet finns gräsmatta och palmer. Tre tennisbanor och en stor fin minigolfbana finns på området. Mysigt inredda bungalows med bord, stolar och solsängar på uteplatsen, ganska enkel men funktionell köksutrustning. Det enda negativa är att sängarna var lite hårda, och att det inte var städning varje dag, annars var allt jättebra! Bra läge, stranden ligger knappt tio minuters promenad bort, mataffär och butiker ligger nära, busshållplats finns precis utanför området och gratis parkering finns.

Rena rymliga bungalows med bra läge

Perfekt boende för familj med tre barn. Rymliga fina bungalows. Fint område, det går att spela minigolf och tennis. Poolen är fräsch, men lite väl kallt i vattnet. Personalen är mycket trevliga. Sängarna i vår bungalow var i dåligt skick, vingliga. Madrasserna dock helt ok. Nya tv i båda sovrummen. Mikron var antik, jättegammal! Bra med egna utemöbler och solstolar. 5 min promenad till Dino Supermarket och till strandpromenaden.
