The staff were lovely and very welcoming most notably Jamie. He made me feel welcome & safe. I had issues with some guests as they made me feel uncomfortable. They were blatantly racist and ignorant towards me staring and making inappropriate and rude comments to me which made the start of my stay very uncomfortable and scary as I travelled on my own, was one of the only black person in the hotel & female. Luckily, I was able speak with reception (Jamie) and he apologised on behalf of their ignorant guests, reassured me that this was not a reflection of the establishment or the country. Jamie then helped me to plan the rest of my holiday ensuring that I enjoyed myself and had the support I needed. The room was very simple, the aircon did not work very well and had no remote control. There were also no settings on the dial so, not able to see if the temperatures.The shower was great, the water pressure and heat was perfect. I wish there were more amenities in the room and as it was pretty basic but, it did the job. The food at the restaurant was lovely, I was always able to find something to eat. There were some flies in certain areas of the restaurant which was off putting but I avoided those tables. The bar served a lovely range of drinks. If you are a woman of colour please do be wary and think twice about staying here as you may receive the same treatment from the guests of this hotel as I did, but rest assured the staff will help if you encounter these ignorant guests.

The hotel was spotlessly clean and all staff were friendly. The rooms were comfortable and large but the water pressure for showering needed attention as the volume wasn't good and the temperature didn't stay constant. We reported this to reception but it didn't improve so I guess it wasn't fixable. We were on the first floor.
We had a lovely, relaxing holiday and there were always lots of loungers/parasols by the pools - one of which was heated.

The hotel is spotless, the staff are so helpful the rooms are spacious & modernly decorated.
We stayed over Christmas arriving on Christmas Eve and it was over and above what we expected. The Christmas Day gala was an a la carte experience that you would have expected to pay a lot of money for at a top restaurant. This was inclusive of the all inclusive board we had paid for.
Would highly recommend this hotel to all adult only trips.

Beware!! Room cleaning staff stole my expensive running trainers from my room.

Also, despite me and my friend booking our own room, we were provided with two rooms with an interconnecting panel which allows you to basically be in the same room as each other. We could hear each other fart, sniff, burp, everything. We had to be moved the next day, why even that is an option I do not know. We are fully grown men, we don’t need to hear what each other are doing and we certainly don’t need to be next door to each other. A little discretion and privacy please!!

Internet was great, no drops in service. Room always tidy, beds made every day and fresh towels. Also pool towels in the room so very handy as you don’t need to bring any. Staff were very attentive and all were very nice, especially Cleopatra who was a wealth of knowledge and an absolute star!

The room was spotless, spacious, and beautifully decorated, with modern amenities and a very comfortable bed. I especially appreciated the little touches, like complimentary bottled water, quality toiletries, and a balcony with a lovely view. Housekeeping did a fantastic job every day, keeping everything fresh and tidy.

The location was perfect close to the centre, and great restaurants, yet still quiet enough to relax. The hotel also offered easy access to public transport, which made exploring the area effortless.

What really stood out was the atmosphere: warm, elegant, and genuinely inviting. It felt like more than just a place to stay; it felt like a home away from home.

The hotel staff were friendly and helpful, the rooms were nice and clean, we arrived after the restaurant had closed and we were left a box containing sandwiches, yogurt, biscuits and fruit, which was a nice touch. The pool area was nice, never had to worry about getting up early for a sun bed as there was always plenty available.

Well connected transport wise to get to the beach and Las Palmas - lots within walking distance.
Would have liked to have free water/hot drinks available beyond breakfast(half board). One of the 3 lifts was out of use for the full 10 days we were there which meant people were waiting much of the time. No ironing facilities.
The main hotel areas have no air conditioning which means that bedrooms are the only cooler areas after hot days outside.
Otherwise, a very nice stay with very helpful staff.

Great hotel, stayed at both princesses in maspalomas and although this one may not be as flashy, the location is better. Area around the pool could do with a little layout adjustment, can get a bit busy and faffy to get a good place with an umbrella, same goes for the outdoor stage, needs a bit of love. All in all though the hotel and trip has been amazing ! 100% recommend.

Me and my friend loved this hotel. Lots of food options, cocktails, soft drinks, wine, beer all available (someone previously said cocktails are not free - the ones on tap are free). Plenty of sun loungers even when it’s busy by the pool. Evening entertainment was mostly good! Friendly staff at reception. Easy to get around with the hotel bus stop. All in all really really good quality, especially for what we paid for, it seems like a steal!

Hotel is very average, room nice enough.. bathroom kind of in need of a refresh... Cockroackes coming through cracks. Tiles at the bottom of the shower didn't meet the shower tray, I slipped and caught my toes underneath and cut a number of them... My husband visited reception as I was bleeding and was given one tiny plaster, he went back and was given another tiny plaster... So he had to visit a shop down the street while I was sat bleeding... Hotel staff were not interested. Drink choice was limited and food selection was poor and not really nice

The property has a spacious feel to it, from the outside spaces to the internal communal areas and individual rooms. All areas were clean and well maintained. The staff were professional, welcoming and friendly and a lovely bonus was on my birthday after being out for the day we returned to a surprise bottle of \"bubbly\" in our room! Our room was very large with an exceptionally large bed together with a seating area. It also had a large balcony with a lovely sea view.
If anything, they could improve on providing consistent information: the TV screens said one thing but a receptionist said another. And, along with another couple who reported the same issue, the shower head would not stay upright in its bracket while having a shower.
Overall, the property offers very good value for money and a very pleasant and comfortable stay.

Clean, modern hotel with a nice pool area and very friendly staff. I had the all-inclusive plan and there were a nice variety of drinks included, but not every menu item was included. There was a nice variety of food in the buffet and the cooking stations provided fresh options. The snack bar did not have many choices in the AI plan, mostly toasted sandwiches. Lovely pool area with plenty of available chairs and umbrellas. I enjoyed the hotel and it’s close proximity to the beach, but did not care for the feel of Playa Del Ingles.

It was my birthday we booked away for a couple of days. Really liked the hotel very surprised - would book another break at this hotel. I do feel the hotel could have celebrated my birthday.

Location of hotel was very good. I do think more information is needed for quests around all inclusive. Bars are confusing about why to order & there can be a language barrier. Hotel had loads of seating areas which was fantastic. I would have liked the balcony doors to have a lock they didn't also missed the door eye on door. Very quiet hotel which was enjoyable. Food was really good and service very good. Selection was very good.

Food was very goid and plenty of choice, drinks were good, rum was only cheaper one, not Arehucas which is produced on the Island so a mark down for that and in the main entertainment bar, you have to put your own mixer in.. pool area always busy and overall it was worth the money u paid for all inclusive. We had a great stay at the Gran Canaria Princess resort hotel. Defintely do the all inclusive - the food put out was different everyday and was often themed (mexican, asian etc) with plenty of other choices- the drinks included in the all inclusive were pretty good - beer, wine, prosecco, sangria all on tap or readily available to order as well as all the spirits and mixers. Apparently the all inclusive plus options gets you better top shelf spirits and drinks but the drinks poured in our all inclusive regular option certainly hit the spot - the free pour is unreal (hardly room for the mixer) - there were bars by the pool side and we were nicely buzzed by the pool at all times!! We made use of the entertainment (archery, games etc) and shows at night! was a lot of fun. The cleanliness of the hotel was pretty good (apart from a little mould in the shower) - cleaning staff were very friendly and cheerful - in fact all hotel staff were amazing!! Recommend a stay here for sure!! We will be back

Zdecydowanie polecam pobyt w tym hotelu! Jedzenie było bardzo smaczne i urozmaicone – każdy znajdzie coś dla siebie, a dania były codziennie świeże i różnorodne. W hotelu panowała nienaganna czystość, a wszystkie pomieszczenia były utrzymane w idealnym porządku. Bardzo doceniam także przestronność obiektu – dużo miejsca zarówno w środku, jak i na zewnątrz, co sprawia, że można cieszyć się spokojem i relaksem. Obsługa była niezwykle miła i pomocna, zawsze gotowa do pomocy w każdej sytuacji. Szczególnie doceniam możliwość skorzystania z prysznica po wymeldowaniu – to świetne udogodnienie, które znacznie ułatwia ostatni dzień pobytu jeśli masz wieczorny lot. Na pewno wrócę przy okazji kolejnego wyjazdu!

The Gran Canaria Princess Hotel has spacious facilities to allow guest be comfortable during the stay. The buffet has a great food variety and the rooms are very comfortable.
I would like to highlight the friendly staff, they make you feel at home.
As a feedback the wellness center doesn’t have enough equipment in comparison with the other areas.

Can’t say I’ll stay in another Princess hotel.

Hotel is definitely a 3 star not 4. It needs renovations done, the food was really below average and I struggled with the repetitiveness of the all inclusive rotation. Hot tubs were freezing, cleanliness of rooms need reviewing and my room you could not lock from the inside. Reception staff were great, dining staff not so much.

Just spent a week at the Gran Canaria Princess. We were really happy with this professionally run hotel. From the first moment a welcoming and professional reception staff, to the restaurant and bar staff who were very attentive and the housekeepers who made up our room every day.

We were all inclusive and found the range of food and drink on offer to be excellent. We are not fussy people who insist on drinking certain brands but were aware we can pay for them at the bar, or simply go all inclusive plus, we stayed All Inc.

The hotel was clean throughout, the quiet bar area had a very good feel to it and we enjoyed relaxing here in the evenings.

The pool patio area is quite large.

The dress code is explicit but isn’t implemented at the restaurant in the evenings. Many a time we saw people in pool wear eating in the evening.

We saw a young group who brought their friends in that were not staying in this hotel most days who not only had drinks from the all inclusive self service, but also attended meals that they clearly hadn't paid for.

Its a very nice Hotel, clean and beautiful outside the pool area, but the pool water was very cold ,that slmost no body was in ever. People are so crazy to get the best spot around the pool, in order to tan that some are so greedy and selfish, that are reserving the long chairs very early in the mornings. The food was plenty and good,the personel people working very fast and hart to please us👏👏👏🙏🙏🙏
I wish they could make some better desserts.

Not a really all inclusive package, they will served you cake , tea and coffee for all day snack.

Loved everything about this hotel. The rooms were spotless, as was the rest of the hotel. Staff were friendly. Food was varied and plentiful and the waiting staff were so attentive. Bus stop right outside the hotel with regular buses to Maspalomas and Mogan. Loads of bars and restaurants around the area. All inclusive drinks were of good enough quality that we never paid for any others. Would definitely recommend.
