The Hotel is very clean and is located very convenience area that everything is in close touch. There is a big shopping center cross the street. Only Check in and check out is easy apart from that we book non smoking room but when we got the room it has bad smell of cigarettes. Air-condition is not properly working. Instead of one king bed two single mattress are put together to look like a king bed. Breakfast is ok but need to be improved.overall I am very disappointed.

The location was great. We had a layover of 21 hrs. The hotel is not too near the airport but we ubered in, no major problems. Near lots of local eats and one slightly dated mall, Armoni. The room was dated. Cleanliness I'd give it a six. Thought the price didn't fit overall eventhough it was still quite inexpensive. Okay to stay for a layover.

This is my fourth time I stay at the Hotel, but my first time as a couple, I have enjoyed my time at the hotel, the friendly, and professional staff are amazingly ready to help in anything you might need, the cleaneness of the room and the hotel is great, I highly recommend it.

Nice Place in Busy Town
I have been in Istanbul before. It is a very busy town and seems to always be at the brink of collapse traffic wise. I wanted and needed to be in this part of town for this trip. But you can take a taxi (recommended and appr. 60-70 Lira one way) or bus to the tourist sites. Taxi takes an hour, depending on traffic. Hotels closer to the tourist sites are much more expensive, of course. Sapko is not far from the airport.
The staff were very nice and helpful and the hotel provided everything I needed. English and German are spoken, or they'll get someone. Would stay the again, no question.

I stayed for one night as I had missed my flight out of Istanbul, the room was comfortable, basic and great value for the price. Not much of a view from the rooms, breakfast wasn't much of a spread but as I only stayed one night I can't comment on other meals at the hotel

Had a few glitches with the safe deposit box but the mgmt took care of it by upgrading me. New hotel and good service. Great value for sefakoy area and for stopovers at IST.

Contemporary, in nice neighborhood near airport.
After getting stuck overnight due to Turkish Airlines lying to us about our connecting flight and then running out of hotel rooms, this hotel was only 10 km away from the airport. It was very contemporary with a nice restaurant attached. Bathrooms were amazing and the room was spacious with a desk and mini fridge.
I found a luggage tag stuck on the back of the door and some trash under the bed when I pushed the 2 twins together to make a queen, but overall an excellent hotel and minor issues.
Upon departure, they called a cab for us and we were off. The availability of WiFi was very helpful and the included breakfast was good.

Zimmer in Ordnung, 09:00 Frühstück angekommen war meiste aufgegessen und immer wieder angesprochen es fehlt können wir es bekomme. Aber ehrlich alles haben wir auch gekriegt nur warten. Nicht viel los im Frühstück. Internet OK. Sehr schlecht war keine Parkplätze und Möglichkeit und separat in der Nähe Parken und extra zahlen. Keine Hilfe entgegenkommen von Hotel. Leicht zu Laut Umgebung. Aber mittendrin in Zentrum.

Alles war top, mit der Ausnahme, dass man keinen Schrank für Kleidung hat. Ist zwar OK für ein oder zwei Nächte, aber wenns über eine Woche wird, wirds etwas mühsam... vorallem da die Zimmer doch relativ klein sind für mehrere/grosse Koffer. Die Umgebung jedoch ist top! Man kann überall essen und shoppen. Armoni Park ist gleich nebenan. Der Service war toll, die Mitarbeiter sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Gerne wieder.

Das Hotel ist sauber und in einer super Gegend. Ob einkaufen, Café, Krankenhaus usw. Das Personal ist größtenteils sehr freundlich. Leider gibt es auch welche die einen einfach ignorieren und auch patzige Antworten geben. Aber alles in allem sehr empfehlenswert
