Horrible first night the room was left how the previous person left it . Used bed and towels. Flickering light one light not working room is dark and dingy.Theres no food at all on the premises it has a kettle with powder instant coffee and sugar cubes. The entrance is dark and dingy very poor dirty re Receptin not like the nice image shown the sofas are filthy and grimy. You can get a coffee at the dest fot £2.

Really good value for money. Rooms a of good size with double bed as standard, clean and all bathrooms are of really good clean standards and provided with own soaps and shampoo. Staff at reception are very helpful and willing to serve at any time. I would recommend this hotel if you are looking for a decent, clean budget hotel

Walking distance to everything I needed. The sea food place to eat was not near. The bathroom and the room can be more clean (the toilets on the outside could be pee stain free). I like that the tea and coffee and sugar and sheets were avaliable and the laundry serves as well. The AC in April was not available, only a heater. I was disappointed about that. The front desk people are super helpful and nice.

The location of the property is good. The suze of the room is good. The house keeping is poor and the room was dirty and was not cleaned for the duration of my stay despite my request to do so. Strong unpleasant smell comes from the bath room. Brakfast is not included and no suger, water or tea provided in the room for period of stay but for the first day. Reception staff are friendly and welcoming if not for the poor house keeping and the poor state of the accommodation I would have enjoyed my stay at this hotel.

It was one night. They have latenight reception so tgat was good. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. They provided simple enough linen. There was noise especially close to morning with doors opening and people walking across the corridor. Maybe some bit of sound proofing would help.

hotel base in outscored on Istanbul a little bit far from main taksim squire but in 10 min walk there is bus station which can get you to Istanbul airport easy and metro bus to get you around , area is going thought re-generation phase so lot of building work , it seems area was industrial before this re-generation, but hotel is in good condition and there is set up shops and food places around it which open to late hours , it was farely priced .

Very basic property. They don’t even let you use microwave or water.
We stayed for 5 day. And they will hawk you to get one bottle of water a day. Service isn’t there.
If you are looking for a cheap option it’s ok but don’t expect anything else

Decent stay, front desk staff were very good

Room was is decent shape, bathroom door handle had broken off and toilet seat was half off very minor and everything was clean. Very nice AC in the room. Staff went above and beyond for our one night here and it was much appreciated!

I cannot see kindness in hotels for helping foreign tourists. There was only one person who helped carry the luggage, who watched him try to help. What I want to say to this hotel You only need to show help to customers. You will get an admirable impression from customers. And one day the customer may come back to stay again Or tell others Sarnin said it was a good hotel. This is a simple marketing principle for the hotel business. Having a good human relationship is for you. I regret the money I paid for this hotel back to the unattractive ending. I am Thailand 😏

That was my worse experience of being in a hotel. The room was dirty and had a lot of cockroaches. Walls were paper thin so I could hear a lot of noise.

The hotel located in the city and it's close to food places, shopping and more, The hotel staff is very friendly if you are traveling from another country do'not forget bring with you power outlet plug converter to turkey. There is also Havaist bus service cost 18 lira from Istanbul Airport. you will get out next stop and then you will walk to hotel 10 minutes

The room are actually smaller than what’s seems on the website as they might have used wide angle camera lens to take the shots,
Breakfast is good if you into allots of cheese etc,
Hard to get decent coffee,
Also the most disappointing thing was that I was charged 25TL for single travel adopter to fit my UK charger into their sockets,
Never the less the 100 TL deposit when I asked for Iron,

Apart of the above the hotel is decent clean and good for the price,
Also have late night cafes etc just 5 minuets walk and also the stop for Havaist which operate to the new airport every 15 minutes.

One of the worst, in fact, worst hotel we stayed. Beds are really hard that you ache for weeks. Cleanliness needs improving. Once you are in the room, it has a sense of a cell although I haven’t been in one. Toilet flash refills take one hours so if you flash middle of the night you have a tune to enjoy which wasn’t that much of a deal because we couldn’t sleep due to beds anyways. Please pay little more and stay somewhere else. Remind you this one was quite expensive that’s why we chosed this one.

Friendly, helpful staff. Quick service. The room was very spacious (two queen beds, one fold away, plus a sofa!). Everything was clean. The beds were very, very hard. Little padding. Sufficient for us, as we were just passing through and only there for a few hours sleep. But Western folks may find the beds too hard to sleep on.

Position of hotel scores 7 but mattress was horrible with springs felt in the back. Tried to ask for change of matress had a no answer. Then i cooped putting 2 quilts on top of it. Room not very well kept by chamber maids. A/C not working. Breakfast always the same no changes at all. Never again. Night receptionist very friendly.

Close to metro and local bus station. Easy to move from here to other areas of Istanbul. Area was mainly service area but many good places to eat. Hotel was value for money. We didnt eat the free breakfast, only because eating area was in the basement, but friendly and helpful staff. Big room, tidy. Slept well.

I made a reservation for one king size bed room , when I checked in they told me twin bed room is the only available one !! So what is reservation is all about ?? I was not happy but nothing I can do .

we had lay over from Barcelona to LA in Istanbul, we stayed at Grand Palace for one night, hotel wasn't too bad, close to the airport, good breakfast and friendly staff, the location was not that great, lot of dirt, old and damaged building around it, the hotel itself is relatively new building, for one night, close to the airport and the price, I say diamond in the rough.

Clean Budget Hotel

Clean budget hotel near the Airport. Good for a night or two if you are transitioning between cities. Shops close early. We could find only 1-2 nearby restaurants open at 9 pm. Bedsheets had lots of small hairs. Staff is nice. Manager refused late checkout request by 2 hours, though he did extend by an hour. If you are visiting Istanbul as a tourist, then stay in Sultanahmet area.

Still Some New Operations Challenges

The rate was very reasonable as it is an introductory rate, but it is a new hotel with some things still remaining to sort out. A/C was not working and the toilet seat fell off when lifted up. Shower is a little small, and probably more of a problem, the shower frame is a short, so better duck (I learned the hard way with a bump on my head). The staff were trying hard, but I think another month or so and it will operate a little better. The hotel is so new it doesn't even show up on Google maps.

Happy with my stay

I stayed for one day during a layover. It's only 10 minutes drive from Ataturk airport. I asked for an early checkin (8 am) which happened as they promised. The room was very clean, everything was new and comfy, staff were supper friendly and helpful specially Hassan who I believe was the manager. It was very convenient in every aspect.
