Bad service starts with charging me extra almost twice what I paid , I had a friend came to visit me for an hour and then they charged me saying not allowed to have friends visits ( never hear something like this before) however staff trying to make any money they can they see you like bag of money.
WiFi was really bad
Far from all the nice areas
And the most was I asked for non smoking room . My room was smells so bad my clothes smelled like a cigarettes and the whole hotel smells .
Never again save your money and time stay with big hotel companie. Don’t try it please

Avoid!! Terrible in every way!!

Rude staff!! Laughed at when asked about the spa that was completely closed... Rude and arrogant when asking questions... worst experience possible. We ended up leaving after 1 hour and the stole our money. Elite world hotel is the best to stay for airport hotel. This place is a disgrace. Haruk is the most rude man possible.

Really Liked this Hotel until now.

Super service and a great location. Have stayed here several times over the last four years. This time I was a little unhappy. The bathroom was really not clean. The shower was moldy around the base and there was long hair on the bathroom floor. Mine own is short and gray. I did not complain. It was late and I was tired. Probably won’t stay there again. Feel bad about it. I really do like the hotel.

Average hotel far from main attractions

Average hotel. Room will be cleaned if \"you leave some tips on the table\" before you leave for your day. If your visit objective to this big city is for its attractions then I suggest to stay in the Taksim Square area otherwise you'll be obligated to spend 100TL (Turkish Lira) as minimum for taxi trips.....

Nice hotel, friendly staff, comfy rooms, very affordable. Great shopping area for clothes.
The sinks and shower drains seem to be clogged a bit, they collect water very quickly and get full fast... dangerous and uncomfortable.
Also the main jacuzzi downstairs, the tiles underwater are sharp, its needs regrouting for sure. Also those water fountain that you can in ad pics are fake.
Over all not bad though. We recommend it!

Beautiful Hotel Located Close to Airport

I had a great time- I just needed a hotel for a layover in Istanbul and this one was well priced last minute. I couldn't have chosen better! They have a pool, steam room, sauna that you can use for free if you are staying that night. There's a grocery store across the street if you want that, or you can dine in the hotel. My room was gorgeous. My bathroom was nice. I would recommend this. This is far from the city center, but seeing as I wasn't planning on going to the city center and I just needed a place to stay near the airport overnight, this was perfect for me.

Horrible stay.

I needed a hotel for my one night layover in Istanbul, and chose Midmar. Whe I got to my room it was very hot. I went to open the window... But there wasn't one. I then tried to turn on the air conditioning, but it didn't turn on. I had only a few precious hours to sleep before I had to get up the next morning for my early flight. I ended up complaining about the heat, because I was sweating in that room. He said he could not turn on the a/c and that he would turn on a fan. I went back to my room and it was no different, it felt even warmer. I had to get some rest, so I ended up switching rooms. Why is there even room options without a window anyway?! By the time I got to my second room I only had 3 hours before I had to leave again. This was not worth my money to stay here.

Nice hotel close to the airport

Nice hotel, nice people, close to the Attaturk Airport (few minutes). The staff working 24 hr a day, I left the hotel about 3:30 am, I found them ready, I did checkout very fast, they called a Taxi for me.

Sweeeet!

This wicked hotel is a place you should stay for sure. The rooms are large and clean, there is a terrace, and the staff is happy to help. There is also a great breakfast which will give you a good idea of some delicious Turkish food. Finally, there is a complimentary spa that is well designed, very comfortable, and tranquil. In addition to the spa you can pay for massages, which are a reasonable price if you are coming from a country with a good exchange rate.

Would stay again. 10/10.

Need to do Better

The hotel was fine overall, but there were issues.
1. The main one by far was the inadequate and poor meal served for the evening meal, it was a modified meal by the hotel from what was on the menu and not what we had ordered and only the chips were not, the meat warm.
2. The hotel location is out of the way from the airport, so no restaurants.
3. Broken glass was found on the floor in the bedroom.

This hotel was not of the standard of other hotels we had stayed in which were of a lower star rating.

Nice and close to the airport

We stayed at this hotel because we were flying out the next morning. The room is on the small side but still very comfortable. The staff was very nice and arranged our shuttle to the airport which take about 15 minutes. If you are looking for a nice hotel that is close to the airport this hotel would be a good choice.

The hotel was really good on the inside. AC was very good and internet access was reasonable for Turkey. Doesn't kick you off every few hours but it can drop pretty slow for youtube videos or Skype calls. Overall the hotel was very clean with friendly staff. The neighborhood is a bit shady however

The food at the hotel is not pricey at all for a foreign traveller but it's mostly cliche north american and european foods. There are a couple great restaurants up and down the street.

There are also many minimarkets and kiosks immediately around it.

Great hotel for short-term Istanbul visits

I enjoyed staying at this boutique hotel in the Yenibosna neighborhood. The hotel staff greeted me warmly, escorted me to my room and gave me some pointers on where to eat locally, using the istanbulkart and making arrangements to the airport. Breakfast was delicious and provided me with plenty of energy before I headed out to explore the city. The hotel could improve the overall experience for the traveler by including a complementary istanbulkart in every room with an up to date map (or treat the istanbulkart like a mini-bar item). Finally, be sure to head to the Terrace Deck for great views of the Istanbul Ataturk Airport, Marmaris Sea and the western neighborhoods of Istanbul.

Great Istanbul airport hotel

I had a very nice stay at this hotel. The highlight was definitely the hotel staff, which bent over backward to make sure I had a great stay. They greeted me with a cocktail (which was just juice) at check-in, they explained things, they got me coffee in the morning, they got me a taxi when I needed it...overall excellent! My only complaint about service was that the service in the restaurant was very slow and my friend's order was forgotten. Normally I wouldn't worry about this, but we were the only ones eating in there, so I didn't think a mistake like that should happen.

A No Fuss Hotel .

value for money all day long .
Adequate clean room with good breakfast selection and good facilities e.g sauna , steam room , jacuzzi , spa and gym which is all complimentary .
A short ride to the airport and three shopping mall ( capacity , carousel and the galleria ) . But far from the tourists attraction area .
Will definitely stay here again en route to the airport.

Will find ways to charge you for more

The staffs were friendly, the room was clean. But when I brought over a friend to chill for a couple of hours, they decided to charge me a good amount of Euro for having a second person in the room because I only booked it for myself. Seriously? My friend was not going to sleep over night. They didn't care for that apparently. So if you plan to have an extra body in your room, be prepare to pull out your cash/credit card. What a shame.

This new hotel was clean, and friendly. However many cab drivers didn't know where it was from airport so would suggest having map or address for them. Should only cost $20 euro and take 15 minutes.
Spa was nice surprise. Guests get free use of sauna and Jacuzzi. Only weird thing is one needs to walk thru restaurant in order to get to it.

Very pleasant time at Midmar Hotel.

The location in Cobancesme is not between its strengths. The street can be noisy but the isolation once you close the window is Ok. There are loads of bars and kebabs on the street where the hotel is located so it's quite easy to get a decent meal anytime if you want to try local cuisine. The buffet is very good. With a big variety of cheeses, charcuterie, fresh and cooked vegetables and hot and cold sections. Juices and drinks, however are not at the expected level compared to the rest. I didn't try its very promising Spa because my agenda was very busy and the prices were a bit high to my eyes but they offer all kind of different massages (foot, lenfa, Shiatsu, Thai, Bali, Derin Doku... prices between 100 and 150 TL per 60 minutes), aroma therapy, reflexology, peeling and foaming.

The staff was correct. Some of them were really helpful and others not at the expected level. It's a recently created hotel so I guess time will make a natural selection in this regard. In general don't expect big smiles but this is just a commonplace in Istanbul. The guy who controls the entrance deserves special mention. He will try to help you at every situation and doing always his best with a fantastic humor. They couldn't find a better first business card. Attention in English, I think, should be improved in a 4 stars hotel.

Interesting Hotel but some flaws

One of the best things about it is its proximity to Ataturk airport (2.5 km), although local taxi drivers do not know where it is and have to ring the hotel for directions.

This is a 'dry' hotel (no alcohol) so you can't enjoy a glass of wine with a meal and there are no cafes or restaurants serving alcoholic drinks in the vicinity.

The area is down at heel and the hotel, while opulent, does not fit its surroundings.

There is a shuttle service offered into downtown Istanbul each morning at 10am, picking up from the Grand Bazaar at 5, which is good. There is a good Metro service from there to all the main attractions of the area.

Our room was nice, but spoiled by a huge floor to ceiling column right in the middle, which housed the tv. The only English channels being news channels.

The cleaning service was rather too thorough; on one occasion they took our wifi password and on our last night we found no clean towels for the next morning.

The service in the restaurant was fine at breakfast, which offered a selection of regional delicacies (although nothing is labelled so be careful. I took what I thought was Hummus and found it to be a sweet confection of some kind; very nice but not what I expected!) For an evening meal, the restaurant is less than lively, we were told it was open 24/7, but when we went down at around 7pm, it was in darkness. It took us 10 minutes to find someone to speak to (a chef) and then another ten minutes for someone to take our order.

We spent one night because we missed the connecting flight. The hotel was optimum as it is close to Istanbul airport. Although the room was too small in size but we had all the required facilities. The hotel was just opened, everything was still new & neat. The staff are friendly, helpful and speak good English.

Oda temizdi çalışanlar ilgiliydi. Lakin yer tadilattaydı ve eşimle bulunduğumuz oda pek konforlu değildi. Yatak ve eşyalar eskiydi. Temizlik tam anlamıyla hazır değildi. Odaya girdiğimizde odada hiç bir havalandırma olmadığını düşündük, sonradan gördüğümüz pencere ise zaten sahte bir manzara resmiyle kartonpiyer malzemeyle kapatılmıştı. Kliması fena olmasa da, odada su ısıtmak için bulunan kettle bi işe yaramıyordu. Çünkü cay, kahve ya da bardak yoktu. Hiç ama hiç yardımcı olunmadığı gibi hiçbirşey tanıtılmadı

A fuire c est une honte.

Hotel horrible sal avec beaucoup de moisissure. Drap sal tv ne marche pas personnel froid et en colère. Plein de fuite et d humidité le petit déjeuner c une blague. Pas de buffet. Une assiste avec un oeuf une tranche de saucisson une de salami 2 tomates cerises. 1 feuille de laitue.
