This is a nice hotel, it's across the street from a major metro station so it's easy to get around from here. The hotel is clean, the staff are nice and most speak English. The breakfast is nice with lots of options. The only issue I had was the water pressure in the shower was pretty poor. To be fair, I didn't report it to the desk but it would be nice if it had better water pressure. Overall, a very good stay.

I really recommend this hotel. The staff was very friendly and helpful. About the staff the only thing I have to say is that they need a little more training in give some public transportation informations but they were very friendly. The location is perfect for those that want to use public transport. The train station is just across the street and it is very easy to move around! If you want a good location to go every where that is the place! Thanks Ramada staff!

Beklentilerin çok altında

20 gün önce rezervasyon yapmıştık ve özellikle çatı katında bir oda olmamasını istemiştik. Bize verilen çatı katında bir oda ve kazan dairesinin tam yanıydı. Basık tavan, İnanılmaz bir gürültü ve sıcaklık vardı. Oda değiştirmek istedik yine aynı katta bu sefer havalandırma gürültüsü olan bir oda verildi. Odadaki kapı tutacağı, havluluk , duş başlığı gibi birçok nesne yerinden oynuyor. Ara kat odaların hepsi turistlere verilmiş. Kafasına saç ektirmeyen bir tek bizim aileydi, herkes çim adam gibi dolaşıyor. Yanda otel ile bağlantılı Starbucks mevcut ancak içerideki tüm masalar rezerve edilmişti, oturamadık, muhtemelen yine arap dostlarımıza. Bizi ülkemizde bize verilen değer bu kadar işte. Bu arada odan fiyatının neredeyse yarısı tutarında oda servisinden sipariş verdik. Wyndham üyesiyim ama bunun konaklamamızda bir faydası olmadı.

Great place!

What an amazing place to stay in a beautiful city! The staff was incredibly kind and helpful. I had to get a COVID test before I flew out and they scheduled the test and had the results sent to me upon its completion. The breakfast was good.

Wonderful stay

Pleasant staff always trying their best. Cleaner Zumurot was excellent made sure room was always clean and always asked what we wanted done as we where there 10 days.

Reception and all service staff really made sure we were comfortable and the manager was so engaging not shying away from advising the best spots to visit in Turkey. I was so impressed with how he engaged with us making it feel like a home away from home.

First the reception didn’t accept my credit card although it was valid!!! They force me to use my debit card!!
Then I book one room until 14th of July,, the reception told me it is until the 15 th !!
When I came back at night to my room I found it occupied by another guest!!!
The night shift receptionist have no idea! And he told me you’re room is until the 14th again!!!!!
On the other hand in spite of hanging the do not disturb sign at the door! The house keeping knocking on the door in the morning!!!

Otelin konumu iyiydi, ancak kahvaltı vasattı ve otel muhtemelen sağlık turizmi için kullanılıyor, çok fazla ameliyatlı drenli hasta vardı, oda koridorlarında sürekli yemek tepsileri vardı ve bunların kaldırılması çok geç oluyordu, oda çarşafları hastane çarşafları gibiydi ve 3 gün kalmamıza rağmen hiç değiştirilmedi, ancak çalışan personel genel olarak güleryüzlü ve yardımcıydı. Günübirlik kalmalar için yeterli olabilir ancak uzun süreli konaklamalar için önermiyoruz…

Öncelikle otelin konumu Alibeyköy de olmasına rağmen dibinden metro geçmesi, karşısından tramvay geçmesi nedeniyle tüm merkezi yerlere ulaşımı çok kolay, konumu güzel. Ancak ben otele kendi aracımla gitmek gibi bir hata yaptım. Çünkü yolları dar, trafiği fena ve maalesef şehiriçi oteli olduğundan otoparkı kısıtlı ve çok dar. Manevra yapmak çok zor. Sürekli otel görevlileri anahtar istiyor biz hallederiz diyorlar ancak ben yeni aldığım aracı kimseye vermek istemediğimden otele her giriş çıkışta çok zorlandım. Resepsiyonda çalışan arkadaşın tavırları hiç hoş değildi. Konaklamanın 2. Gününde otele sanki kaçak girmeye çalışıyormuşuz gibi bir tavır takındı bozmamak için kendimi zor tuttum. Çoğu çalışanın bakışı zaten bir o kadar tiksindirdi kedinden. Bir daha gitmeyeceğim bir otel.

Buen y cómodo hotel

En general hemos tenida una buena experiencia en el hotel. Las instalaciones son muy cómodas, hay fácil acceso, buena atención y buen desayuno. El único problema fue que la habitación estaba muy cálida y el equipo de aire acondicionado no funcionó, no pudimos dormir cómodamente.

3日滞在させて頂きました。主人が昔住んでいたエリア内にあるホテルを探していたので、主人の友達に会いに行くのも、Eminönü に行くのもバスで行けたし、空港からもバスで大丈夫そうだったので、交通の便は良かったです。近くに地元の人が買い物したり、食事したりする日常も体験出来て良かったです。ホテルも清潔でスタッフの方々も親切でした。ただ、残念だったことが数点あります。１つ目は朝食のシリアルの牛乳です。とても生温いものが、滞在中ずっと提供されていたことです。２つ目はサラダのドレッシングが数種類あったら、嬉しかったと、メネメンの酸味が強かったです。3つ目は部屋の空調の調整が悪かったことです。最後にSPAを受けたかったのですが、内容の説明はありましたが、金額の表記がなかったことです。外国人からしたら金額の表記があると、わかりやすくてありがたいと思いました。
来年、滞在する時もぜひ泊まりたいと思います。ありがとうございました。
