My wife and I stayed here while I was getting a medical procedure done. I think it is used by several different facilities because many of the people who stay here have been to get something done so you will fit right in LOL. It is convenient for that but there really isn't anything else close by that you will enjoy to do. It is a safe area though. The staff are excellent and very helpful. They have two restaurants there. The roof top one is on the expensive side. The one on the main floor was quite decent and respectably priced. The breakfast buffet was quite good and included with our room package but if you had to buy it separately I don't think I would because the stand alone price for it was expensive. They have Spa facilities there although we didn't have time to use them. We looked at them but personally I don't think we would use them because it seems a bit old school. Meaning men go here, women go there, I don't think you are allowed to go together. Good comfortable sleep. Very respectably priced. Only improvement I could suggest that they make is to enable you to watch your Netflix account on the TV because there is almost no English TV for you to watch. Older hotel with High ceiling, but it feels dated. Tea cups in the room are not even from the same set. Shampoo bottle is empty. Gym is quite big but with strong body odor that I cannot breathe.

I would not come back for sure.

When I asked for a room they were charging me double the price which was on expedia until I said I'm reserving through expedia. Then they said that will take longer etc I said I will wait. I had no help with my luggage bringing them in the hotel until I went to reception and paid for rooms and then someone helped me. The view of room on expedia was different to the one given to me. The location had two malls we went to one mall and used taxi took a few minutes.

I liked the staff and service, however where the hotel is located is not near any tourist areas and it requires transportation for everything.

I noticed the USA currency is strong in Turkey, however due to significant amount of inflation even a can of Soda was $5.00 on premises.

This city hotel was a great choice! The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable, with large windows offering nice views of the city. The lobby had a lovely design, and the staff were friendly and helpful. The added bonus of convenient parking makes it even better. I’d definitely recommend it and stay again!

The hotel was nicely set out,the restaurants and lobby looked very grand and welcoming but the rooms needed an update and although we asked to have these cleaned daily just the bedding was changed and bathroom given the once over so the floor and surfaces were dusty.Also the wardrobe space was tiny

The area of the hotel is very bad so be aware before booking.

The staff are not nice and barely know English so they can't help you.

We called for simple stuff like plates or water more than 10 times but they did not bring it to us and we had to go and buy them ourselves.

Only positive was the good breakfast they have.

40min taxi ride from the airport - get an Uber not the metered taxi! You’ll thank me later.
Had the junior suite for me and my partner, lovely apartment and could see the surrounding area.
A few minutes walk and you have the T4 tram line which links to the main attractions (20-25min and your in the main attraction area. Gold market, sultan Ahmet surrounding area).
Transport is easy to understand, gets busy and packed.
Taxis I recommend getting Uber to avoid getting ripped off. Very frequent taxis available from the hotel.
Breakfast buffet was good, would have been nice if they switched it up.
Gym equipment was pretty good too, swimming pool was clean also.
Some of the house staff had a language barrier which made it hard to communicate when requesting for things to be delivered to the room.
I’m not sure if there was a no smoking policy in the rooms, but people were smoking in their rooms and the smell would filter through the vents. This was unpleasant especially coming from a place people don’t smoke indoors.
Apart from that, decent hotel.

Not a five star hotel!!!!

The Hotel looked good from the pictures but in reality it’s not. Definitely not a five star hotel. No robes, two sugars coffee and two tea only , no milk. Furniture was worn and needed new throughout. Shower awful. Bar prices were far too high, £37 yes pounds for a gin and tonic and a coke. Had to pay a service charge on each drink. Food in the restaurant very overpriced too. Dissatisfied to say the least!

The area around isn't the best or friendliest for foreigners, but inside felt a little like a haven. The breakfast was absolutely excellent and staff is nice.

However, the hotel is a little stinky, and so although it is very clean and well-kept, perhaps because there isn't good enforcement of smoking areas, it doesn't feel as clean (because of the smells). It's a pretty building, but for the price and photos, it was a little disappointing. The breakfast almost makes up for it though-- great breakfast.

This was our fourth visit to this hotel, as usual it met our expectations however unfortunately we encountered discriminatory and disconcerting behaviour of the front desk staff.
This has never happened previously on any of our visits, seem these staff were a new batch who seemed more interested in themselves and IC1 customers. All other staff are top notch, very approachable and helpful.
I am a regular to IST, Windsor would have been a regular but will now consider other options.
PS - temperature was over 30c, ac was very weak.

This is not a Family friendly or couple friendly Hotel. It is simply a business city type hotel. The Reception and the front of house staff are are totally useless. Stayed seven days here but not once I saw any one of them engaging with the guests. They were all too busy on their mobile phones. No assistance with luggage or any other issues. The only person that was any good was the room cleaner. She was excellent and very helpful. I would not recommend this hotel for a holiday stay. There are far better hotels with very friendly staff in Istanbul. I definitely booked room with breakfast, but on arrival was told no breakfast is booked. So not a good start. They were too keen to sell me tours etc but service that you would expect in a so called 5 star hotel is totally lacking. The pool is very cold . The Spa prices are extortion. Avoid this hotel at all costs . Expedia should take this off their books for sure.

Highly recommend staying here. We had another place booked but were very unhappy and booked here the night before hoping it was better. It was amazing, the staff were amazing with helping us get around with transportation and recommending things to do. The room had a fantastic view, very clean and had no problem with it at all. Food from restaurant was also good, my daughter had to take an exam and it had great wifi and was very quiet so she could complete it. You won’t be disappointed staying here.

I am very happy with my stay at this hotel. The rooms are clean and beautiful. I booked a junior suite and it was very large & comfortable, felt like an apartment. It is perfect for a longer stay. There was issue with the heat in my room for the first couple days which made me a little upset because I was very cold. I went to the front desk and the front desk agent ( I regret I didn't get his name ) kindly offered me a new room right away. One of the employees came to help me with the luggage and escorted me to my new room. It was so warm and cozy, I absolutely loved it and really enjoyed the stay for the next few days.
The restaurant on the 17th floor ( The Crown ) was fantastic. The food was so delicious and the view was amazing. The bartender made me a special drink, which was very tasty. You should definitely check it out. It is much better than the restaurant in the lobby area.

The stay was ok however it deserve to be a 4 star instead of 5 star. It was clean and staff were friendly. good thing about it was the taxi station next door which made it easy for us to get a taxi. They need to add much more to their rooms to claim the 5 star hotel - They need a full set of soap, shampoo, etc + they need paper tissues, toothpaste, tooth brush (like basic stuff). They would bring it to us if we were to call and ask for it but a 5 star hotel shouldn't be hesitant to provide basic hygiene material.

This is a 5 star hotel. Very beautiful hotel with great amenities. Overall good value. The only thing is that it is located in a more commercial area. There's small grocery stores nearby and some restaurants (Donair). Easy access to Metro. I would stay there again.

The staff is decent. Facilities are decent. However the restaurant is absolutely disgusting. The food is horrible . The staff is untrained - you have to beg to get service. You need to fire all the staff in the restaurant. Let’s get back to the food… the food is an absolute disaster. I paid for a pizza and a salad. Took one bit of the salad - spat it out paid for the food and left !!!!! The manager saw that we didn’t touch the food… he said nothing !!! Food on the streets of Istanbul taste better than the food at the “restaurant “ customer service on the streets of Cappadocia is better than this restaurant. We stayed at a different hotel in Istanbul …. Completely better service and restaurant. I’m shocked that a restaurant like this existes. This restaurant needs to be closed. Because of the restaurant. I will never stay at this hotel … however there is one bright spot -HAMZA is an absolute gem. He’s is the definition of Turkish hospitality.

They gave us a whole cake because it was our wedding anniversary.

Cons- the guy who delivered our room service is lazy. I requested for an ice during ordering of our food. Then when food arrived, there was no ice. So i requested but he asked if do i really need it? The soda is already cold. I said yes. So he said he will be back in 20 minutes. But the guy never came back with my ice. Lousy lousy service. Hes lazy. Would i stay here again? Maybe not. I prefer to stay somewhere else with good service and better location.

Everything was exceptional except the first room we were given had problems with the Air conditioner which they resolved by changing the room however unlike other hotels, the temperature of air conditioners are set to maximum of 18 degrees. So of you are from cold countries it will bother you quite much. However everything else is perfect and amazing.

From the front desk, bellman and house keeping outstanding service, I do want to thanks the front desk service about their professionalism especially Mr Borak, he had been very responsive and professional, also bellman stuffing we’re very friendly and welcoming, housekeeping very helpful and efficient, the spa stuffing were very friendly and welcoming. The pool, sauna, steam were always very clean. I do want to thanks the restaurant stuffing, the breakfast were great and workers were amazing and very friendly. Overall it’s fantastic hotel. Our stay was disappointing more like 3 stars not 5, the air conditioning was not working especially during the hot weather and the fridge was not working so our drinks and food were not kept cold. I booked this place as it mentioned it had a spa and fitness center however when I arrived they told me it was under renovation and closed. The location was also further away from the touristic areas. The only good thing was the valet parking and look of the hotel inside. I also got a triple bed room and one of the beds they brought was a folding bed with an uncomfortable mattress.

The hotel and staff were excellent. The on site restaurant was pretty good which was needed since there are no others near the hotel. Good hotel if you have a conference or business near by, but not good for tourist. Had to convince two different tour companies to pick me up since this hotel is located so far from any tourist site. There is nothing near the hotel. Seems to be an industrial and an area for middle schools.
