Clean rooms, great stuff, beautiful lobby, great breakfast. Shower needs some fresh caulking to prevent leaks. Good sauna, steam room has broken tiles and did not smell good inside. Overall good place to stay.

Overall good stay. On the one hand, Hotel is clean and there are friendly people. Room rates and other prices are very affordable. Also, on the other hand, the hotel is very close by to a big outlet mall named Starcity, just in front, and also very close by to restaurants and cafes only one block 50 meters away. Anyone can easily reach the hotel from Istanbul Airport via public bus company Havaist busses move from the Istanbul Airport -2 level, station number 10 and 10A departing every 30 minutes, to reach Yeni Bosna Kuleli bus station within maximum 45 minutes and then take a taxi from there to hotel to reach the hotel within 6 minutes. From the hotel to İstanbul center such as for examle, Taksim or Sultanahmet, not far away, take a taxi with reasonable prices, and reach the destination within average of 30 minutes. Adviced.

Don't drop something

I stayed almost 20 times at this place but have the feeling that the intention of the hotel is to increase profits by reducing the service and cleanliness of the Hotel.

Dropped something onto the carpet inside the hotel and when I picked up, had 35 different hairs from the last customers on it.

Hopefully they can use the profit from the next guest and go over to the shopping mall next door to buy a vacuum cleaner.

Can without doubt recommend

We were greated with immediate valet service at the door. And 2 very proffesional and nice workers helped us with both bags and reception.

At the reception Efe helped us for the check in - Efe was no ordinary worker, he was a exceptional one, professional, experienced, and welcoming. Huge credits to Efe, really good, Efe is the reason we will visit this hotel again. Big ups Efe.

The pool was lovely, although i didn't find the indoors one, the outdoors one was absolutely good. 5/5

I haven’t even mentioned the 24 hour room - service, without any hesitation or questions.

Cleanliness was top, 3,9/5 really good, bed sheets were clean and actually felt clean, and the room was also.

Overall 4,9/5 hotel, really recommend.

The room was amazing and very large the bed was huge. The buffet breakfast wasn't 5* not enough choice of healthy options unless U peel Ur own fruit. The towels got taken daily even when they were clean but had to keep going down to reception to order new ones not once did they get replaced. 2sachets of tea and coffee truly isn't enough and not even fresh milk. The outside pool closed even though in advert stated it was open I did complain a out this as it's why I booked.

There were no towel in the room. I reported it to reception and it arrived 28 minutes later. The shower water was not easily adjusted. While the heat was flowing, it was getting cold again. The elevator from the parking lot to the floor was not working. The refrigerator was empty. Shower water was flowing out. It was definitely not a 5 star hotel

I arrived late (after midnight), the night shift person was quick to check me in, I did appreciate that.

As usual the gym was great, and staff are helpful. My second day Gamza at the reception desk helped me with a replacement key, and Fatih was kind enough to schedule a taxi to the airport.

the property is good and luxury, friendly staff, the only notices are that they don't allow any kind of food delivery, not allowed to bring any food and at the same time they don't have a good restaurant, the over night menu just room service and very bad food ( I tried Pizza which was nasty)
another thing the laundry be said \"express within same day service\" with extra charge, but actually I got my laundry after tow days,
in general, the hotel is good and worth to be 5 star hotel if they solve those issues

we were given a room in the 7th floor. Slightly bigger than the average room which was good.
Also we were greeted with a fruit platter. Very nice.
We weren’t able to check in early. It looks like a policy of the hotel. Before we even told them our name or reservation number they told us that room wasn’t ready! I didn’t like that actually as we don’t control our arrival time. But it’s ok no big deal

لما استلمت الغرف - واحدة من الغرف التكييف عطلان
والمفروض تكون الغرف جاهزة وبعد ساعتين سلموني غرفه ليست ملاصقة كحجزي بعذر الفندق مملوء
وكل يوم تاكد صباحا من توافر الغرف !!!!
هذا فندق ٥ نجوم؟
والعاملين فيه ودودين ولكن بحدود ودايما يعطيك حل علشان ماترجع له … لا انصح بالعوائل السكن فيه لاااا انصح ..

Disappointing, not a 5 star hotel

Their service is very slow, bad and full of lies. They had mentioned that their staff is waiting at the entrance to greet and take in our luggage, but there was no one. When I was checking in I told them that my luggage is outside and if you could tell someone to bring it in. We waiting but no one came out to help us so I had to bring it in myself. And no one assisted us to our rooms nor told me about the services they provided or where to locate certain places. My first thought of the hotel was being felt unwanted. When I went to my room, I realized the telephone was not working so I told them multiple times that the telephone in the room did not work, the reception said they would send someone to fix it but never did. If I needed anything I always had to go down to the reception. And not all the lights in the room worked. They barely understand English and showed no manners to foreigners. They charged us extra for using the minibar in the room which we did not even use. I told them to go check the room and see that the bottles weren’t even open. This hotel is a total rip off and moreover made us late for our flight. Because of their last minute issues I had missed my flight. Worst experience ever. They are not clear about their charges. I even showed them my reservation but they said we still had to pay extra even for the items we never used or asked for. The staff at the dining area were nice but the reception staff did not have respect for their guests.

It was a beautiful hotel with a city view from our room.
Migrros store and a shopping mall is just cross street that we could go by walk and a fast food Brast Burger is very close to Istanbul Gonen hotel with free delivery which makes easy to have food when we didn’t want to go out for food.

I like this hotel, the room was big and clean, I enjoyed so much swimming in the indoor pool and relaxing in the sauna room , steam room and the Turkish bath.
Many good restaurants and cafes around , Star city outlet shopping mall in front of the hotel , the public transportation is easy to use, just 10 minutes by taxi or bus from the Metro Bus station and the metro tube station .
Free cakes and water was nice .

I have stayed 4 nights with my family.
Nothing special comparing to 5 stars hotels.
They welcomed us with some non-fresh cake Inside the room.
Room service knock the door in the morning At 9 am, if no body answer \"or they did not hear you\" they open the door even if you are in the room, I have complaint to the manager but they did the same in the next day, so When they knock they door i stand up immediately to go to the door to let them know that I'm in the room.

Worst hotel - place of business for prostitute

It is the worst hotel I have ever booked in my life. It is a brothel house with prostitute walking around and some Arab Kurdish men explicitly involved in sex trading activities in the lobby and public places of the hotel. We were 3 women and were sexually harassed by some of these male guests and despite our complaint to the hotel manager, they did not offer any help. It was a nasty filthy environment. We had to leave the hotel despite having the reservation for 5 night and the hotel is not refund us which I have submitted a dispute with my credit card provider under UK Consumer Credit Act.
The hotel service was also horrible with our room service never arriving. It also charged us 100 dollars more to give us a family room which they didn't, and instead gave us 2 double room.
Overall, it is a hotel to definitely avoid.

Definitely not a luxury hotel!

It has great ambiance and the food was good. But everything is falling apart, my air conditioner didn’t work, which they did fix. The button on the phone for room service didn’t work, the handle for the window was about to fall off, the internet was horrendous and went out a lot, even the tv lost signal. And I was only there for two nights.

It was very loud in my room, it reminded me of my college dormitory.
