It’s a very nice hotel. The staff are great, especially ILAYDA at the reception desk and ISMIR the valet-bellman. It is safe secure and clean, I would definitely stay here again.

One of the great emplyee really helped me out by staying in touch, even before I checked in. Name of the employee is INCI. I am a totally vegetarian, so employee offered me complentary Juice, really nice, that touching my heart

My partner and I stayed for 2 nights through Expedia, and to put it simply, this chain is terrible, especially in terms of cleanliness and hygiene; it was a complete disappointment. The place was dusty, and the sheets were stained. We had to force them to clean the sheets properly.

Sahida was very helpful with any questions I had. Overall all the staff were very friendly and nice. Hamam at the property is a big plus. The location s little inconvenient if you use the public transportation but this hotel was chosen by the dental clinic where I went for a treatment so it is convenient for commute to and from the clinic. Breakfast choices were very limited, not much to choose from and basically same every day with the exception of maybe a few dishes.

The room was spacious, spotless and very comfortable. The breakfast buffet was great. It had a lot of quality food. The staff was super friendly and very accommodating. A very special shout out to Ilayda and zehranur. They were extra attentive and they seemed naturally warm. This is a hotel that I would most definitely recommend to friends and relatives. 5 stars all around.

Rooms was extremely clean and fresh, very comforting hotel for a nice stay we stayed for 7 nights and I can not complain about 1 thing at all we had 3 rooms booked and it was easy checkin till the checkout we had no hassle at all the rooms was cleaned everyday room service was on point and the food and coffee shop in the lobby was amazing too. If I make a trip back to Istanbul again will definitely be rebooking here

This review is from an American point of view. I gave two star only because the manager on duty tried her best but still problem was not resolved. First of all the reception are not friendly nor the breakfast crew. It’s October weather in 70s and the hotel turns on the heater saying the rooms have no control of it and we have heater running throughout the hotel since we are in winter now. I’m telling you 3 days we didn’t sleep my kids slept in there underwear we even had to open the window on 10th floor. It was horrible and uncomfortable and they wouldn’t refund us since we booked on hotels.com . We asked for milk for my 2 year old they said they didn’t get milk supply in!?! I mean don’t you have local grocery stores that u can grab some for the day and night. Overall we tried to check out and i wish i stayed with my original hotel that i usually go to (crown plaza Florya) - i don’t suggest this place at all- sorry

Booked hotel stay with breakfast paid. every time I go for breakfast staff walks after me in the dining hall and tells me i have to pay extra for breakfast because receptionist told them i don't have free breakfast with my reservation through Expedia when my reservation details clearly says I do. This goes on for every single morning.
Access by walking to nearby stores and restaurants will take you to dangerous sidewalk through busy roads and highways while breathing in pollution from cars and cigarette smokes. You also have to walk through an overpass above a smelly canal, that is viewable from a hotel room window in front of the building.
Restaurants on site charge high prices.
I extended my stay another night because my next hotel isn't ready. They told me I can keep the same room at a great price but it will be a different price - but I can't book it through Expedia because they can only give it to me direct at the guy's special rate of $184 USD. I had no choice since it's last minute change.
There were broken things inside my room that were never fixed.
At checkout, I have an unopened water bottle with me that I saved from when I flew into IST given by Turkish Airlines. The receptionist asked me if I took it from the mini bar and I said no. Clearly, it is a different water bottle brand and size. She told me I can't leave the property yet until they have someone check the hotel room to verify if I used any. I waited 15 minutes and after she told me I'm clear.

My overall stay was great. Lldya from Guest Services and the front desk staff were awesome and very accommodating. However, I had to go down to the front desk several times during my stay as the room key would not work and seemed to only be programmed for one day at a time. Also, the air-condition was never sorted out. The room was quite warm and it could not be adjusted, despite the Engineering team visiting the room twice to take a look at it. Also, the room was very clean, no issues at all with the cleaniness.

Most of the staff don’t speak English or choose not to speak. Only person found helpful and understanding was Elida Guest Relation
On our last day the staff in Breakfast area was extremely rude and made my sister cry.
As we were a big group of 15 persons, yes we were a little noisy at the pool area which they dint like and said this is a business hotel and not a family hotel.

Disappointing Experience for a Supposed 5-Star Hot

The hotel has a nice exterior and looks promising at first glance. However, the rooms are extremely small, and overall, the hotel barely qualifies as a 4-star establishment, let alone five.

Breakfast was repetitive and very limited in variety, far below the standard expected from a 5-star hotel. The restaurant manager and several staff members were unprofessional — their uniforms were not even ironed, and they spoke loudly and constantly, which was quite disturbing during meals.

Cleanliness was another major issue. Our room was dusty and had mold in several areas, including on the bed. When I pointed it out to the staff, the responsible person only apologized without taking any real action.

As someone who travels frequently, I can confidently say this hotel — despite being a local Turkish brand — falls far short compared to international luxury hotels. Unfortunately, I cannot recommend it to travelers expecting true 5-star service and quality.

Amazing hotel and staff. Our favorite 1 out of 6 on a 14 day trip. Top-notch. The only exception is the shower cap rule for the pool which was not consistently applied and made my 16 yr old feel targeted as a black teen girl when the white child played in all areas of the pool without being told they needed a hair cap until I informed the staff when we exited. And the hair stylist was amazing as well. My daughter gas never been happier with a salon hairdo.

The hotel is nice and the staff are friendly, but it's situated in the midst of motorways and highways, with no shops, supermarkets, or anywhere to take a leisurely stroll. You're essentially surrounded by an industrial area and a maze of highways/motorways.

I had aassage and the massage therapist was great. The coffee and cake place are great, the staff was really nice, same with the Grill restaurant. We are coming back again in May, we can't wait. From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by the 5-star service and exceptional attention to detail. The cleanliness throughout the hotel was beyond our expectations, and we were particularly struck by the warmth and professionalism of your staff.

A special thank you goes to Gulаndam, who made our visit to the hotel even more special and welcoming. She was not only hardworking and attentive, but also gave us a wonderful tour of the spa area. We noticed her cleaning the locker rooms, gym, and sauna areas multiple times, which made us feel very comfortable and reassured by the high level of cleanliness. Her genuine hospitality truly enhanced our experience.

We also have to mention that the breakfast was absolutely delicious! Each morning, we were treated to a wide variety of fresh, flavorful, and high-quality dishes that made starting our day a true delight. It was definitely one of the highlights of our stay.

I would recommend never staying here ever. The staff is out right rude and will run you out of there. If you’re from a different country they treat you terribly. When I checked in my room was so hot and the AC wasn’t working and they insisted they fixed it but I just opened the window. It is loud on the streets and you can hear sirens all night long and can not sleep. The food is also terrible and location is even worse. Please do not stay here would give this place 0 stars if I could!

Our stay was very pleasant. The hotel staff here is amazing. The amenities are great. One of the best hotel gyms (I have been to hundreds of hotels around the world). The main reception worker named Selin did a fantastic job getting us settled into our rooms, helped us with late check out and was very friendly and helpful.

Don’t recommend this hotel for tourists or anyone wishing to stay and explore Istanbul. It’s aimed more at business people on conferences. Arrived for honeymoon and left, really disappointed. Although looks 5 stars, its far from it. Other reviewers have stated 4 stars and I agree.

Location is horrible and nothing close by and more on highway, where it is so busy and not a place in site or safe to cross. You need a car or taxi to get about everywhere.
Positives
• Liked the look of the hotel and that was about it.
• Closest place to this hotel, mall of emirates about 20 minutes in taxi.
• Shout out to emir on floor B2, gym and spa, who had we not come across would have been isolated, if it wasn’t for him simply approaching me and my other half and asking to take a picture for us on our phones, we wouldn’t have had one positive thing to say and he looked after us.

More Negatives than anything
• Not one shop you can simply walk to.
• Cleaning was absolutely horrendous and they kept missing cups or towels and I had to call them numerous times to have this looked in to or sent to us.
• Language was a big issue, English is limited and had to keep using Google translate as not one person spoke English other than Emir on B2.
• Room service is horrible and honestly I have stayed at 5 star establishments and these guys are horrendous. Do not recommend to anyone looking to tour or this hotel. Would never stay here again.

The hotel is nice, but it is very far,from everything this means that getting out and about is very expensive as,taxis need to be used. The metro station is far from the property, you need to catch a metro bus to get to the station. Food places are limited there are 2 places around the corner and the hotel has its iwn restaurant ( the grill) which is more expensive than other food places. Spa and pool were very nice.
