The Air-conditioner wasn’t working in my room the whole time. The breakfast menu was terrible. It was cold and almost finished every time I went there and they wouldn't refill their menu. The cleaners were perfect.

It’s a small place but very clean all staff helpful specially the guy who works at reception Ahmet was very help and speaks good English, transport wise it’s a very good metro buses all on walking distance, clos to shopping mall it’s called star city outlet, if you go there must try green salad restaurant on third floor 👌

Initially i booked for 3 days but i liked the place and extended to 6 days. Its a small clean hotel with friendly staff and resourceful reception. They have daily room service and breakfast is great. There are lots of shopping options and restaurants in walking distance, if your looking for a great and budget friendly hotel, this is that place.

This is a descent 2 or 3 Stars hotel in a small building with limited resources. You will find everything mentioned on their website. Rooms, including beds, showers and floors are clean. Staff is friendly, polite and helpful under your requests. It’s a hotel your wallet can afford.

In general, the hotel was good and the stafff were extremely kind and helpful, but the bed was bad. Also the problem that we faced was the parking, there was no private parking and it was only street parking which was somtimes hard to find.

I loved how the kind the receptionists were, especially Mr.Hussein aka Ahad, he went above and beyond for us, the hotel is 10 minutes away from the IST airport and also close to other restaurants. The only con would be the sound of planes flying over but other than that I would definetly come again.

Homely convenience on the Ataturk doorstep.

This clean, friendly hotel is only a few minutes away by taxi from Ataturk Airport. The perfect place to stay over if you have a number of hours to kill between international and domestic flights. Very reasonably priced and well appointed for a rest and shower before continuing with your travels. The room was surprisingly fresh and clean.
The front desk was welcoming and helpful.
I would definetly use them again should the need arise.

5mins drive from airport for about £5 in taxi. Great 1 night stay layover and amazing price. Friendly and talented receptionist who is an engineer by education. Good size room and clean. Breakfast eggs and cereal and tea and cakes and fruit juice. For the price and location fully recommend and will use again in future

Starting with the parking really difficult to park as auto park is not suitable for flight times due to closure. Very hard street parking. We were charged 10 TL to park on the street!!!
The room was very disappointing very small, the sheet was dirty we asked for new bedding and changed them ourselves. Bath towels really old and warn out.. Bathroom vanity filthy and old, moldy shower.
Room TV did not work we were told can't do anything about it.
No water bottles at least for drinking!! No tea coffee facilities considering you are far from everywhere.
This was one of the worst hotels Iwe have ever seen
and definitely will never return.

Even though I checked in about 9 AM I was asked to wait for about half an hour to have the room ready and also offered me a breakfast at check-in I had a midnight flight that day I was very very happy with the service and location is great close to the airport.

Aircraft noise, but what do you expect?

For sheer convenience and value, staying here us a no-brainer if you have an early flight from Ataturk Airport. Plus there's a lively shopping centre within walking distance, good for last minute bargain prezzies. The beds are comfortable, the aircon works, the bathroom is a joy and the internet is not slow. The Radisson is only a few doors away, but probably costs four times as much. Here's a tip, you can get a taxi to the airport for only 13 tl if you just cross the bridge on the main road.

Only good for layover stay

This hotel was quite decent, but I can only recommend it if you have short layover in Istanbul and would like a place you can lay down for a short while and take a shower, as it is literally next to the airport and constant flights (every 5-10 min) going over the hotel, so no peaceful sleep, unless you are extremely heavy sleeper. Also smell of cigarette filled the room, which for non smoker can be quite difficult. We tried to keep window open to get fresh air, but then noise from airplanes was even worse... We only stayed there for about 6 hours, so survived it all (plus we have been up for about 36 hours). To get there, you can either use taxi or Uber. We took taxi from airport and he overcharged us big time, but we were too tired to start looking for other option (paid 40 Lira), took Uber back, which cost us 21 Lira.

We stayed for one night on our way back from Europe to Australia. Very convenient, short taxi ride from and to airport. Excellent location . All facilities are excellent and the staff very helpfull. We were able to secure a late checkout. There are two restaurants near by but unfortunately being public holiday both were closed.

The hotel is close to the airport, the taxi ride is 14 lira (on the meter, we thought this was expensive for the distance) about £4. The hotel staff are friendly. The hotel room as clean, but no extras like a shower cap. The air traffic is very noisy even with the windows closed so it's no good if you are a very light sleeper but we were fine. Tv works well, lots of channels. There is nothing in the neighbourhood apart from a local shop and a resturant. Good for a layover

Overnight stay to take flight in the morning

Of 10 nights in Turkey, this was the fanciest and biggest room we had. We were there because we had a flight home the following morning. Beds were comfortable. I didn't hear noise from flights overhead (although some people might). Taxi pickup, going to our hotel, tried to overcharge us, but we knew better, we knew it was very close to the airport (2 km). Hotel provided a shuttle back to the airport in the morning, @25 TL, which was very convenient. If you need a hotel close to the airport, I would highly recommend this one.

Bring earplugs and your own pillowcase!

Booked this hotel for one night, wanted to be close to the airport for an early morning flight. Didn't get an ounce of sleep -- I'm normally a heavy sleeper, but this was right in the line of airplane take-off, so you have jets screaming by all night. The rooms are small, but fine for a quick stop-over and look like they were recently updated. The pillows they provided didn't have pillowcases. When we asked the hotel attendant, he looked around and couldn't find any, so just gave us another top sheet to wrap around the pillows. Odd little place. If you bring earplugs, it's a fine place for a stop-over.

Comfy for a close stay to the airport

I had incredibly friendly staff who were willing to help, no matter what. There is no hotel restaurant, but a big one right next doors. The interior was very clean and modern. Rooms were well furnished. The only one thing is that it's not near as close to the old town area as you'd like, so transportation is longer. You can take the bus to the metro, or taxi o the metro and it'd take you about an hour to reach Sultanahmet... but it takes you less than 15 mins to get out to the airport upon departure. Highly recommended.
