Absolutely fantastic stay. The hotel is beautiful and very tropical. It is not modern but it is very clean and has a lot of charm. It is close to everything you will need. The staff are amazing, nice, and very helpful.

Great location, rooms are traditional, dated but spacious. Bathrooms facilities needs updating. Food buffet was great if you enjoy quantity over quality. Breakfast buffet is best. Gardens around the pool are lovely. I recommend a room with sea view to fully enjoy this hotel. Personnally i think it's overpriced for what you get overhall, it is much nicer to be in hotels by the main area (Faro)

Hotel Parque Tropical was a visually stunning hotel. The staff was more than accomodating. I thoroughly enjoyed the breakfast and dinner buffet. I am terrified of cats and there were cats on the property, I didn't think i would enjoy being there because of my fear of cats, but I must say that the cats did not bother anyone and I enjoyed myself. I recommend this property for anyone wishing to travel to Gran Canaria, Canary Island. The room was large and extremely clean. The view from my room was spectacular because it was the view of the ocean. Each room has a balcony which I loved.

Very pleasant 4 night stay. Clean, nice grounds, pleasant and helpful staff, food was good and with pmenty of choices (we purchased half board). Location can't be beat. Hotel sits right at the beautiful boardwalk, which goes for kilometers in both directions, and the beach is right there on the other side. We arrived in a rental car and found it to be very difficult to find parking, so much so that once we found a space a 1/2 kilometer away, we left the car there for the stay. Consider the bus or other options. The bus system in the area is inexpensive and efficient.

Beautifull tropical garden hotel

The hotel is very welcoming, warm and lovely. The gardens are very tranquil , beautifull and relaxing. The staff are very helpfully and very curteous. Staff at every stage from reception to the dinning stage look after you. The rooms are simply great with great view, luckily we had views both of the sea and mountains with a balcony. The location is right on the seafront with all restaurants, superstores , all facilities nearby. The hotel lites up to a magical beautifull gardens with live entertaining music.
We felt very welcomed and were looked after very dearly. The breakfast and dinner buffet were simply great with different varieties daily.
We would recommend this hotel as it’s a very pleasant stay. Hotel is very clean and full of lovely staff.

A very enjoyable stay

This is a very well run hotel. When we arrived we were allocated room 310 with two single beds (we had requested a double). The room overlooked the road, which could be noisy. We were told upon check in that we could move to a terrace room the following day, and we took this option. We were so glad we did, this room 118, was on the ground floor just near the pool, and had a terrace where we could catch the evening sunshine. A far superior room than 310, with a massive double bed and super power shower. It also afforded easy access to the exit to the promenade.
We had also taken the half board option, as the add on was cheap. They run three sittings, 6pm to 7, 7 to 8 and 8 to 9. We took the 8 to 9pm option, which appeared to be the least popular, but was great for us as it meant there was no rush to get ready in the evening. The food was great, with a varied theme each night. Overall the staff here are very friendly (reception were a efficient but not a little grumpy). The evening show is OK if a little short. Drinks prices are competitive with outside the hotel. It is worth taking a jumper or jacket in early March as can get quite cool in the evenings with a moderate breeze.
The hotel rooms and grounds are kept very clean. The grounds are very pleasant with plants from different places around the world.
Overall we would stay again, but are not in the habit of going back to the same hotel / resort twice.

Lovely hotel with beautiful gardens and pool area. Very comfortable outdoor furniture throughout the hotel and on indivudual balconies. Very good restaurant and choice of food. The staff were very hgelpful Bd professional. I would definately return.

Great hotel at a reasonable price

A lovely hotel, at a very reasonable price. Staff were very knowledgeable and fluent in multiple languages. A great restaurant serving excellent breakfast and dinner buffets, and a great pool.

Only downsides were the room we reserved was for 2 singles and 1 sofa bed, but we arrived to 1 double bed and 1 sofa bed. Not the end of the world, and to the credit of the staff, they did say we could move to another room if we came to reception after breakfast the next morning, but considering we were three friends on a weekend away, we couldn't quite muster the energy to get up at 10am to move rooms.

My main qualm was with the sunbeds at the pool. It was almost impossible to find a bed after 11am, they all had towels on yet only about half of the people were actually in or around the pool. There was a group of six beds that I didn't see used once for over 3 hours, yet towels were there keeping them on hold. My advice would be to at least have a sign telling guests that beds not to reserve or put beds on hold, or ideally to have a member on staff on duty around the pool.

But otherwise we really enjoyed our stay, and would definitely consider coming back here should I return to that part of the island.

Excellent Hotel with Tropical Garden

My family stayed for five nights (In Feb). I am pleased that we chose this Hotel to stay. Hotel is very close to beach and my kids enjoyed the Tropical Garden. The hotel setting was beautiful and the food was delicious.

Arrived 6th Feb and the hotel was full. We were allocated a room at the front of the hotel overlooking a road, however the reception staff said this would be for one night if we wanted to move to a room overlooking the pool and gardens. Which we did. The rooms were large and decorated in a pleasing traditional style. The dining room cannot hold everyone at once hence you have to chose a sitting. there were three, 6,7 and 8. Any entertainers play in the one bar the hotel has which is outside around the pool. The entertainment was of a very high standard. Because it is outside and February, it did get quite cold on some occasions. Bar prices were very competitive compared with nearby establishments. to sum up we spent a fabulous two weeks in mostly strong sunshine in a fabulous hotel with great staff and used the buses to go to other resorts on the island. Highly recommended.

An Oasis within the concrete of Maspolomas

We stayed for five nights having stopped for four nights in the mountains and were extremely pleased that we chose this Hotel. The staff, gardens, food, facilities, entertainment and above all prices are all of are really good standard and we would definitely return.
We are not big fans of buffets for Dinner but the quality, variety, presentation and service are exceptional with quality wine being available from Euro 12.
One major factor for Brits to be aware of is that Hotel Tropical is geared very much towards the older German holiday market which has both its advantages and disadvantages. Also we had a hire car and the Hotel does not have any parking and whilst limited free on street parking is available, be prepared to pay Euro 3 per day.
Overall - a great Gran Canaria hotel with the standards found on a Cruise Ship!

First night we slept in a creaky four poster double bed, (didn't sleep well.) Moved to another room with silent beds for the remaining nights. Only other minor complaint was the faint smell of people smoking, wafting up to our room from the gardens in the evening.

Very comfortable hotel with lovely gardens

We were very happy with most things at the Parque Tropical. We moved our room after the first night as the first one looked over the road and was noisy. No problem at all to change for Bonnie at the front desk to change it for one overlooking the pool which was spacious and very comfortable. The restaurant is excellent serves up a lovely breakfast and supper buffet.
The staff are exceptional - helpful, friendly and ever smiling. We loved the way Juan Carlos the food and beverage manager carefully monitored all aspects of the restaurant and did a great meet and greet job!

Fantastic Hotel,close to beach

Very impressed with every aspect of our stay.
Reception staff were very friendly and helpful.
Our room was spotlessly clean throughout our stay.
The food was delicious with a variety of hot and cold dishes every day. The desserts were divine.
We learnt some basic Spanish phrases before we traveled, and this was greatly appreciated by the staff, who in turn would practice their English with us, and also taught us a few more Spanish phrases.
Complimentary slippers in the room and well stocked toiletries.
Safe can be hired for 2 euros a day. there was also beach towel and bathrobe hire, which we didn't use.
Fridge in room was useful, although in the heat milk only stayed fresh for 2 days.
Bed was huge and very comfortable.Quilt was far too warm for us so we used the extra blankets provided instead.
The hotel garden was well maintained and a pleasant atmosphere.
The bar and evening entertainment were very good with a variety of acts, mainly English or multi lingual
The hotel is mainly occupied by German guests,but we were never made to feel inferior and all the staff were very welcoming.
We only used the pool once, as preferred the beach,but it was warm, although the sunbeds don't get full sun all day

You have been warned !

This is a very pleasant hotel conveniently situated near to the beach.
However not all rooms have air conditioning.The one I stayed in did not have and for that reason I would not stay there again.It was very unpleasant ! When booking it is not possible to tell if the room has air conditioning as no mention is made of this. I thought it was a reasonable assumption that a hotel in Gran Canaria which is hot all year round would have this facility .

Fantastic place to stay

From the minute we arrived to the minute we left, we had a fantastic time.

The hotel itself is set in beautiful surroundings, with the photos not emphasising how wonderful and tropical it really is.

The breakfast buffet had an excellent range, with friendly and helpful staff.

This perhaps isn't the place to choose thought if you have a young family as it's a very quite resort.

Nice grounds, pool and staff

Firstly, the staff here are wonderful and the grounds and pool are really lovely. This however wasn't the place for us as it was mainly for an older crowd. Playa del Ingles is not for everyone but this place is a little oasis away from it. We stayed for two days after landing late and moved on to a quieter part of the island. There are lots of sun beds and the deck at the top end is a great place to sunbathe; the beach is nice as well, it's just so built up! The clientele are mainly German with a smattering of English. The rooms are large with a big bed (well two singles pushed together) but the safe didn't work and our balcony view was a car park. The food was good and once again the staff were really nice, all seeming to enjoy their work.

Decent hotel overall. Full of character with an old fashioned colonial feel. No air conditioning in our room, but not a big problem in November. Very nice garden. Food was generally good but not always. Virtually all guests except for us were over 60 and German. Staff are multilingual and very helpful but they always assumed we're German because everyone else was.

Oasis of calm & tranquility in busy Del Ingles

Loved the hotel, grounds & food. The hotel staff were very freindly & helpful although most had a better grasp of German than English due to the large number of German guests. (had a very amusing interaction with a waitress at the pool bar where she continued to ask me questions & respond to me in German even though I was using a combination of my English & weak Spanish) .... My wife even said that I gave up & responded in even poorer German in the end!
The rooms were in a good traditional style rather than concrete comstrosities you can get & the gardens were lovely. Coming at the end of our 2 week holiday where we stayed at a number of places in Gran Canaria it was a good place to relax & do very little here before returning to work.

Charming architecture and stunning gardens!

The hotel could do no more to improve our stay. The room was spacious and comfortable, with excellent housekeeping, the staff were polite and cheerful and all the public areas were impeccably clean. We stayed on a half board basis and were delighted with the choice of food available. Breakfast was amazing and throughout our stay we enjoyed something different every night. The food was always fresh, tasty and plentiful. During our November stay, the only room available was a tower room with a 'city view'. However, we were delighted to discover that the view from our seventh floor balcony also took in a side view of the sea and dunes. Inevitably there was some external noise from the traffic and town (you may need ear plugs if you are a light sleeper) but the hotel's location, close to the small bus station, is ideal for exploring and airport transfers and there are useful shopping facilities close by. The location is also superb for walks along the prom and beaches in either direction and we particularly enjoyed relaxing on the more sheltered beaches towards San Agustin. The hotel's pool and tropical garden area was peaceful and pleasant and we always managed to find sun loungers when we wanted them. For us the hotel was ideal for a relaxing, independently booked holiday.

Wonderful Tropical Paradise

Beautiful and well kept hotel, they claim to have over 1000 species of plants and tress on the grounds! The staff and the rooms were excellent. 50m walk to a nice beach, supermarket and restaurants right outside the hotel. The food at the hotel restaurant was good, we had half board, breakfast and dinner. On only one day out of the six we were there was it a little windy. The hotel has a massive amount of info about things to do in the area. We went scuba diving and it was wonderful. Would definitely stay here again.

Stayed at Hotel Parque Tropical 7th - 21st Januay 2012. This is the best hotel I have stayed at up to now in Playa del Ingles. From the management down to the gardeners , everyone is courteous helpful and a joy to be around.Nothing is too much trouble for them. The rooms are comfy spotlessly clean, lovely furnishngs. The pool area is immaculate as is everywhere else. The choices of food at mealtimes is unbelievable, all beatifully cooked and displayed. Would definitley be staying there again, and have no qualms about recommending it to anyone.A lovely warm welcome awaits you as you arrive. We were met by Jonathan outside the hotel, who took care of our luggage and showed us to reception, and then took our cases to our rom. Juan whm we met later doing the same job as Jonathan was a little treasure.for the whole of our stay and was so helpful.

Good, clean basic hotel in good location

Although a little dated, the Parque Tropical is well maintained by a small army of staff. The rooms are large and clean although I found the beds a bit firm for my liking but not overly so. I was also a bit disappointed to have two twin beds instead of a double or queen, particularly since I had specifically asked for this when I booked. However, the hotel grounds, pool area and overall feel of the place is very relaxing and I did enjoy the stay. I was here in late June and although there is no air conditioning in the rooms, you can rent standalone ones through reception from an external company for about 65€ per week. These are limited though so book in advance if you think you'll need one. I didn't, but booked a fan for the week for €15.

Unser Aufenthalt im Hotel Parque Tropical war von Anfang an einfach wunderbar. Schon bei der Ankunft wurden wir sehr herzlich und persönlich auf Deutsch empfangen und haben uns sofort wohlgefühlt.

Unser Zimmer war sehr sauber und hatte einen traumhaften Blick auf das Meer und den Pool.

Das Frühstück und auch das Abendessen waren ausgezeichnet. Alles war immer frisch, sehr abwechslungsreich und mit einer tollen Auswahl inklusive viel frischem Obst.

Die gesamte Anlage ist ein herrlicher tropischer Ort der Ruhe, an dem man wunderbar entspannen kann. Der Pool ist ebenfalls fantastisch und ein Rettungsschwimmer ist auch immer vor Ort. Auch das Abendprogramm sowie das Entertainment, zum Beispiel die Wassergymnastik, war sehr unterhaltsam.

Die Lage ist ausgezeichnet: Der Strand, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und viele Restaurants befinden sich unmittelbar in der Nähe des Hotels und sind bequem zu Fuß erreichbar.

Von mehreren anderen Gästen haben wir gehört, dass sie bereits mehrfach im Hotel Parque Tropical waren und auch wir werden sehr gerne wiederkommen!

Vielen Dank an alle Mitarbeiter, die so herzlich zu uns waren und unseren Aufenthalt unvergesslich gemacht haben!

Wir haben uns in diesem Hotel rundum sehr wohlgefühlt und würden unseren Aufenthalt ganz klar mit 10/10 bewerten. Das Hotel ist wunderschön, sehr gepflegt und strahlt Ruhe und Qualität aus. Das absolute Highlight ist der außergewöhnliche tropische Garten – die gesamte Anlage ist mit viel Liebe gestaltet und schafft eine besondere, entspannte Atmosphäre.

Das Hotel ist unserer Meinung nach ideal für Paare, die Erholung, Ruhe und ein angenehmes Ambiente suchen. Man fühlt sich hier sofort im Urlaub angekommen und kann richtig abschalten.

Auch das Essen hat uns sehr gut gefallen: abwechslungsreich, frisch und geschmacklich überzeugend. Insgesamt herrscht im Hotel eine sehr angenehme, ruhige Stimmung, die perfekt zur Anlage passt.

Es ist wirklich schade, dass wir nur zwei Tage hier geblieben sind – wir wären sehr gerne länger geblieben. Bei einer nächsten Reise in diese Gegend werden wir auf jeden Fall wiederkommen und dann mehr Zeit einplanen. Dieses Hotel entspricht genau unserem Geschmack und wir können es uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen.

Das Personal ist super freundlich und flott. Die Anlage ist klein, ruhig und eingebettet in eine grüne Oase. Die Zimmer sind gross und verfügen über schöne Balkone zum Pool bzw. mit Blick in den Garten. Wir haben Bekannte dort zufällig getroffen, die wir im letzten Jahr dort kennengelernt haben. Die Atmosphäre ist sehr familiär. Wir freuen uns aufs nächste Mal. Vielen Dank an die Rezeption, die unseren Zimmerwunsch dann nach einer Nacht im Turm doch noch berücksichtigt haben ;-).

Das Hotel befindet sich mit der Buslinie 66 vom Flughafen ca. 30 Minuten entfernt. Die Anlage ist sehr schön angelegt. Man hat viel Grün und einheimische Pflanzen im Inneren Bereich. Der Pool ist groß und wird jeden Morgen gereinigt, so wie auch die komplette Anlage. Die Zimmer sind ortstypisch eingerichtet, jedoch zur Straßenseite recht laut. Die Mitarbeiter sind alle sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit und sprechen mehrere Sprachen. Zum Strand muss man eine Treppe nutzen ist aber innerhalb weniger Minuten im Meer. Im großen und ganzen war es ein sehr schöner Aufenthalt und ist zu empfehlen.

Das Hotel ist eine kleine grüne Oase in Playa del Inglés. Es hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Für uns hat dort einfach alles gestimmt, das Essen, Personal super freundlich überall, schöner Pool (auch toll das der Bademeister sehr drauf geachtet hat, dass keine Liegen reserviert werden, dass niemand mit großen Luftmatratzen in den Pool geht oder Bälle über andere Köpfe geworfen werden! Sehr gut, hab ich so noch nie erlebt), lange Hosen für Männer beim Abendessen ist zwar altmodisch, aber hat es trotzdem zu etwas besonderem gemacht, toller botanischer Garten, große Zimmer für 4 Personen.

Vi var verkligen nöjda med vår vistelse på Hotel Parque Tropical. Allt var perfekt – maten, servicen, den vackra miljön och den trevliga personalen överallt: i restaurangen, receptionen och städpersonalen. Ett hotell med hög standard och varm atmosfär. Vi kände oss välkomna varje dag. Jag rekommenderar det starkt och vi kommer gärna tillbaka!

Excellent sejour et soirée romantique

Bel hotel a ambiance romantique avec un jardin tropical magnifique surtout le soir avec des éclairages d'ambiance qui mettent en valeur les arbres et les plantes. L'emplacement est de premier ordre a côté de la playa de ingles accessible en quelques minutes a pied depuis l'hotel.
Des petites activités divertissantes le soir apres diner (chanteuse , cirque et...)
Le buffet du pdjxet du dîner est relativement varié et de bonne qualité.
Seul point négatif c'est le côté un peu obsolète de certaines parties comme les balcons ou les salles de bain des chambres mais cela ne remet pas en cause l'appréciation generale tres positive.

Très beau jardin avec piscine au milieu de l'hôtel. Belle chambre, personnel serviable et aimable.
Pas de parking, on se gare dans la rue, et cela est parfois problématique de trouver une place (c'est gratuit).
Petit déjeuner moyen, buffet diner très médiocre.

Das Hotel ist eine traumhafte Oase, wie sie in Playa del Ingles wohl kein zweites mal zu finden ist, und hebt sich stark von den restlichen Hotels im Ort ab.
Das Essen ist sehr reichhaltig, mit abwechslungsreichem Frontcooking und wechselnden Themenabenden.
Der Service ist im ganzen Hotel auf hohem Niveau.
Ich habe selten so ein freundliches und zuvorkommendes Personal erlebt. Ich würde das Hotel jederzeit wieder buchen.

Excellent hotel - no parking!

Great hotel and an excellent buffet. Only thing missing is a parking lot. There is public parking on the streets around the hotel, but it can be very hard to find a spot especially in weekends when the locals visit the beach. I spent 75 minutes looking for a parking spot, before giving up - and driving to the next city for lunch. Found a spot when I came back a few hours later.

Ich war das erste Mal im Hotel Parque Tropical zu Gast und habe mich sofort sehr wohlgefühlt.
Das Zimmer ist sehr geräumig und stilvoll eingerichtet und wird auch am Nachmittag noch hergerichtet.

Das Frühstücksbuffet lässt keine Wünsche offen. Vom english breakfast über Omelett und Tortilla de patatas bis zu frisch gemixten Milchshakes, uvm.

Auch das Buffet zum Abendessen hat immer meinen Geschmack getroffen.
0815 ist auch hier Fehlanzeige. Es gibt immer ein Salat-und Vorspeisenbuffet sowie zahlreiche warme Gerichte zur Auswahl. Zu den warmen Gerichten zählen immer etwas das frisch auf der Grillplatte zubereitet wird und etwas Tranchiertes (bei mir waren es z.B. eine geschmorte Kalbsschulter oder ein ganzer Lachs).
Auch das Dessert-Buffet lädt unverschämt lecker zum Sündigen ein.

Das Einzige was man wissen muss ist, dass es Essenszeiten (18:00, 19:15, 20:30 Uhr) gibt.

Ab 21:00 Uhr gibt es an der Poolbar Animation: Von Akrobatik über Zaubershows bis zu Gesang ist alles dabei und sehr unterhaltsam.

Zum Strand sind es durch das Törchen direkt auf die Promenade drei Minuten die Promenade hinunter (Treppe oder Rampe, angenehm zu gehen).
Es gibt Liegen und Schirme welche man direkt am Strand mieten kann.
Preis weiß ich nicht, da man an der Rezeption kostenlos einen Sonnenschirm ausleihen kann was ich klasse finde.

Die Parkanlage soll auch von mir nicht unerwähnt bleiben. Die Vielfalt an Pflanzen und das gepflegte Erscheinungsbild der Anlage erzeugt das Feeling einer Oase.

Mi esposa y yo fuimos de aniversario y nos tenían una decoración sorpresa con champagne.Rl hotel es mil veces más hermoso en persona y todos los empleado muy amables y serviciales.El chef que prepara todos los tipos de huevos y tortillas muy amable así como los demás.Todos los de nuestro alrededor nos pididieron datos de este hotel al ver los vídeos. Eine wunderbare, freundliche und tolle angenehme Atmosphäre, sehr freundlicher und herzlicher Empfang, sehr nettes Personal im gesamten Hotel wie Speisesaal, an der Bar, im Garten, Raumservice, Animation, im Bürobereich. Sehr gute Strandlage, Essen prima sehr reichhaltiges und abwechslungsreiches Buffet morgens und auch abends, es blieben keine Wünsche offen, gesamter Service perfekt und sehr guter und sauberer Raumservice, Zimmergröße sehr großzügig, schönes großes Bad und wunderbar eingerichtet mit schöner Sitz- oder zusätzlicher Schlafecke, extra Raum für Koffer mit Kühlschrank und Safe, beleuchteter Kleiderschrank, sehr gutes Preis-Leistungsverhältnis. Der absolute Hammer ist der tolle beleuchtete Garten mit den vielen Pflanzen, ausreichend Liegestühle an dem sehr schönen gepflegten Pool sowie eine Sonnenterasse mit Blick aufs Meer. Keine Vorreservierung mit Handtüchern möglich, was wir super fanden. Hier wird wirklich alles getan , um sich wohlzufühlen. Schöne Animation abends und vor allem auch im Speisesaal ab und an musikalische Begleitung, was wunderbar war. In der Nähe auch viele Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und alles, was man braucht. Das Hotel ist an einer super Lage und die Anlage sehr schön, auch wenn die Zimmer etwas in die Jahre gekommen sind. Wir sind mit Kleinkind gereist, da ist er die abendliche Unterhaltung welche jeweils bis nach 22 Uhr ging schon etwas laut, resp. die Zimmer hellhörig. Das Essen war sehr gut, jedoch fanden wir es etwas nervig, dass man fast immer anstehen musste. Mit Kleinkind etwas nervig. Es gibt 3 Schichten zum Abendessen, da erwarte ich, dass wir ohne anstehen Platz haben. Was wir am meisten geschätzt haben ist das Personal. Egal ob Service, Putzfrau oder Rezeption, alles sind sehr freundlich, zuvorkommend und aufgestellt.

El personal es excepcional , el hotel es diferente al resto , con un jardín muy bonito y una arquitectura propia de la zona. Comunicación a la playa excelente.
Las habitaciones están limpias y bien decoradas estilo en sintonía con el resto del hotel.
Por ponerle un pero creo que algunos baños piden ya reforma.
El aparcamiento en la zona al carecer de parking es más complicado que otras islas/ zonas. Hay que tener paciencia.
El bufet está bien , variado , el personal del comedor es muy atento , amable y educado . Un 10 para el personal en conjunto.
La zona cerca de las dunas de maspalomas , cercano, se ven a simple vista , con la ventaja de estar en las playas limítrofes con la playa del inglés con muy buen acceso. Duchas , hamacas , sobrillas , correcto en cuanto a servicio de playas sin la aglomeración de otras.
Comunicación y acceso a la autovía a escasos metros.
La estancia es relajada y de carácter familiar, con una atención excelente y con unas instalaciones donde se da mucha importancia a que el entorno sea como su nombre indica “ tropical “.
Repetir sin duda.

Aus meinen 5 Tagen Aufenthalt hier habe ich sogar 10 Tage gemacht und sie auch sehr genossen.
Die beiden Zimmer, die ich hatte (ich musste nach den ursprünglich gebuchten 5 Tagen leider wechseln), waren ausgesprochen hübsch mit schönem Balkon und reichlich Platz,
Die Angestellten waren stets freundlich, das Essen hat immer sehr gut geschmeckt.
Sehr praktisch fand ich einerseits die tolle Lage nahezu direkt am Strand andererseits kam man durch die gute Anbindung an verschiedene Buslinien auch ohne teure Taxis gut und günstig zu verschiedenen Orten (z.B. Puerto de Mogán oder auch zum Flughafen).

Skvělý hotel s úžasnou tropickou zahradou na relax

Naprosto skvělý hotel s úžasnou tropickou zahradou, jezírky a fontánkami. Je zde plno zákoutí s lavičkami, lehátky nebo houpacími křesly na závěsu, kde lze nalézt stín i odpočinek. Příjemná, klidná atmosféra, vhodná pro relax. Pokoje čisté, jednoduché, v přírodním stylu. Jídelna také velmi příjemná, v patře nad barem u bazénu. Jídlo vynikající, pestré, výborně připravené. Personál milý, usměvavý a ochotný. Byli jsme v této oblasti už třikrát a byli ubytování jinde, ale tohle je opravdu výjimečný hotel svou atmosférou i polohou. I při procházkách v okolí jsme takový podobný neviděli. Jeho umístění je i docela strategické, je přímo na frekventované zastávce linek místních autobusů, takže se odtud lze snadno dostat kamkoliv na ostrově. Nebo případně kousek pěšky na místní pláže i nákupní centra.
Večerní program pestrý a pěkný, navíc zvukově docela vychytaný, takže neruší spící v pokojích. Jen stolky nelze často sehnat, příliš mnoho zájemců na moc málo stolků :-(
Celkově fantastický pobyt, příště už žádné experimenty a jedeme sem zase znovu, pokud bude volno.
Jediná nepříjemnost v hotelu pro nás byla problém s kuřáky. V restauracích se sice nesmí kouřit, ale v pokojích bohužel ano. Jsem alergický na cigaretový kouř a večer nelze často ani posedět na balkóně, protože v okolních pokojích jsou arogantní a neohleduplní kuřáci, co svým smradem zamořují okolí. Většinou nefouká vítr a tento smrad se šíří po okolních balkónech.
K dokonalosti chybí už jen aby byl hotel zcela nekuřácký.

Natürlich war alles überdurchschnittlich. Ganz speziell die Aufmerksamkeit des Personals und absolut freundlich. Dann die Küche ausgezeichnet und sehr abwechslungsreich. Die tropische Garten- Parkanlage einfach einmalig. Also mehr als nur empfehlenswert, für die welche es zu schätzen wissen.

Points positifs:
- Personnel irréprochable, ils sont aux petits soins avec les clients
- Bonne localisation (5-10 min à pied de playa del Ingles)
- Nourriture variée au petit déjeuner
- Décor de l'hôtel magnifique
- Chambre propre et bonne literie

Points négatifs:
- L'hôtel ne dispose pas de parking et il est très difficile de trouver une place dans les alentours (du moins en août)
- Manque d'aération dans la douche

Remarque: L'hôtel parque tropical est très bien situé pour accéder à la plage, il y a également quelques restaurants et supermarchés juste en bas. Cependant, si vous souhaitez un quartier animé type rue commerçante et shopping, il faudra plutôt s'orienter vers les hôtels du côté du phare de maspalomas.
