I had a really good experience staying at Hotel MUR Buenos Aires in Playa del Inglés. The location is perfect — right next to the Yumbo Centre, close to shops, restaurants, and just a short walk to the beach. The apartment was very clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with everything I needed.

The staff were all very friendly and helpful, always ready to assist with a smile. The pool area was lovely and relaxing, with plenty of space to enjoy the sun. Overall, it’s excellent value for money and ideal for anyone looking for a comfortable, convenient stay in a great area. I would definitely stay here again!

Standard apartment a little tired and In need of minor renovation ( several cracked floor tiles that move ) but a perfectly comfy and well appointed apartment and kitchen. Air conditioning at an additional cost .
It was The 50th anniversary of Carnival and the noise from the celebrations and music till 4am for 3 nights made it impossible to sleep - THIS IS NOT THE HOTELS FAULT but due to the proximity to the Yumbo center it’s impossible to avoid. The day after the carnival finished silenced ensued and a good nights sleep followed. I would avoid anywhere in the area during Carnival

A very central complex if you are hoping to frequent the Yumbo Centre during your stay, it is just next door. Local buses stop just a two minute walk, the complex is clean with a large pool and whirl pool. The poolside bar is pricey but the staff were friendly. Apartments themselves are quite small, but the kitchens were well equipped. Free wi-fi, clean, comfortable rooms, all have pool views. Enjoyable stay.

Have stayed here many times over many years. Staff are always super friendly, polite and professional. I have noticed however some small things over the years that are slipping like the cleaning standard of bathrooms, water pressure in shower, road noise increasing (heard in rooms) and so on. For. Budget hotel it cannot be beaten. But just expect some compromises.

Very clean, All staff were very helpful and courteous. Arrived before 2pm and room was available,Safe was not working properly and the Man on reception was straight on to the company who came to fix it within thirty minutes.

The electric sockets in kitchen and bathroom were loose. Although the policy was not to reserve sunbed we watched at 8am as approximately forty guests rushed out the doors and reserved them some did not seem to use them for ages.They were all nationalities!

Have stayed at the Buenos Aires on a number of occasions over the past years. The staff are always friendly and pleased to see you. The apartments are spacious, clean and have all the facilities needed to make a perfect stay. Free WiFi is also available which is a real bonus. The pool and bar area is kept very clean and tidy and there is no shortage of sunbed a available. Food and drinks in both the bar and restaurant are good value for money and there is ample to choose from. Would not hesitate in recommending this place to anyone.

Lost count on how many times we have stayed here but will defenenly will be staying again.
This place is clean friendly and location for us the best.
Just one thing that has been a problem for a while is the wifi connection drops off mainly in the rooms. It looks like it's working but it's either slow or stopped.

Can not falt the staff but the people who were staying were noise didn't have any respect for other gusts. And the old Queens who thought they were about 18 just keep cruising you even though your with your partner and you politely tell them to go away but they don't get the message and till you tell them f... off there was so many complaints about the noise we had enough and booked into another hotel im not a snob but the most of the guests took the pi.s but if that's your thing have a nice time never again

A good stay at this hotel is ruined by inconsiderate European guests who insist like acting like an invading army at spot on 8am every morning, the sounds of scrapping parasols being dragged and clattering sunbeds being set up by lots of the army armed with their towels, at least 50 0f them every morning, hotel management should refuse access to the pool area till at least 9am

It's a great hotel. Excellent location, really friendly staff and has extras such as a toaster and a kettle you don't always get. Rooms are spotless, and cleaned regularly. Really nice pool, and sunbathing area. Very central location, and all rooms face the pool. Only downsides are the lack of air con which can be needed when temperatures get a bit too warm (although you can hire a fan from reception) and the wifi which loses signal frequently. Excellent hotel for the price

No aircon made it really difficult to sleep at night and the beds were pretty hard.

The location was amazing if you want to go to Yumbo at night. It's a good comfortable walk to the beach too.

If you want to spend more time at the beach you might want something closer to the beach, but if Yumbo is more important to you stay here. It's a great location.

Just shame no aircon.
The toilet was constantly bringing stuff in from other rooms. Quite disgusting but a flush cleared it. Still shows the plumbing is not up to capacity of the size of the hotel.

The pool is a bit small for the size of the hotel too but I preferred the walk to the beach.

Fantastic hotel if you will be visiting Yumbo each night as can't get closer. I didn't hear any noise from the Yumbo more from the guests getting in early hours however being one of them I didn't mind. Very cheap and cheerful with a nice pool and everything you need for a self catering room. Only down side was there is no air con and wifi only works on the balcony. Apart from that great location.

All clean and well maintained.Value for Money: I knew when I chose the dates to go it was going to be very busy and hotels will be very expensive as it is one of the busiest times in Playa Del Ingles with thousands of people visiting in that short period. Buenos Aires Hotel of Mur Hotels Group is one hotel I would strongly recommend if you are going on holiday to Gran Canarias and staying in Playa Del Ingles. I personally rate it as one of the best if not the best.Overall I rate this hotel a strong 5 out of 5.

A bit expensive for a 2 star, however it was lovely and clean. The service was great, staff very pleasant and helpful. Usual suspects of guests putting towels on sunbeds at 8am, despite a sign saying it was not allowed.
No air conditioning which was not a problem as the weather was not too hot.However, in the height of summer, it would not be so good. Convinient location with quiet a few shopping centres close by.

Noisy hotel...Close to the noise.

Hated staying in this hotel every day of my 1 week stay. Although clean and tidy enough there is absolutely nothing to do other than sit beside the pool. Outside pool bar, don't even bother trying to get a drink there, you won't find anyone serving, they will be out back somewhere yapping. indoor bar, you can have a game of pool and a drink. Oh no you can't, the bar staff are playing pool so you can't do either. Hotel is located right on a busy noisy main road. Sleeping is not an option without the aide of earplugs or alcohol. The noise from the traffic and the surroundings is unbearable at night, oh and the walls are paper thin so you can hear your neighbors and they can hear you.

Handy location for Yumbo centre

Great location for access to Yumbo Centre (borders on to one side of the centre). Looks like the apartments have been renovated fairly recently and rooms were clean and there was a new sofa unit. Staff at reception were very polite and helpful. I stayed in room 202 which is located above a Casino. Music was played form the Casino from about 8pm and this might be disturbing for some people (don't know what tine it ended as I was out every night). Didn't use the restaurant so can't comment on that. Pool was good.

Basically the location is stunning if you are interested in the night life of the Yumbo Centre, you could climb over the wall and your there! The pool area and public spaces are good, the appartments are small, but clean. Not suitable for more than 2 sharing. The beds however are not comfortable, so slept on sofa bed. Front desk staff unhelpful. But if you want that location by night, and to lie by a pool by day, this is for you. Playa de Ingles is not a centre of culture, but for \"Fun\".

This is the first time we have stayed at Hotel Buenos Aires and we were very impressed with our room and the conveniences offered. As we are residents in the north of the island, and have animals at home, we can only stay away for one night, and appreciate this hotel's 'short-stay' offer. We will definitely stay here again and have already recommended this hotel to friends.

Buenos Aires - Simply Perfect!!

Well, this must of been my 7th visit to this hotel! And any future trips to Gran Canaria will always be my 1st choice of hotel. The hotel is so ideally located for the Yumbo centre, it could not be any closer if it tried.

The hotel backs on to the main Yumbo Car park, and is literally 30 seconds walk to the main entrance.

For a 2 star hotel, each room comes with a full kitchen, hob, kettle, microwave, fridge etc! The rooms are clean, modern and each room has an LCD tv (FREE!!!) and also inter room telephones.

The bedroom has two single beds, and there is a double sofabed in the lounge. It's a full pull out sofabed which is ideal!

The pool and surroundings are always in perfect condition and it's always clean! There is also a jacuzi in the middle of the pool for chilling out in the mid afternoon sun.

I've only ever had lunch time snacks at the hotel, but the quality has always been top notch.

Personally you could not ask for anything more from a 2 star hotel, and I would recommend this place to anyone!

Veldig hyggelig personale, alle er blide og vennlige. Rask og enkel innsjekk. Rommene er ganske slitt, bærer preg av å være noen år gamle. Noe er malt, men fortsatt ganske slitt. Praktisk kjøkken med alt du trenger for enkel matlaging. Sittemøbler er relativt nye og gode, men senga er ikke god. Bassengområdet er stort og det er mange solsenger der. God atmosfære. Mange supermarkeder i nærheten, og barer og restauranter er det masse av i umiddelbar nærhet. Beliggenheten er god om du er glad i natteliv. Helt greit budsjett-hotell.

Good location and close to shopping and public transportation. Nice pool area with a restaurant and bar.

The apartment was kept clean by housekeeping almost every day. I had a superior apartment. It looked like the only difference from a regular apartment was aircondition included. The aircondition did not work the first night, and the receptionist couldn’t fix that in the night.

I was promised a compensation for the first night without aircondition, but did not get any when I checked out. A bit strange, since the receptionist made such a big deal about the compensation.

All in all it was a nice place. Clean and well kept apartment hotel.

Erittäin siisti ja mukava hotelli. Vaikka hotelli on vanha on sitä remontoitu ja kaikki hyvässä kunnossa. Huoneet olivat sopivan kokoiset ja siistissä kunnossa. Sijainti on mitä parhain Jumbo-ostoskeskuksen vieressä. Lentokenttäbussi kulkee vierestä. Aamiaista emme testanneet. Ainoa miinus oli että huoneemme oli pullontyhjennyslaatikoiden vieressä ja viereinen hotelli tyhjensi pullonsa puolen yön maissa siihen. Ja roska-/pulloauto tyhjentää laatikot aamuyöstä.

L’hotel est très bien placé à côté du Yumbo center sans en subir les désagréments du bruit.
Le logement est de taille correcte pour 2, un peu vieillot, et avec des traces d’usures.
Literie correcte (même si nous regrettons la formule 2 lits simples).
Ménage et vaisselle faits tous les jours.
Le petit déjeuner est très bien mais le repas du soir est déprimant ! Quelques choix de plats sans grande diversité autour d’un espace vite saturé si 5 personnes essayent de s’y servir en même temps. Nous apprécions nous habiller un minimum pour le repas du soir…nous étions les seuls.
L’hotel est principalement occupé par des personnes âgées qui squattent les transats dès le matin. L’ambiance est donc proche de celle d’un ehpad. Le bar exterieur est totalement inutilisé et celui de l’interieur est fermé.

Rum 101 är det sämsta rummet på hotellet, längst ner brevid hotellets aircondition, dåligt med sol på balkongen och ovanför Casinot så det är alltid något ljud.

Vi har haft en fuldstændig fantastisk ferie. Det er en skøn pool, ville dog ønske at folk ikke reserverede stole med håndklæder, det er SÅ irriterende.

Mukava viihtyisä turvallinen, allasalue ahdas ja tuolit vieri vieressä muutoin viihtyisä. Tietty huoneet ollut jo samanlaisia 20 vuotta ehkä pieni kasvojen kohotus tekisi terää :)

Reilu pariviikkoa tuli vietettyä MUR Aparthotel Buenos Airesissa. Siisti aikuisten hotelli, johon on 18 vuoden alaikäraja, tosin nyt siitä oli muutaman henilön osalta lipsuttu pari lasta ja muutama nuori, teini-ikäinen oli jostain syytä päässyt ujuttautumaan hotelliin.

Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Schöne Poolanlage. Die Lage ist gut - gleich neben dem Shoppingcenter Yumbo und nicht weit vom Strand.

Wir hatten das Pech, dass unser Zimmer direkt über dem Casino war und direkt an einer viel befahrenen Kreuzung. Daher war es bis lange in die Nacht sehr laut.

Sentral beliggenhet, midt i sentrum. Kort vei til Yumbo senter. Fin hage og bassengområde, det eneste som var negativt var at det var veldig tett mellom solsengene.

La experiencia fue muy buena, la piscina asi como el jacuzzi, están muy bien. Recomendado si buscas relajarte y pasar unas vacaciones tranquilas. Además todos lo empleados fueron muy amables y agradables. Todo estaba limpio.

Frábært hótel mjög miðsvæðis.

Við vorum þarna í 5 nætur og get ég alveg klárlega mælt með þessu hóteli. Alltaf allt mjög þrifalegt og starfsfólkið var alltaf með bros á vör og tilbúið að aðstoða ef eitthvað var. Allur aðbúnaður á herberjum góður en hefði verið til í loftræstingu en hún er að mér skilst að koma. Rúmin voru mjög góð og frábærir koddar. Kem klárlega til með að gista þarna aftur í næstu ferð.

We were there for 5 nights and I can definitely recommend this hotel. Everything was always very clean and the staff was always smiling and ready to assist if anything needed. All the facilities in the rooms are good but I miss aircontition but it is my understanding that it will come soon. The beds were very good and great pillows. Will definitely stay there again on my next trip. This hotel is locaded very central.

+ Centralt beläget nära Jumbo. Dock en liten promenad till stranden. Lugnt och tryggt hotell som har receptionen öppen dygnet runt. Trevlig personal. Alla balkonger har utsikt mot det trevliga poolområdet. Sköna sängar. Svensk TV kanal. Frukost och middag tillgänglig om man inte vill laga till själv. Enkel köksutrustning. Saknar bl a vinglas.

- Rusning att boka solsängar tidigt på morgonen trots att de inte nyttjas förrän senare. Borde förbjudas. Lite bättre rengöring av solstolar och bord vid poolen. Känns inte fräscha. Förnyelse av parasoller behövs. Gamla och slitna.
