The staff can’t speak English.
The blanket has some stains on it
The sink has some stains on it as well
The bed was not comfortable at all
The coffee mug was dirty
They didn’t help us carry our bags they have to do that
They didn’t show us the room that we were gonna stay in. We had to find it on our own.
The staff was really asking for us to stay in a specific room that we didn’t want and we told her a multiple times that we didn’t want to stay in there and she kept on asking us if we wanted to stay there and she ignored our questions

Staff here were not the friendliest and they seemed to apply rules arbitrarily. We were asked to pay a cash deposit for the minibar services as soon as we walked in. It was lots of small things like that that just made the overall experience negative and inconvenient.

We sat in the lobby for 30 minutes and witnessed a screaming fight between a staff member and hotel guest. Not an ideal stay and would advise to look elsewhere.

First of all, Mr. Burak at the reception completed my check-in process very quickly and politely. The hotel is very well-maintained. The rooms are very good and quiet. I had my breakfast at the open buffet, which was very delicious and had a lot of food options. I definitely recommend it.

It was one of the best hotels i have ever stayed in, and i do travel alot.
The service was amazing, the crew was polite and helpful, had an amazing swimming pool. And there was a receptionist (Yağmur) she was the sweetest and most helpful, no matter what it was.

I had paid for a balcony room only to be told that the hotel no longer has balcony rooms due to security reason. I wish I had known that in advance.

Hotel and staff are average. Breakfast is very limited. It took the lady 20 minutes to cook some eggs while there was no one waiting.

Good hotel. We stayed here as it was supplied by a tour company we were using for a Greece-Turkey trip, but it is certainly too far outside of the tourist area to be utilized by someone just wanting to visit the old center of the city.

I was disappointed when I booked 3 Deluxe King Sized Bedrooms and the hotel gave us only 2 King Sized Bedrooms and a twin beds.
The answer the receptionist gave was it was Expedia who put in the order of 2 King Sized Bedrooms and it wasn’t their fault.
How can Hotels.com treat a gold member this way??😡😡

I stayed at the property on a dental holiday and it was great. The staff were welcoming and helpful in every section and nothing was too much trouble. The alcoholic drinks in the bar were very expensive so suggest you take your own room stock and buy in the uk duty free airport. The breakfast was fine but was bored with the same after a few days. It cost 175 Turkish lira. You can pay on the day. Around the area there was not a lot of eating places however if you get a yellow cab and go to the Venezia shopping Mall the Taxi cost is 20-30 Turkish lira and at the moment that’s less than £2 where you will find lots of places to eat and a huge shopping centre across many floors. Get the reception to order or you can be subjected to being ripped off when they know you are not local.
Swimming pool was lovely. Take a plastic cap or you have to buy one. They also have steam room and sauna.
May be out of town a bit but taxis are cheap and the cost of the hotel vs local places to walk to made it a winner for what I was doing. Would I stay again ? Most definitely.

I hope their is someone who cares about customers feedback and would take an action after reading my review below...

I have stayed with my family in 2 rooms for 9 days in this hotel and we like this hotel as this is the 3rd or 4th time we stay here. Me and my family can really say that this is one of the worst experiences we had in a hotel in our lives and I will try to list below some of the things we suffered here:

1. Rooms cleaning in awful they just tide the rooms and don’t bother to really clean the bathrooms or even vacuum the floor

2. Almost every day I ask the cleaners to put ears buds for us in the rooms and they didn’t do even once !!!

3. I have bought stuff during our shopping which we delivered to me in the hotel but took me 2 days and multiple calls and visits to the reception to locate my stuff and some r still missing till now !!! Very unprofessional they don’t even bother to write a note on a system or even a simple post it somewhere about the tenants deliveries !!!

4. You call the reception asking for anything, And they say will call u back in some minutes and they never do !!!

5. I begged the cleaner not to remove the card from the slot in the room so the AC stays on because it’s hot here in istanbul and the surprise is not that they don’t DO what u want they also take ur card so I end up often having to go down to reception at night when I come back to get a new card to put in the slot to activate the AC !!!!

The hotel is about 4star level when it comes to room comfort and cleaness how ever there is two issues that I will not give to 5 star, first it is bit far from city center and public transportation is just a bus that comes every 20 minute and you will be about an hour in it, unless you are using taxi or Uber every time you want to go out because there is no many restaurant near by, the other issue is front desk staff expect long wait to check in because they usually have 1 person on the check in hours and if you call or ask something they will say we will call you back and then forget about you

Its far from the airport, the rooms are not clean. Nonsmoking rooms are on first floor and most rooms seem to be smoking. Botel staff not helpful or friendly. No help with luggage, directions, questions etc. We would never come back.

Stayed here for a few nights in early August in the ‘deluxe room’, hotel looks nice but is let down by the poor service. WiFi strength is really poor, asked the concierge if this was normal to which he replied “it’s because you’re staying in the corner room”. Also asked for some clean towels to be sent up these took an hour to arrive. I also haven’t received my room deposit back which I have contacted the hotel about several times, each member of staff comes up with a new story as to why it hasn’t been processed yet. I have left my contact details on three different occasions asking to be contacted by the hotel manager to resolve this once and for all, this has not happened. Overall nice looking hotel, decent gym/pool facilities, average location and poor service from staff members.

The towels weren’t clean. The couch and curtains had many visible stains on them. The hotel did not feel safe. Thank god hotels.com gave us a refund because the hotel would not. I have never been in a hotel room that felt so dirty.

First of all. I asked for connected room's when I booked my rooms. when we arrived the hotel they told us no connected rooms available right know but tomorrow the connected room will be available. And they gave me a suite with one bedroom in the second floor and a handicap room in the first floor ( I don't know why an handicapp room) . The next day I asked for the connected room they told no body in the reception leave a note about the connected room.until my last day in the hotel no body talked to me about my request

Clean hotel, unhelpful staff

My rating is based on many factors. Aside from the lovely breakfast and the newness and cleanliness of the rooms, the hotel is far from five stars. The wifi didn’t work in the top floors but worked perfectly in the lobby and first few floors. The hotel staff seemed reluctant to help by delaying our request to change rooms until we left. The swimming staff were even worse, a lady with blond hair spoke rudely in front of my wife and 1 year old, requesting for us to pay £4 for caps that were not mentioned in the rules. When we finally wore caps, the woman was persistently rude by askin me to get out of the baby pool and to leave my 1 year old son to swim on his own. Apparently the Ph levels were more important to her than my toddler drowning ! We finished our stay with an electricity cut for just 15 minutes. That wasn't the problem though, the problem was that when I called the receptionist he replied “it’s okay it’s okay” and eventually hung up. They could have easily explained that the problem will be sorted soon or anything! Hanging up shows a lack of help in times that customers most need reassurance in the dark. The breakfast staff were friendly...... the rest were far from helpful and so the hotel, aside from its facilities, doesn’t deserve the five star !

It was good.. I liked the Turkish Bath and little steam and sauna rooms. I was surprised, since it is not metioned on Hotels.com, about having to buy a swim cap when I got to the pool. Also, something that isn't mentioned is that they don't allow outside food in. Not much in the (walking) area. Great looking hotel but the random $$$ spending that you have to do while staying there is annoying.

The hotel is in the middle of no where. In order to use public transport you need to take a taxi for 20 TL each direction. If you do not eat in the hotel there are no facilities in the immediate vicinity.
We upgraded our stay for 4 days at 35 euros a night to include dinner and a suite. The food is below average in a capital famous for its cuisine. The hotel is classed as 5 *****, in my view it should be 3***.

Stayed from 7th June to 14th June\nOne entire week!

The Experience was truly awesome. Its a great place to stay. The rooms are great, the service is good and the hotel staff is really nice and helpful.
It was my first time in Istanbul , and the hotel staff especially Mr.Emir, helped me to plan my entire tour of Turkey !
It was great !!

And the best part I liked was the Bar. The Bar is good, and the barman, Mr.Erol, made me some really nice and awesome cocktails.

The only negative part is the location. Its a bit far from the Main city center. But then they have a very good shuttle service to drop you at the city center (Taksim & Sultanahmet) .

The breakfast and the dinner buffet menu are great. some very nice food !

Do stay there !! Its a nice Hotel !!

from the tıme we got to ıstanbul and untill we left we werent able to use the transportation the hotel offered for us .. very expensıve on anythıng they offer and there was several problems that we had to call 5 times to fix about our room. after a long trip from the usa we dıdnt see a smıle from the people who work ın the front desk much less my check ın took a whıle untill 1 of them said hi to us finally.. a 5 star hotel with noone wellcoming me to carry my luggages or showing me the way to go or explaining the things i had question with was really shocking ... i had to spend 40-70 turkish lira on taxi everywhere we go and it adds up on our budget unexpextedly in our trip..we do not recommend thıs place

This hotel is definitely not for me!

I wouldn’t recommend this hotel to tourists because of the long distance between the hotel and the city centre. The hotel provides a limited number of shuttles, requiring booking a seat on a daily basis but it gets filled up quickly and you won’t get a chance to get on it. From the hotel, the first shuttle to the city is at 11 am and by the time you reach the city almost half a day is wasted in travelling. Travelling by taxi will cost around 50 Turkish Lire (TK). The hotel staffs are not friendly and if you need to make a phone call to a restaurant, they won’t make it and instead suggest using your room phone which will cost 2.4TL per minute. On one occasion I travelled from Sultan Ahmed Square to the hotel which costs around 45 TL, but the taxi driver used a long route and asked for 72 TL. When the taxi arrived at the hotel, the driver asked to speak to one of the hotel staff and to my surprise the staff supported the taxi driver’s suggested high price! The hotel rooms are not cleaned properly and for a 5-star hotel this is disappointing. The drinks in the bar are very expensive and there are no entertainments. Unfortunately the hotel surrounding is very boring and nothing goes on meaning you cannot even go for a nice walk. Al in all, the hotel is suited for business people who only want somewhere to stay rather than tourists. The one good point about the hotel is its breakfast!
