Stay away from this hotel
I left my watch in my hotel room after check out and only realized it after 15-20 mins. I messaged them immediately after informing about the watch and that i will pick it up in a week when i return to Istanbul but they did not respond. I tried to get through to them via the app, call, email but they just ignored. Even when hotel.com cust service called them, they pretended not to understand English. (the receptionists that I liased with on my stay both can speak good english). I am truly disappointed and upset that they decided to elude from the matter at hand. Not to mention while on my stay the housekeeper unlocked my door while i was inside. Did not knock or gave a warning.
Location is also not good, it is far away from the historical area, if you were to take public transport you'd have to take a few modes of transportation.
Please avoid staying at this hotel if you dont want your items stolen. And your privacy invaded. There are better hotels in that same area.

It was vile.The room was dirty and the batheoom had grime round the shower tray.there was so much noise coming through the window...there was no curtains ..
On arrival the person on the frint desk was rude and arrogant. And we had to take our luggage up ourselves.the lock didmt work on the door..we stayed in the room for 3 hours paid for the night and left.we wasnt even asked why we wer leaving. Overall a horrible experiance.

Etwas älterer Herr an der Rezeption sehr unfreundlich und lustlos. Die Zimmer Wände sind so dünn man hört den Nachbarn bis 5 Uhr morgen lautstark telefonieren. Innerhalb dieser 4 Tage wurde nicht einmal geputzt oder aufgefüllt

Aşırı kötüydü. Havlular pisti. Tuvalet kokuyordu. Sınav için iki gecelik rezervasyon yaptırdım. İlk gece gürültüden uyuyamadım. Dışarısı ayrı gürültülüydü ama iyi ki de gürültülüydü gece oteldeki sesleri duymamak için pencereyi açıp dışardan gelen seslere şükrettim. İki üç saatlik uykuyla sınava gittim. Sınavdan çıkıp eşyamı alıp çıkış yaptım son gece konaklamadım. Kabus gibi bir deneyimdi.

Oda da rahatsız etmeyin yazısı konulmamış, dolayısıyla odamdan çıktığımda, odama giriş yapmışlar. Eşyalarım açıktayken odama girilmesini istemezdim. Koridordaki halılar bile leş gibiydi. Gürültüden bahsetmiyorum cam açık olmamasına rağmen çok fazla ses vardı. Genel olarak vasat diyebileceğim bir otel. Bir daha tercih etmem. Geliştirilmesi gerek. Otelde genç deneyimsiz personel var sadece. Taksi çağırmayı bile bilmiyorlar. İlk defa bir otelde taksi istediğimde yok diye cevap aldım.

Oda gerçekten kaldığım en kötü odaydı. Duvarda lekeler vardı. Yatağın kendisi oldukça pis ve eskiydi. Çarşaf oldukça küçük olduğu için yatağı tam örtememiş bile. Böylece de ne kadar pis olduğunu görünüyordu. Havlu eksikti. Duştan sonra kabinin dışına koyabileceğiniz ekstra bir havlu yoktu. Duşa kabinin içindeki gider açık ve oldukça pisti. Gürültü bambaşka bir problem tüm E5 in sesi camı kapasanız bile odanın içinde. Ayrıca otelle ilgili sıkıntılarda vardı. Ücretsiz otopark var dendi ama biz aradığımızda dışarıda yer bulamadınız mı etrafta turlasanız dendi. En sonda ise Ramada (başka bir otel) onun otoparkına biz kendimiz ücret ödeyerek bıraktık. Otelin asansörünü kırmızı etiketli aslında kullanılmamalı. Oldukça tehlikeli. Asla zor durumda kalmadıkça bir daha tercih etmeyeceğimiz bir otel.

Temizlik acisindan cok temiz degildi, yastikta sac gordum. Ama koku vs gibi sorunlar yoktu. Koridor cok gurultulu, odanin klimasini ayarlayamadim lobiyi aradigimda hemen yardim icin geldiler, genel olarak insanlar yardimci ve nazikti temizlige dikkat edilirse cok daha iyi bir servis sunabilirler.
