Staff was amazing. The concierge guys Gokhan and Aziz were extremely helpful and greeted with courtesy. Reception staff was great. The breakfast area Nurcan hn was also great. She made our stay so much better and fun. Thanks to everyone they made us feel like we were at home.

The stay was beyond what I expected. The hotel is gorgeous. From the lobby, the breakfast room (with pianist in the morning!!!) and the spa facilities. Everything was fantastic. The staff took care of every need even before I had to ask. Including making me a to go breakfast bag at the reception at 5h35am before my early morning flight. Murat dus is definitely a model employee.
Thank you for explaining the are to me, making coffee for breakfast and planning the breakfast before my flight.

Thank you to the staff for the birthday cake. I had a blast! I can't forget the views at jin restaurant. The golden horn took my breath away. I would add a bit more weigth training equipment and a little area for crunches but otherwise, everything was superb.

Get the hammam massage if you. The room is absolutely stunning.

We arrive in the room with a fruit basket is an excellent gesture of welcoming us.Staff is very helpful and welcoming. The facility is well maintained and clean . The best part is the view of the restaurant to enjoy while dining. The Moroccan chicken skewer was the best.

azzonni Hotel is one of the most outstanding hotels we have stayed in the world. The greeting we received was both exceptional and kind from front office staff Nasim, Okan and Gokham. They took a genuine interest in us as guests. When our room was delayed Guest relations manager Kseniia invited us up to their beautiful restaurant and supplied us with complimentary drinks. Our junior suite was spacious and beautifully appointed with a spa and large shower and the views are incredible. Lazzonni does all the things better than the other 5 star hotels and we would choose this as our destination in Istanbul every time. And lastly to Serkan the Front Office Manager congratulations on running a perfect hotel and giving your staff the training to provide the exceptional customer service they gave us. Thankyou

Such an excellent hotel. The staff here are so excellent including the breakfast buffet, front desk, concierge, housekeeping, and 6th floor restaurant. They are very hospitable, awesome food for breakfast buffet and a La carte meals. Special shout out to : Murat, mahmutcan, caner, and gokhon. Would definitely stay at this hotel in the future. A+++++ definitely recommend.

Lovely hotel and great service from arrival check in to departure.

The only downfall was smoking in the breakfast area, which unfortunately is found EVERYWHERE in Turkey! Also to note its slightly further away and you will have to get taxi to the main parts of town, but reasonable prices.

I would highly recommend this hotel for people who want comfort and something a little outside the main city!

The elegant décor created a relaxing and luxurious atmosphere from the moment I arrived. The staff were incredibly attentive and anticipated every need and I would like to send a big thank you to Mr. CANER AZIZ and his lady colleague at Front Desk, the Bilanese lady and the breakfast restaurant and the other Turkish staff, the bell boy and the valet staff. The room was spacious and impeccably clean, with a breathtaking view from the balcony (Room 701). The on-site restaurant offered a diverse and delicious menu, using fresh, local ingredients, and the service there was outstanding. Overall, my stay was an unforgettable experience, exceeding all expectations, and I would definitely consider staying there again in my future visits.

We loved the hotel itself. Staff were great and very helpful. Room was nice. Breakfast buffet was great as well. The only issue was the location. Expedia listing says it’s a 6-7 minute drive to Taksim and other places and that’s just not the case. It’s at least a 20 minute drive from Taksim (can be 30 with traffic). The location is not what we expected and we found it inconvenient. It really is a beautiful hotel - just depends how important location is for you.

Me and my family stayed at the hotel for 6 nights. We also have two infants with us and I would just like to thank every single staff member in the hotel from the bottom of my heart for the fantastic service, care and attention to detail they have provided us with.

This hotel is one that I would highly recommend for all sorts of groups. Whether that be a single person or families, etc. A special shout to the hotel manager who welcomed us with open arms and shared many tips and advices for us tourists helping us along our travels.

We had a pleasant 4 night stay in June 2024. The hotel is as pictured and is good value for money. The bedroom was spacious and clean. The lobby hall and 6th floor bar are beautiful areas. The housekeeping and the customer service were great. What is most memorable to us is the staff at the hotel who were attentive and friendly. A special thank you to Farzane who went out of her way to help us locate one of our bag that has gone missing.

This is a beautiful property stunning right over the river. Their restaurant on the rooftop has stunning view. Staff is so helpful and so welcoming. They also have one of the top rated spas and it was such a luxurious experience. I would absolutely stay there again.

Check-in was smooth, the staff were very friendly. Only stayed for one night, so didn’t get to explore the area but it seemed quiet. There are some local restaurants just few mins walking distance. Overall, decent stay, the hotel was very clean, rooms looked same as pictures.

Stayed for 2 nights. The hotel has good access to both international airports and was 15-25 minutes away from all major attractions in Istanbul. The staff were very friendly and helpful and the spa was great. Great terrace with views and good breakfast buffet. We will be back soon

The hotel was amazing and the staff were extremely friendly myself and my family thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The only thing that could be better is their breakfast it is very underwhelming and has limited options and also the rules around using the swimming pool.

The upstairs restaurant staff were rude and lied about having reservations. Aside from that this was the best hotel I stayed in in a long time and I highly recommend

This was My favorite hotel in Istanbul. I stayed in this hotel lot of time and i was very pleasure with all service in the properity.
Specially Spa area is so nice.

But Last time when i was guest in this hotel (23.04-25.04) i suprise on bad way, They offer me Room on 8'th floor which i didnt make reservation. Also that Room was small, with very bad volume Inside. After i showed that i am not happy with this Room guy from reception offer me 2 Room, first one with additional payment 80 EUR per night , another one (suite) 160 EUR per night.

It was so terrible expierence, everything happening at 01:00 (midnight).

At least They give me Room i made reservation abd paid for it.

This is My first time to make this kind of things, writing some comments but really i was very dissapointed.

What a nice restaurant and breakfast buffet is the best.
We used their pool and jacuzzi and my son said best pool ever.
Me and my wife had a couple's massage which was relaxing.
Overall great experience and we are so happy that we chose Lazzoni hotel. Will recommend all our friends back in Canada

The place was extremely dirty: towel were stained with ink, bathroom floor covered with black hair, the room smelled like cigarette smoke. Room service food I ordered, lamb with rice, was just fried fat pieces and pizza was extremely oily with hot dog meat (not pepperoni) and corn (!). Staff was friendly as they tried to resolve all the issues, but I did not want to spend another night at the hotel. This is not what one would expect from a \"five-star\" hotel.
