The stay at this hotel was amazing. The staff are so friendly and their service is very quick and efficient . The room with a Seaview is so breathtaking.

The hotel is close to a mall with many shops and and restaurants with a Seaview as well.

I recommend this hotel highly. We had a great time!

The hotel was mixed. Front lobby staff was great as was the dinner dining room, but room service was a challenge. Housekeeping did fine, but didn't replace things we used, like the cups and spoons for tea and when I went to the bar and asked for a separate cup to take to my room (my cups were not replaced), they didn't make it easy.

Hotel is a trap, first room is nasty, fridge smell bad asked them to clean in it no response, bathroom discussing will attach pic
Far away from everything except the mall , sofa bed not comfortable
Also please pay attention to laundry its in euro not TLR they charge 10euro per piece of cloths!!
WILL NEVER COME HERE AGAIN AND WILL NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE, ITS Waste of money

Lovely room cleaned daily good gym and spa which I used often very helpful staff. The only downside was the Atrax restaurant, I had a meal with my wife my order was wrong which was changed my wife ordered the steak which inedible so tough and the vegetables and potatoes were cold on returning the dish it came back with the same vegetables that were sent back , still cold the steak was better but not great. The staff didn’t even enquire if the meal was now to our satisfaction and stated after they were busy , the most expensive meal of our short stay but definitely the worst. Shame as we had cocktails there the previous few nights when it wasn’t busy and the staff were great.

-Cleaning staff took items from our room minibar.
-Dishes do smell in the restaurant.
-Ac is always adjusted to 20 degrees and we cant control it
-we put the request to clean our room at 6pm and came back at 1:30 am to see that nobody came to clean ,, also they didn’t refill bathroom handwash soap, also they didn’t refill tissues

It is a 5 star hotel but can use some decor updates. The buffet is great, the pool is lovely. Right next to Aquarium and a large mall with many restaurants. Just be aware it is not in the middle of Istanbul, but further over on the European side.. with traffic it took over 2 hrs to get from SAW airport

The place is generally good. Very clean, and the rooms are spacious. The bed is comfortable, but the pillows could be improved in terms of comfort. Although the rooms are fairly soundproof, I can confirm that the hotel hosts events that may disturb you. During my stay, there were wedding celebrations, and the reception area is close to several rooms—I had to wait until 12:30 a.m. before the loud music stopped and I could sleep. The breakfast buffet is good, but it could be more varied.

This place isn't what it claims to be....

Overall we were very disappointed with our stay at Florya. Our room was never prepared until very late each day. The breakfast that was provided had only the most modest items. The hotel was extremely noisy -- there was a park adjacent to the hotel and there was music that was constantly coming from the park day and night. The pool did not appear clean -- there were birds and stray cats going into the water as well as eating leftovers guests left behind. There was no shop for incidental items at the hotel -- or I should say it was closed -- it was out of business. The spa was empty -- no one there, so it was unpleasant, as was the gym. Unless you had a room directly facing the water, the decks were worthless. We thought there was room for significant improvement and overall we were extremely disappointed with our stay. There was no nightlife of any type. The restaurant for dinner was subpar. We felt misled by the advertisement.

A fantastic hotel, and I would absolutely recommend it. However, it took me five times to ask the front desk service staff to push the two twin beds in my room together which I had originally requested a queen bed not that big of a deal but after a 12 hour day, I was really looking forward to a big bed instead of sleeping half of my body on the twin bed and the .

I recently stayed at Crowne Plaza Florya and was genuinely impressed with how ideal the location is. Being right on the seafront meant waking up to beautiful views of the Marmara Sea every morning, which was such a treat. What made it even more convenient was that the hotel is literally next to Aqua Florya Shopping Mall—just a few steps away. Whether I wanted to grab a coffee, do a bit of shopping, or find somewhere nice to eat, everything was right there. I stayed at this hotel for 12 nights and had an amazing experience from start to finish. The room was consistently spotless and comfortable, and I have to give a special mention to Fidel, our lovely housekeeper. She was incredibly attentive, kind, and always made sure our room was perfectly clean and well-maintained.

Gorgeous staycation with my little girl

Staycation with my little toddler. Staff were very helpful with assisting me, from carrying my bags to pushing my stroller! Got upgraded to a room with a bath for my toddler also. Room was perfect. Room service was delicious. The swimming pool was great, she enjoyed the kids pool very much!

Crown Plaza Florya is one of our favorite hotel that we enjoy staying in Istanbul. There is one thing I would like to bring forward that we are not happy and we don't find it polite that reception is running a mini bar check during check-out specifically to Turkish customers. Foreigners who are processed before us during check-out have only been asked about their mini bar usage and no checks have been run. They have only been told \"goodbye\", that's it. It is completely non-sense, shameful that we (as turkish passport holders) have been gone through this unpolite check while staying in a hotel costs 200$-300$ per night and such a huge brand, this hotel, assuming that we wil runaway without paying whatever we spent from mini bar. This is an extremely shameful and disrespectful application.

My wife and I stayed at the Crowne Plaza Istanbul-Florya for five nights starting on August 30th, and unfortunately, it didn't live up to our expectations. From the moment we checked in, things started poorly when the staff refused our request for an upper-floor room and wouldn't credit our IHG account the points for the stay because we made our reservation through Expedia. The room we were assigned was damp and smelled musty, like a wet basement. To make matters worse, the AC broke down twice during our visit.
The location by the sea is one of the few positives, as it's perfect for taking a stroll and enjoying beautiful Istanbul sunsets. There's also a nearby upscale mall with plenty of shops and restaurants offering both Turkish and international cuisines.
While the location is great, the overall experience could have been much better with better service and a more comfortable room.

This hotel has a great pool and gym. Perfect place to relax after spending some time exploring Istanbul. It’s also right next door to a mall which provided a lot of entertainment (shopping, aquarium, movies, etc). While the buffet breakfast is quite expensive, it’s expected for such a hotel. You can avoid it by just walking over to one of the many cafes in the mall. Overall, a quiet, clean and enjoyable hotel to stay in.

Everything was amazing and faultless, the staff were great, and the accommodations were exemplary.
The only concern was during our last night at the hotel, there was a wedding that lasted till 1-ish am, and it was loud, and everything can be heard from our room; from the dancing to the music. It is understandable that there will be weddings in that location, as it is a beautiful location, it’s just that it is a bit difficult to sleep, especially if you have a sick person or a young child.
But other than that concern, it was a lovely and impeccable stay. Will definitely be staying again in the future.
And I would like to thank everyone for such an amazing week.

Uncomfortable tourist trap. NOT worth the money.

I chose this hotel for recovery after a surgery, hoping its location away from the city center will provide calm and comfortable environment and deeply regret this choice due to the following reasons.

The room was very hot, so you had to run a very noisy air conditioning system all the time, which blew the icy air directly on you, instead of equally dispersing it in the room. This created another problem of the om beeing too

The room was quite small already, and a sofa bed took the rest of available space, making the room very crowded.

Breakfast. The hotel charged $25 for breakfast per person per day, which is very basic and definitely not worth the price, but they wouldn't give me a better rate, even though I stayed there for almost a week.

There were three wedding events on Friday, Saturday, and Sunday with loud music until about midnight.

Smell. The strong scent of a synthetic air freshener blowing through the air system was apalling and overwhelming. The parfumed chemicals contain propellants which are toxic to humans. This isn't an environmental-friendly choice.

This hotel is not for the westerners who are accustomed to a decent customer service. Considering this is an international chain, most front desk/breakfast staff's English is not sufficient to understand/respond to your requests in a courteous manner.

Perfect location on Sea of Marmaris. 40 minute taxi from International airport cost around £25. Most frontline staff speak English but taxi drivers definately dont. 20 minutes to Blue Moswue and Bosphotous by taxi. Hotel was of a high standard and most enjoyable. Had no issues.

The property is nice and but overpriced and they charge you for everything; I was charged for condoms they left out in a family suite; I never used them
I moved them bc I have small kids and they were just on the nightstand waiting to be touch so
I put them on the shelf in the closet and was charged $25 for 2 unopened condoms; I was also charged for my kid cleaning up juice with a towel; Overall it’s not family friendly and I wouldn’t stay here again.
