Wonderful check in staff. Hotel is cosy and very clean. A bit far from city center but next door to a very large and good shopping mall - Forum. Also metro station is just an 8 minute walk so easy to get around

10/10 experience every time I visit this place. I hate places that lie about their ratings but I 100% vouch that Wishmore is genuinely a 5 star Hotel & Spa! Breakfast was amazing with a huge selection to accommodate no matter your dietary requirements. Special shout out to Zehra who works on the spa reception (amazing customer service skills).

This is my 2nd stay at the Wish More Hotel in Byrampassa and this time for over two weeks. It felt like home. The doormen are always friendly, the front desk helpful and the cleaning staff always willing to give me a few extra waters and seltzers daily. I love the bathroom & shower-- so much I'm going to duplicate it at my beach house. The gym has everything you need and the indoor pool is clean and well kept. One of the big pluses, though, is that it's a block away from the Forum Shopping Mall, which has dozens of stores and a grocery store!

I would avoid in future.

What can I say about this hotel, other than, I would never book it again. The internet is poor, I could not work whilst I was at this hotel. The hotel decided that I would need to pay $40 per night so that I can use good enough internet to work. Utterly ridiculous, and they consider themselves a five star hotel.

I will say that the bed was comfortable, I didn’t have any issues with the bed or beer. The duvet covers don’t actually fit the duvet itself.

The hotel rooms are pretty rundown, given that it doesn’t seem like an old Hotel I was surprised by how rundown and dirty the Hotel actually was.

I found the male reception staff to be incredibly rude. With management, not wishing to speak to their customers, throughout the entire 10 days. I never managed to speak to a manager as they point blank refused.

At the start of my trip, the food was actually okay in the hotel, but towards the end, the food seemed to have become increasingly worse and as such, I left quite a lot of food.

I paid $500 for an upgrade into a suite, this was a very bad decision as the suite that they put me in was right next to a train track and a school and as such I was up all night. To fix that, they downgraded my room into a standard room and refunded $450 of that charge. Again, this isn’t the sort of treatment that you would expect from a five star hotel. Even the bell boy confirmed that it was very loud. The staff at reception completely refused to refund the $50 for the interrupted sleep.

The location of hotel is next to subway and one school which makes lots of noises.
The minibar was nothing in there more than water and cocacola.

This is by far one of the best hotels to stay in when you visit Istanbul. The location is great, 2-3 min walking distance from Forum Istanbul.. The rooms are very fresh and clean and the staff is so professional and helpful.. It’s a safe hotel for families with kids..

Everbody was nice and polite and facility was good and in good location. however one thing that annoyed me was how staff did not hesitate to open our room door. For example room service ... they would do two quick knocks and just open the door. So they don't give u a chance to even get to the door and they are already in. This happened 3 times in our 1 night stay here. Also they did this when we had the do not disturb light on.

No more than a 3 star hotel

I booked 2 rooms at this hotel; one room was for myself and my wife and the other room was for her parents.
The refrigerator in both rooms were more of a heater than a fridge. We bought a few beers from the local beer store which we couldn't cool down with the hotel's low-quality fridges.
The doors of the rooms don't have proper adjustments for them to close quietly and we could hear doors of some rooms in our floor slamming all the time which was very disturbing.
They had 2 teams of cleaning staff which cleaned the rooms in our floor. One team of cleaners was the 2 ladies which did a good job every time, but the other team which was a only guy didn't do as much. In one occasion he did a quick knock and immediately entered the room, and when he saw myself and my wife shocked he quickly apologized and closed the door.
The area is easily accessible by metro and some shopping centres which is probably the only reason I didn't cancel our stay in this hotel. The staff at reception were very friendly and helpful.
Both of the rooms were standard twin rooms with same price but our room was noticeably smaller than my father in-law's room across the hall.
Overall I don't regret our stay at this hotel but most likely I will not choose to stay at this hotel again.

Very good location.

I stayed for 5 nights only one day I've been upset because when I came back to the room at 16:30 pm I found that the room as I lift it on 11:00am the cleaning services did not pass despite that I lift the cleaning lamp switched on, when I went to the reception blaming one of the answer was ridicules he told me that they have to many checkouts I did not let him finish his idead

It is was one of the best hotels we stayed at. We were welcomed by very friendly and helpful employees.

The room we had was clean, bright and comfortable.

We ordered dinner twice and it was very delicous. Breakfast was also great.

Next to the hotel is one of the biggest malls in Istanbul (forum istanbul mall).

There is also a close mosque to the hotel, you can hear the beautiful Athan (prayer call) five times a day.

I recommend this hotel to everyone.. You will not regret it. And I wish them all the best :)

** it might be a little far away from the historical sights, but there is a close metro, you could manage your trip easily.

nice hotel , located in walking distance of a great mall ( forum istanbul ) and the metro .
clean rooms , very helpful and friendly staff .
i had a problem with the wifi signal in my room , they sent the IT manager and assistant had the issue solved in 1 phone call and just in 10 min .
