Met people from all over the world.
Great show.
I loved the roof top for sunbathing.
Grocery ,park, convenience store,church, restaurants are very close. I felt safe everywhere in this area too. I recommened.
There is also a restaurant and it is very good ans the employes are lovely.

La ubicacion es muy buena y segura, puedes llegar y salir a casi todos lados desde la zona. Es un hotel que yo elegi por que sali a concer muchos lados y solo lo queria para descansar y dormir. Constanteme se tapaba mi lavabo y se tardaba en ir el agua.

Hay muchas mejoras que son faciles de realizar y que creo que dejan una mala impresion. Hay jaladeras de cajones flojas, las cortinas de los baños estan fuera de la regadera y se moja el piso del baño, lamparas con focos caidos que deslumbran.

El precio es bueno y era justo lo.que necesitaba.

Good value, easy transport

Great hotel stay in downtown Cancun. Really short walk to the bus stop, so transfer from the airport was easy on the ADO bus, as well the local buses to the beaches nearby. Good value - all we needed for a night.

Beware! I booked the king room which was shown to have ample space with a small sitting area and a large jetted tub. After making me wait for 3 hours to check in (I realize I was early so I understand this is more my fault than theirs, but most hotels at least try to get you into a room) they gave me my key, remotes for the tv and the a.c. And a piece of paper that said that they didn’t turn on the hot water until after 7pm, they sent me to a basic room with none of the amenities shown. I went back downstairs to try and fix the situation, only to be met with an employee who explained that the pictures on Expedia are wrong and they would not move me to the room pictured or provide a refund. I just called a taxi and had them take me to a better hotel. Tl;dr you don’t get what you pay for, the area is a little sketch, they don’t let you have hot water until after 7, the employees dgaf. Go elsewhere, trust me.

Overall great stay if you just need a clean quick place to stay and to be close to the bus station. Was a little noisy from traffic but better than being stuck beside a night club thumping all night. Would recommend for someone passing through.

Convenient choice for the ADO bus station

My husband, our 8-month-old baby, and I stayed here for one night during our travels. We arrived late in the evening and left early the next morning, so our experience was brief but sufficient for our needs.

The staff were polite and efficient, making check-in straightforward despite our late arrival. The hotel was clean, and the room provided everything we needed for a short stay. While nothing stood out as exceptional, it was perfectly adequate and met our expectations.

The location is very central, just a few minutes’ walk from the ADO bus terminal, which was the main reason we chose this hotel. This convenience made it easy to catch an early bus the next morning.

Overall, this hotel is a practical choice if you're looking for a clean and convenient place to stay for a short time in Cancun.

Es un hotel limpio y barato le falta mucho mantenimiento me quede una noche soy local solo que para pasar el 15 de septiembre y no regresar a mi casa. No me gusto que la secadora estaba muy viejita sucia y llena de moho no la pude usar

The location of this hotel is perfect and easy to find. Everything is walking distance and was able to get Uber to pick us up and drop off perfectly fine. Only thing I did not like was that they only gave us 2 towels per day (would have to keep going to the front desk to ask for more). Also the lighting is not the best in the bathroom (girls doing their makeup). And lastly, I loved how they could clean/organize the room daily but it seemed as if they didn’t change the sheets nor clean the beds good, as to all the sand would still be there. Other then that, everything else was good. Would recommend staying here again if cleaning got better.

Maybe pamplets of things to do. Room & hotel seemed super clean but there were no toiletries. They gave you the wifi password right away. They provide remotes for tv & ac so you must return them upon checking out. Pool was too dirty or at least it seemed b.c the water wasn't too cloudy. Girl at the reception was super nice & helpful. If you want ice, you must get it from the restaurant for a charge. There is no fridge & no microwave but overall for the price it was a good deal.

Segundo No estoy muy contento con la atención ni e l servicio, mi regadera estaba tapada y no me podía duchar correctamente, cada vez que lo hacía el agua se desbordaba y llegaba hasta la segunda cama el piso se la habitación siempre se encontraba mojado! La verdad nunca me cambiaron de habitación y nunca sentí que le hayan dado la importancia suficiente a mi problema! Me sentí muy frustrado!

The property is in the city, it is quiet but sketchy. Pool area very small (7-10 people). Nice restaurant, friendly and helpful, some English speakers, parking is on the street first come, and this hotel gives Hostel vibes. No refrigerator, no microwave, very minimal items to include 1 small table with a broken chair.

The location is excellent.

Didn't like the bathrooms because the drainage is very old and sometimes gives some bad smells. Also, the floor of the shower is not very appropriate and is a little slippery and the light is too opaque. Needs lighter bathroom so ladies can work on their makeup.

Hotel Plaza Kokai is clean, functional but sparse. Perfect is you are not planning on staying in the hotel all day long.

The only issue I had was that the hot water for showers tendered to run a bit lukewarm for my tastes and the street noise could get loud at times.

The staff were all very nice and professional. The air conditioning unit worked perfectly and helped with the humidity.

The receptionist was not welcoming, like indifferent to us upon our arrival.
Would not recommend to anyone to stay in this hotel.

No airport shuttle, nice pool.

No hotel airport shuttle.
We rang the hotel from the airport and were told to hire a taxi, and get a receipt for reimbursement from the manager.
It was $90 USD, plus a $10 tip.
The manager denied the phone call and refused to reimburse anything.
The room had a noisy air conditioner.
The pool is lovely.
The waiter spoke no English and the menu was in Mexican - but we worked it out.
The drinks were good.

Good location, walking distance to ADO Bus and restaurants, tour companies. Reserved a Junior Suite in front of the hotel. The room they gave me was at the back site of the hotel. I am told they do not have Junior Suite in the front side. Inside the room was perfect but the location of the room...

Great place to get away for a weekend

This last minute get away was topped off with a stay at this beautiful hotel. The first floor pool is very private and so enjoyable. The room was huge. The bed wa a comfortable and the towels were very nice. Highly recommend for a nice romantic stay.
