“I’m delighted to share my positive feedback about the Emirtimes Hotel. The shuttle transportation was provided by Sadettin to and from the SW Airport. Sadettin was an effective communicator, gave clear guidance, provided safe driving and gracious delivery to the hotel. Sadettin even made the extra effort to personally locate me at the SW Airport to insure I reached my destination. As a solo foreign traveler to Istanbul, this support was very helpful.

The reception staff at the hotel were hospitable and welcoming, the room was clean, spacious, comfortable, quiet and well-decorated.

The full-service restaurant was opened until midnight, having a varied menu and the delicious food was outstanding, flavorful!

It was a pleasure to have been a guest at the Emirtimes Hotel.”

We liked our stay overall. The staff were okay, and the bed was extremely comfortable. I really enjoyed the on-site spa, it was amazing and one of the main reasons I chose this hotel. We stayed for only one night.

The location felt a bit unusual, almost like a remote industrial/residential area, and the surroundings seemed slightly smoggy. The smell of cleaning products inside the hotel was very strong and triggered my mom’s asthma. We also tried turning on the fan and adjusting the ventilation, but everything was written in Turkish, so we couldn’t figure it out. On top of that, we occasionally had cigarette smell coming through the vents, which didn’t help my mom’s asthma. We tried opening the window, but insects came in, so we had to close it.

The breakfast was quite ordinary.

Overall, we would probably return for a very short stay, especially if we had a long layover, since we chose this hotel for the free airport shuttle.

We had a late flight into SAW and a relatively early flight the next day out of IST, so we didn't get to spend much time here. But the room was lovely, and the breakfast would have been great, except for the fact that we needed to leave before it was fully prepared. But I really want to give a huge shout-out to our shuttle driver, Neşet Çolak, who was extremely friendly and helpful. He not only picked us up and returned us to SAW but also helped us figure out how to make the transfer to IST without paying for an expensive taxi. We were very grateful and impressed, and he left us with a very positive impression of the hotel!

There were a lot of aspects to the hotel that were disappointing. The rooms are a bit crowded with furniture as if you're hosting a party and need 4-5 places to sit in the one room. Beds were made but it was obvious the sheets had not been replaced recently due to random hairs found etc. The tub/shower combination is also extremely high off the ground; to the point that it feels legitimately dangerous to step out of the shower. No handle bars anywhere so if you slip you're going down hard. Hotel restaurant is massively overpriced considering the area. Restaurants less than a 5 minute walk are much cheaper. Breakfast isn't served until 7 am therefore if you have an early flight, you'll miss it. The airport shuttle also isn't 24 hrs. They have to \"request\" the shuttle and the earliest it arrives is 7 am. Therefore, if you have a flight that is earlier than 9:30-10 am, you have to locate other forms of transportation. This more than anything was the greatest disappointment since it was the entire reason we booked the hotel. Only positive aspect is the Spa aspects. Massages are reasonably priced and can be in your room, but don't count on housekeeping removing the tables until you check out.

Pool was awesome!! Great food and stores close by. Free shuttle wonderful, drivers are very nice. Room very clean and spacious. A/C works great. Wish we could keep power on in room for fridge (door key also used to turn power) staff is amazing!! I had originally planned to stay 1 night but we extended it to 3 nights.
Just flew back from Izmir and booked 2 more nights. Feels like home.

Nous avons été très déçus pour la 1ere fois en 15 jours et 7 hotels. Le personnel est désagreable et peu professionnel. Lors de l'enregistrement pour nos 2 chambres, pas d'informations sur les horaires du petit dejeuner ou d'autres informations sur l'hotel. Pas de réponse à mes demandes sur la navette. 1 h apres, je recois un mail (en réponse à mes messages téléphoniques précédents ou à ma demande à l'accueil?) m'informant d'une possibilité de navette à 90€ + 20% tva! L'hotel communique sur une navette gratuite aller retour à l'aeroport mais veut facturer un transport de moins de 15min plus cher qu'un transport individuel aeroport -centre d'istanbul (env 1h15)qui nous a couté 70€ aeroport- centre d'Istanbul et 60€ en sens retour 15jours plus tot).
Les chambres malgré nos demandes étaient fumeur, et une odeur tres désagréable nous a obligés à aérer.
Le restaurant a un menu via QR Code, avec photo. Un plat commandé a été servi avec riz et frites. Nous faisons la remarque que le plat est prévu avec des pâtes photo à l'appui. La serveuse nous repond que \"non\" et s'en va. Elle revient 10 min plus tard nous indiquant que le menu n'est pas à jour! Quand on insiste (il y a plusieurs plats de pâtes dans le menu, il doit donc y en avoir en cuisine), elle soupire, on la dérange clairement.
Lors du check out, étrangement pas de question sur comment c'est passé notre séjour...peur de la réponse?
Evitez cet hotel iI y en a tant d'autres avec du personnel sympathique et compétent!

The advantage of staying there is that they have free shuttle service to SAW airport. The disadvantages are that if you have a morning or early afternoon flight, you won't be able to take advantage of their exercise facilities or spa.

The hotel restaurant carry many options to chose from . I had the veggie pizza and bowl of soup of the day and they both were delicious they do have bream fish and salmon also steaks and other traditional Turkish dish.
I came from Fethiyeh and experience many hotel rooms they have not provided with a comfi bed yet i arrived at Emirtime and the bed is fabulous . The hotel has the best spa with great professional masseuses. I enjoyed the spa and massage and hope to come back here again .

Cigaret smelling rooms

Rooms were smelling cigarets. English level of service was absolutly zero. Even simply question for :\"check out?\" started the confused hasling in reception.

There was a free transportation from the airport but couldnt use it by lack of information where it leaves or how it works.
Cant understand why simply information about opening hours of spa or breakfast werent in a prominant place.

Spa and breakfast were fine. Overall cant recomend the hotel.

在伊斯坦布尔老机场转机的话非常非常推荐这家酒店。我们因为航班晚点，四个人凌晨四点才到酒店，跟店员解释了一下就是睡个觉，第二天早上九点就离开，想只要一个房间，他们也同意了。早餐四个人吃，也没有额外收费。并且还包机场接送，简直没有不推荐的理由。司机师傅也很帮忙，只是直接开口要了小费，瑕不掩瑜。

The staff was not welcoming at all. No guidance throughout the property. We booked for spa. A random lady came and dint even explain, just gave a massage and left. The tv was not working, reported it to the receptionist and nobody came for checking it . There were cob webs in the room. The only person who was friendly and helpful was the hotel pickup driver

Beautiful place to be in Tuzla

We enjoyed the hotel. Good location and luckily they had a parking. The hotel was clean and the staff very kind and always willing to help. Beds were comfortable.

Beautiful hotel, lovely staff and excellent food. Spa facilities were limited and no pool at all. Spa facilities are male and female only. Female side only has a sauna and steam room (which wasn't working on our visit). Quite far out from everything so needed to rely on taxis, which are expensive.

3 yıldızlı bir otele göre personel ve hizmet kalitesi oldukça iyi. Bize verilen oda en köşede olması sebebiyle wi-fi çekmiyordu. Bir de odaya ilk girdiğimizde kara sinekler vardı cam pencere açıp biraz beklememiz gerekti. Kahvaltı dahil rezervasyon yapmıştım kahvaltı da güzeldi çeşit çeşit yemekler mevcut.

The hotel & rooms were nice looking & spacious. Breakfast was really good.
The lifts were very small. Door card didn't work due to the digitised lock being broken (all the staff already seemed to know this) so had to get let in every time by the bell boy (who was good at his job) with the master card. The TV remote wasn't working so tried to call reception but the phone wasn't working. Eventually the phone & remote were both replaced. Wondering why the room was even being used when there were plenty of others & it wasn't busy???? Would have been a good stay if the 3 problems werent an issue.

We booked this hotel as it included shuttle to the airport and breakfast.

I emailed the hotel twice to ask about pick up from the airport but did not hear back - so we had to get our own transport.

On the way back to the airport the shuttle service was not working so again we had to get our own transport.

The breakfast was not good.

Our hotel room was run down, there were chips in the tiles in the bathroom, the shower tray used to be white and was yellowed, the floor had some dirty marks that were not cleaned. It just felt run down and dirty.

I was glad we only stayed one night.

The highlights included a free airport shuttle, a varied breakfast, and a free hamam/sauna. The downsides were black hair that I found on the floor and the bedding, the pillowcase that smelt of perfume (no, it was not laundry softener!), and torn sheets on the bed.

a cozy, friendly, relaxing hotel

The room and the hotel was quite clean, the staff was helpful and friendly. The room had a jakuzzi bath-tub. The open-buffet breakfast was also quite good. We were disappointed that spa for men and women were seperated. We couldn't enjoy the spa as family. We thought that there was an indoor pool but apparently there wasn't. The indoor pool photo displayed was apparently from a special room with pool... There was an outdoor pool but as it was cold noone could swim outside. There is a mall called Viaport about 10 minutes drive distance away, where you can shop, dine or go to the amusement park. The hotel is close to Sabiha Gökçen Istanbul airport and has free shuttle service.
We had a relaxing one night family stay.

Just an overnight stay after landing at SAW airport. Free shuttle from airport was a definite bonus. Staff were friendly and restaurant was open late and the food was very good. Would stay there again if ever flew in to Tuzla.

Our stay at Emirtimes hotel was absolutely wonderful. From the moment I was picked up by the hotel’s transfer service, everything was seamless. The transfer was punctual, comfortable, and made my arrival stress-free.

Hotel is located in industrial area. Downstairs cleaning very good but rooms were smelly, Centrally air conditioned but we thought that smell coming to our rooms due to faulty system. . Towels not clean . One towel had lipstick spot. Breakfast ordinary. Only good thing was airport shuttle with a very nice driver

Very Clean, Very good smelling and generally very good design. This hotel's price is very good considering the hotel is a full service 5 star hotel. Amazing Pool, Very good breakfast and amazing restaurant. Very well done to the owner and the staff for their good job. Only downside is the area but it has some nice cafes and a very good restaurant within walking distance.

Dark, stuffy room and no aircon in the night.

Ali from the restaurant was the real positive in what was very poor otherwise. It started with the receptionist who was utterly disinterested when we walked in, who gave us a room for two, although I booked for three and he had just scanned the three passports, who stated he would send an extra towel, but two hours later had not done so yet and who said we could have breakfast early before going to the airport which proved not the case. Other than that, we were in a room for smokers. It was a room with no hall light so it was dark. The worse thing was the airco, that was stopped between midnight and 05:30.

Its a good Hotel with clean pool and saunas.. Stuff are so helpfull and smiling.. Rooms are ok, everymorning cleaning, breakfast was ok, only I couldnt use close pool in ladies part because another guests locked it for use private.. I ve tried to use jakuzi but it was in mans part only and Icouldnt use it ... Its disadvantage for ladies but open pool was great :) I can stay again eveything was perfect.. Thanks for all stuff..
