My stay at The Superior Living Batisehir was excellent. The area around the property is safe, quiet, and very convenient with easy access to shopping and transportation. The apartment was clean, modern, and comfortable, making my 3-night stay very enjoyable.

A special thanks to Emre, Elif, and Veysel for their warm hospitality and professional support throughout my stay – they truly made the experience even better. I would definitely recommend this property to anyone visiting Istanbul and will happily return in the future.

we stayed there when it was under the Radisson blue brand and it was perfect in every way ..but I was shocked this time because the level of cleanness is so bad we got a room with mold in the shower and several damaged stuff around the room we complained and the staff was so nice and helpful and they changed our room to a bigger one but even that room was not clean.
there was dirty spots on the doors and walls .. bathroom floor had dirty foot prints ..even the towels were dirty but the nice staff send me new ones ..
I wish they can take more care of the hotel because I really like the location and the surrounding area

I recently stayed at The Superior Living Batışehir hotel for a month, and I must say, everything about my experience was absolutely fantastic. The level of service, cleanliness, and professionalism exceeded my expectations. The staff were incredibly polite and accommodating, always ensuring that I was comfortable and satisfied throughout my stay.

‏The restaurant service was equally impressive—every meal was delicious, fresh, and prepared to perfection. I found myself ordering from their menu daily because the quality was consistently excellent.

‏I would like to extend my special thanks to Mr. Cihan and Mr. Barış for their exceptional hospitality. Their kind and attentive approach truly made my stay even more memorable. They went above and beyond to ensure my satisfaction, and I greatly appreciate their efforts.

Weak Hotel Management, a lots of damage parts not repaired or replaced, not clean on the time of check-in, stays for 6 nights even after the given period 3 day’s service cleaning still the hotel provides the same poor quality of cleaning.

This property was sufficient for a one-night stay in proximity of IST airport. It was felt that this was a short-term stay property, and not a hotel. Property is in a busy area, and arrival could be better organized.

Amazing and clean rooms, lobby is very clean and smells good and a nice pool. The staff were super helpful and very friendly especially Emre,Furkan and Veysel who helped us through out our stay. One negative part of our stay is the Lebanese restaurant. The food is great but the manager cheated me, I paid him 100 US dollars. . It’s not a big deal but I don’t like when someone takes advantage of me. . We were eating there breakfast lunch and dinner. After that day I never went in there again. He lost my business over 200 liters. He would have made way more than that in the 3 weeks we stayed in the hotel. Overall and amazing stay and a great place to feel like home. I still gave the hotel 5 stars because they deserve it. But that restaurant doesn’t!

The apartment was wonderful, and spacious with the comforts of home including a kitchen and washing machine. We stayed 8 days and could not be happier with the location and the convenience of restaurants and shopping in the neighborhood. I highly recommend this apartment/hotel, especially for a longer stay.

Don't book to this property.Waste of money and you don't have the facilities what they pretend they offer.Is far from the city center,no buses and long time waiting for the taxi.The SWIMING POOL is open only from June and is not written anywhere that(the main photo when you try to book is wih the swiming pool). Lot of SPOTS on the carpets ,chairs and sofas and cigarettes burned (they get deposit of 100 USD and you are responsible for every damage) ,the appartment is noisy because of the building repairs,dangerous people outside the hotel,noisy all the time because of the car dealers nearby moving and parking cars,the kitchen in the appartment doesn't have even the minimum of cuttleries or plates(not even a tea spoon),they didn't provide the minimum of higyene products(1 small shampoo for 2 persons and left toilet paper from previous guests :) ).The sauna,steaming room never on.We can forget about all this but they ruined our hollliday.My wife had an medical intervention and was not allowed to stand up more then 30 minutes per day and the sunbeds and swimming pool could be helpfull to don't stay just in the room.The receptionists and manager were unprofessional and too stupid to solve the problems,their english level is mediocre and never polite.I asked for the refunds from the first day just to leave the place to book in a different hotel but they didn't accept that,they didnn't even answer the phone when Expedia tried to contact them.They just got the money and that's it.

I recently stayed at superior living in Istanbul and, honestly, it was a really bad experience. The staff were rude and unfriendly, which made everything really stressful. Hardly any of them spoke English, and the few that did were not helpful at all. They didn't even bother to say \"good morning\" or \"hello\" when you walked in.

The room wasn't any better. It was old and falling apart, with blocked shower drains and stained furniture. Plus, there were no kitchen utensils, which was a hassle.

Overall, it was a terrible experience. I wouldn’t stay here again and definitely wouldn’t recommend it to anyone.

The room has a kitchen but no plates, no silverware, no kitchen pots to warm up anything, only few glasses. Checking the room before you leave the hotel left a bad taste in my mouth. I find it disrespectful

The only thing that keeps this property from getting a 5 star is their so called offer for breakfast. It is not worth the price. They offered subtandered poor quality food. They served the same food every day. They served boiled eggs, beans, upside down eggs, sausages and potatoes, bread and cheeses. The food was stale and not appetizing. For drinks tea, lemonade, and cranberry juice. When I asked them if they could make me an omelette with tomato and onions I was told that I had to pay. The service was poor also. I only ate 3 days out of 16 days. I spoke with the manager and was denied a refund. I was told the restaurant wasn't owned by them and couldn't give me a refund and would not reach back to expedia who had been trying to reach out to them for a refund. Obviously they just wanted to keep the money. DON'T GET BREAKFAST PACKAGE!!!!

I asked them to see other options than what I have initially reserved and after I liked a bigger room They made it easy to transition and they even found a room with a huge balcony facing the yard.
