i had an amazing stay at this hotel! The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, always going the extra mile to make sure I was comfortable. I stayed in room 502 at the third floor (not sure how they name the rooms). There was a constantly working machine next to my room. It was hard to sleep with that noise.
The bathroom smelled awful. Instead of fixing the issue, they tried to cover it up with lots of moth balls in the sink.

Okay overall but the rooms need work

Overall it was good. The Indian restaurant there was pretty delicious and the staff was very kind and helpful. I was just surprised that they charged us for the tea and the coffee that seemed complimentary. They even charges us for the 1 bottle of water that was supposed to be in the room free of charge. I was surprised to see that at the checkout. And the walls had peeling surfaces and the toilet seat was sliding so much when you sit :)

Florya hotel Review

It was okay. It was in a great area in terms of the public transportation. The room was smaller than depicted. The bathroom was smelly. The stay was fine and the service was usually great but on my last day a man working at reception with a shirt on that read \"Whatever\", phyisically attacked me and my girlfriend for a juice that we didnt buy there. It was traumatic.

Never again!

I will never stay in this hotel ever again. It definitely needs renovation, and for the price I paid I had stayed in a far better hotel in the center of Istanbul. I couldn't sleep till 2:00am because I could hear how the other occupants were using the bathroom. The sheets had strands of hair, I even asked for it to be changed, but the housekeeper said they change them every two days. The only good thing about this hotel is the location.

Overall, great 2 night stay. I had my own private balcony that had a partial view of the sea. Located near many restaurants and shops. Very walkable. The room was very clean, they cleaned my room

It was good and staff was friendly and approachable but knowledge of English wasn't good, it was hard to communicate with them. Cleanliness is adequate but there was mold in the bathroom at different places. Shower was so narrow that it was hard to shower. There were no amenities.

Very bad experience! I booked a non smoking room for 2 nights, firstly they provided a room that is so close to a “recycling” area where they keep breaking stuff, so we changed room. However, the whole place had an intense smoke smell, humidity was everywhere including bed, wardrobe and bathroom and it smelled so bad, the sealing was dripping water on the bed, and the light was not working properly! I booked it for couple if nights but i left after the first night as it was a nightmare! Holiday was ruined. Would not recommend at all!

Disappointed with stay

We went to this hotel as an important factor was the free parking however on arrival there was no parking, they said that it was under renovation and happened yesterday yet we did not get an email saying this was the case. We were not happy with this. The room was big and looked clean however the bathroom had a very bad smell which almost be it unbearable to get in to, fortunately the smell did not go in to the rest of the flat. The shower was uneven which led the water to gather away from the plughole. Overall, I was disappointed with the fact that there was no parking and they did not give us prior information on this matter, the bathroom had a very bad smell and the shower was pretty much falling apart. Room was big, nice balcony, was ok.

I cannot believe such high rating for this hotel is credible, there might be some fake reviews! Hotel staff smoking next to little children during breakfast, no discomfort, no hesitation, when people ask they say it is allowed and normal. I am pretty sure that this is illegal.

Rooms smell mold due to lack of infrastucture, especially because of bathrooms with no ventilation.

By far the worst hotel I have stayed, not sure how they have been collecting previous reviews with such high ratings.

Good cheap base near to Ataturk Airport

A small hotel very close to Ataturk Airport, the owner and staff very helpful, even to the extent of going out to get us some beer when we first arrived after an 18 hour flight - unfortunately this was necessary as the hotel is situated in a strict Muslim area with several cafes nearby of which none serve any alcohol. The rooms are comfortable but are slightly unfinished, i.e. electric wires hanging out, a paper calendar screwed? onto the bedroom wall to hide what looked like an electrical fire, with a bit of tlc this place could be better. If you go there from the airport, ask them to arrange a taxi as it would only be around 20-25 lira, the taxi at the airport charged us 100!

The room is quite good on the inside. The problem is the cafe lounge attached to the hotel. The noise factor is severe. For me a hotel is a place to sleep. This was not possible. Listening to my phone was not possible.
In short very good staff, nice room but very, very noisy. Unable to get a good night sleep.
Will not return.

Great hotel, but the shuttle....

I had an overnight layover, so I stayed at this hotel. The manager was very nice and the bed was comfortable. My only real issue was the airport shuttle. At the airport, there was supposed to be someone with a sign with my name, but I found out later, he was outside of the airport. I unfortunately couldn't get a signal at the airport to get the calls when they were trying to find me. Then, the next morning, I was supposed to have a shuttle ready at 7:30, but no one came until 8:20. That being said, go outside of the airport to find the shuttle driver. Also, consider an uber for the ride back.

Brilliant Hotel!

We stayed for 1 night as we had a stopover in Istanbul. The location is brilliant, lots of food places and cafes around. The room was nice, clean and spacious. The staff were welcoming and friendly. We missed breakfast time but the staff still made us some breakfast even though we were late. Appreciate that! Would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone wanting to stay close to the airport

Nice small hotel with friendly staff

Located on a main street leading to the sea front with many restaurants, atm’s and small supermarkets within very close walking distances.

The hotel itself is more of a simple bed and breakfast/guesthouse and ok for short breaks. It’s decor is modern and fresh suggesting it’s a fairly new premises.

The room I had was a double on the second floor (oddly all the rooms started with the number 4) and it was a nice size with an ensuite bathroom which featured a modern walk in double size shower.

My room had both air conditioning and a small fridge which both were invaluable during the hot weather I experienced during my stay.

The breakfast I felt could be improved upon though with the addition of yoghurts, a selection of cereal and fresh fruit. It felt more basic salad bar than breakfast bar.

I was able to arrange a shuttle service from the airport with the hotel which cost 30 euros in total for both trips to and from the airport. I would suggest contacting the hotel at least 48 hours before if you can.

All in all I would stay here again for 1-2 nights.

Upon arriving to the Florya hotel, I was offered coffee and the staff were very pleasant. Upon finishing the coffee I inquired about leaving my bags in my room. We were then informed that plumbing work was being done in our room. We were then told we could go to another hotel nearby. Taxi was paid. I’m sorry we did not stay in the area of the first hotel. It was unpleasantly inconvenient. The staff at both hotels were polite and pleasant. Did not care for the neighborhood of the second hotel.

Small But Hospitable

My wife and I were making a pit stop in Istanbul and stayed at this property only for one night. On the date of this review (5th August, 2018) the hotel is only 20 days old. So as you can imagine everything here is brand new.

The room we stayed in was not very big an most of the space was occupied by the bed. There was a closet and a small table. We only had enough space to open one suitcase. The place a had a small balcony and couple of chairs. The bathroom had hot water and was rather big compared to the room.

We were offered complimentary breakfast in the morning. It was a traditional Turkish breakfast with bread, cheese, butter, egg, jam and tea.

What I really enjoyed was the personal greet and meet of the owner of the hotel. We missed our breakfast by 10 mins but after calling him he made sure we had food. He also waived us bye with couple bottles of water. Hotel business is all about service and if the owner continues with this personal this place could be great.

Only advice, place all amenities in visible area :)

Sınav için geldiğimde konakladım. Yola yakın olduğu için çok ses geliyordu. Aslında kiraladığım odayı yanlışlıkla fazla rezerve ettiklerini söyleyerek beni zemin odaya aldılar. Oda genişti fakat camları kot1 de olduğu için oldukça küçük ve basıktı. Banyoda oldukça fazla rutubet kokusu mevcuttu. Fanı çok fazla vibrasyon olduğu için gürültülü çalışıyordu.

Tuvalet özellikle duşluk kısmı temiz değildi ve çok fazla yerde kıllar vardı. Bunun dışında yatağın da çok temiz olduğunu söyleyemem. Bu paralara çok bir şey beklenmemesi lazım ama en azından bunlara dikkat edilebilirdi. Oda genel olarak rahattı bunlar dışında bir problem yaşamadım.

Wer gerne in einem schimmligen Bad mit kaputter Elektronik duscht ist hier genau richtig. Das Mobiliar ist nicht nur in die Jahre gekommen, sondern schlichtweg kaputt. Ein besonderes I-Tüpfelchen war, dass das Hotel DIREKT neben einer Moschee liegt - das heißt, man wird unter anderem jede Nacht um 4:30 Uhr von wunderschönem Gebets-gesang über Lautsprecher direkt vor dem Fenster geweckt.
Wir haben es dort nur eine Nacht ausgehalten und sind vorzeitig gegangen. Absolut nicht empfehlenswert.

Otelde bu zamana kadar birkaç kez konakladık. İlk konakladığımızda alt kattaki odalardan güzel bir oda verilmişti, epey memnun kalmıştık. Fiyat performans olarak gayet iyiydi. Fakat sonrasında memnun kalmadığımız birçok konu oldu. Odalarda çarşaflarda, eşyaların üstünde her zaman kıl oluyor. Odadaki eşyalar, etraf kırık dökük. Oda değiştirdik, yine oda kırık dökük ve kıllıydı. Odalar aşırı ses geçiriyor. Fakat en büyük problem kesinlikle hijyen.

Son olarak sistemsel olarak odanın ismi \"iki ayrı yataklı veya bir tane çift kişilik yataklı oda\" olarak geçiyor. Rezervasyon yaparken yatak türünü siz seçiyorsunuz. Fakat resepsiyondaki bir beyefendi bu durumu bilmiyordu. Oda başlığının ismini benim tercihim zannedip çift kişilik tek yatak istememe rağmen tek kişilik iki ayrı yataklı oda vermişti. Sonra durumu düzelttiler fakat ısrarla benim yatak tercihi yapmadığımı iddia etti. Resepsiyonun bu sitenin sistemini tam olarak öğrenmesi gerekiyor.

Havalimanına yakın olmasından kaynaklı tercih ettiğim otel. Bana verilen oda teknik bir hatadan kaynaklı farklı verildi.Bu sorun değildi fakat bu odada prizler yerinden çıkmıştı, buzdolabının yanında herhangi bir priz yoktu buzdolabını prize taşımak zorunda kaldım. Pencerelerdeki jaluziler kırılmıştı. Laminant parkelerde açılmalar vardı. Banyodaki prizi kullanmaya korktum. Otel ile alakalı tek güzel şey resepsiyondaki tatlı çocuktu. Gerçi odayı bana o verdi de neyse :) Geliştirilebilir, fotoğrafları ekliyorum.

Kaldığım en pis oteldi. Odadaki ve tuvaletteki kötü koku 2 gün boyunca geçmedi. Koku yüzünden bu soğukta cam açık uyudum ancak yine de yetmedi. Klozet kırık banyo pisti. Duşa kabinde saç duruyordu. Konumu ve fiyatı sebebiyle tercih ettim ancak pişman oldum.

Otel temizlik ve konfor ve konum olarak mükemmel özellikle temizliğine hayran kaldım ve aile ile gönül rahatlığıyla kalınacak otel bu konuda teşekkür ederim her ay gelirim ve 5 yıldızlı otellerde sizin kadar temiz odalar görmedim tek sorun bazı çalışanların davranış biçimi iyi değildi teyit için aradığımda dahi dövecek gibi baktılar telefona gençliklerine veriyorum düzelteceklerine inanıyorum her ay devamlı müşteri olmak istiyorum tek soru işareti recetionun tavrı genel olarak değil bazı arkadaşlar çünkü sabah karşılaştığım arkadaş güler yüzlüydü

Odaya su konulmamıştı gece çok susayıp resepsiyonu aradım ve su neden koymadınız dedigim de gelip aşağıdan alın dediler gidip almak zorunda kaldım malesef ki hizmet kötüydü odada su olmaması çok üzücü

Während unseres Urlaubs sind wir im florya House Hotel gewesen, bis aufs Personal, das sehr hilfreich war, hat die Unterkunft unsere Erwartung nicht erfüllt. Die Sauberkeit hat etwa gefällt, insb. Das Badezimmer. Die Klimaanlage konnte man nicht richtig stellen. Die Lage wäre fürs Geschäft gut, aber nicht für Urlauber. Der Strand war leider wegen bauarbeit zu.

Bakımsız odalar.

Otelde ses yalıtımı asla yok yan odadaki adam öksürünce bile duyuyorsun. Koridordan çok ses geliyor tahta kapılar çok ses geçiriyor. Duştan koku geliyor. Banyo kapısı bozuk kapanmıyor. Odadaki duvar kağıtları sökük. Yerdeki parkeler sökülmüş. Duvarlar aşırı kirli. Perde ve koltuklar baya pis gözüküyor. Hayatımda bu kadar bakımsız düzensiz bir otelde konaklamadım. Otel için söylenecek tek iyi şey otopark olması ve konumun iyiliği onun haricindeki her şey baştan aşağı hayal kırıklığı.

En del af interiøret var slidt og ødelagt.

Bakımsızlık konaklamamızı etkiledi

Odada inanılmaz bir tuvalet kokusu vardı, pencerelerin mekanizması bozuktu. Pencereyi su şişesi sıkıştırarak odayı zar zor havalandırdık.
